Molly had hidden the head under a covered tray at the centre of the table. None of the guesses came close until pressed for a clue she admitted she had used a Malfoy recipe.
“I encountered that man on my errands, and he mocked poor Fred’s death,” she said, “we duelled.”
“I’ve still no idea, but meat this succulent? Its luscious.” declared Ginny, licking fingers.
“Close enough,” replied Molly, revealing the covered head.
Silence fell across the group, until Fleur broke it. She chewed, swallowed, and asked,
“Please pass the ribs.”
