Chapter 3
Tossing the Prophet on the table after he finished reading it, Harry leaned fully back against Sirius then said, quietly, “They did it.”
“They did. I'll give them that,” Sirius said, picking up and reading the headline again though he already knew it by heart. “The Ministry has Peter and the memories, not to mention they can get anything they want out of him, something I've been wanting for years.” Tossing it aside, pulling Harry tightly back against him, he looked at the picture of his old friend and shook his head. The vacant stare and jerky motions that the rat made in the picture told him that Malfoy was right; he didn't want to know what that side did to him to put him in this state. He was there, that's all that mattered, so he wasn't going to ask for details he was damned sure he wouldn't like.“What's this going to mean for you, do you know?” Harry asked, looking over his shoulder at his godfather. He knew that there had been a ton of owls the night before about the whole situation, something that had Uncle Vernon really disgruntled though he knew better than to say anything about it.“From what they told me, it's sounding like I'll be cleared soon. Tonks and Kingsley haven't been involved in the case directly, but it's big enough that all Aurors and Hitwizards are involved in some way. From what Remus said, they both told him that they have plenty of memories that came with Peter that they can confirm are real and the truth. And, to top it off, he's talking. They don't know if that will work in court as he has some kind of brain damage, but he's telling the truth from what they know. Which means that everything is a mess. I'm supposed to keep right on doing what I am for now, and they'll let me know when it's safe to come out of hiding. When Malfoy shows, we'll see what he has to say here. If they have enough clout to pull this off, they may have done something else. I don't know there.”“That's good,” Harry nodded, smiling. “And about time, that's for sure.” Sighing, he shook his head then added, “At least that part. Somehow, I don't think Dumbledore is going to let us be together even if you're fully cleared.”“He's not. I'm already counting on that,” Sirius told him then kissed him on the shoulder, rubbing his stomach where he had slid his hand under Harry's shirt. “I'm betting it's going to throw all kinds of spanners into his plans, that's for damned sure, and mess things up in a big way. That means he's going to panic slightly, then pull something completely off the wall. I don't like that part, at all. From my end, it means you and I need to come up with something fast to get out of here or make damned sure he can't accomplish whatever he comes up with.”Shutting his eyes, reaching down and rubbing Sirius' leg through his pants, Harry shook his head. “I can't think of anything right off the top of my head. Other than what Malfoy has planned. From what he said, though, nothing there is ready. He's started the process of buying the house, but it still needs fixed up and protections put on it.”“When he gets here, let's see what he has to say. He might have something in mind we haven't thought of. And, even if we get that figured out, we still have a shite-load more problems to deal with on top of that. It's the biggest, though.” Sighing, Sirius shook his head. “The worst part is I bet we're going to have to be fast here, because I'm sure Albus is already cooking up something to make damned certain this doesn't derail any of his plans.”Rubbing his eyes in a tired way, Harry sighed and shook his head then asked, tone exasperated, “Why can't he knock it off and leave us alone? I don't understand this! He keeps having everyone tell me to let the adults worry about the war, but he seems to want to make sure I'm involved. Then he says he wants you protected so you don't get caught, but you keep getting drawn in as well.”“Welcome to dealing with Albus,” Sirius told him, tone disgruntled. “It's always been like this, Harry, always. We all should have learned that from the last war, but we didn't. I'm sure, on some level, somewhere, he means it or is deluding himself into thinking he does, but what he shows is completely different. I've always said, and told it to you several times, there are causes worth dying for in this world. In this case, I'm sure it's not anymore, because it's so convoluted that I'm not sure what the real cause is here and what is just smoke being blown about that masquerades as a cause.”Shutting his eyes, Harry nodded, but said nothing.“We'll work with it, don't worry,” Sirius assured him, patting his bare stomach. “If it means doing something so off the wall that Albus doesn't expect it, we'll pull that off as well. We'll come up with something, somewhere.”“I don't see him letting it go easily,” Harry imparted, shaking his head.“He won't. No matter what happens, he won't. Whatever he has going on here is something he's planned out for far too long to let us toss a spanner of any kind in the works,” Sirius snorted dryly.“What do you think is the biggest part we need to work with?”“Honestly? My worry is keeping us together. That will be the worst. Arthur won't be able to hold him off for long. He can put his foot down, no doubt there, and has, with both Albus and Molly. That's something he's going to have to do in this case. When he does Albus is going to both wonder why and panic. Then we're going to have real problems. Because I'd bet everything I have he's going to do everything in his power to separate us.” Sirius explained, shaking his head while he did.“We talked about doing some kind of official binding spell at one point. Can't we just do that before he comes up with some wild idea?” Harry asked, looking over his shoulder at Sirius.“That's something to consider,” Sirius told him firmly. “We'll keep that in mind. Arthur or Remus can do that and it would be official. It'll cause problems when people find out, no doubt there, but it might be workable. The connection with Malfoy, though, is a problem. I'm not sure we could manage to get it to take as he's the third in this. It might reject it if we try. I can handle most of the idiots who might say something, trust me. We'd just have to make sure we can get it to take is all. That I don't know about. And if we can't and would have to include Malfoy, something we can do if it comes down to it and is all we have left, the problem will come in if it makes what is growing worse. Right now, it's hardest on his end. If we include him in the binding, it might cause it for us as well. That's an unknown factor I'm not sure about dealing with or if I want to. Before we even think to take that step, we need to make sure we're not being played and have some kind of trust here when it comes to him. The played part I'm sure we aren't. We both are, actually. It's the other that's the damned problem.”Giving an exasperated sigh, Harry nodded, understanding. “None of this mess should be hard to deal with! Merlin, it isn't for others!”“I get that, believe me,” Sirius chuckled, resting his head against Harry's.“Fighting this war is a choice. It is for everyone else in the Order. That's been made clear by everyone. Why can't it be for us?” Harry grumbled, crossing his arms, looking down.“Because you're involved in whatever mess Albus wants to play out. He can't let you slip through his fingers. One hint you're trying to back out, and he's going to make damned sure you can't.” Sirius told him in a soft voice, holding him close.“Is it wrong that I'm really beginning to hate that old man?” Harry asked with a snarl.“No. If it was, I would be guilty of the same thing,” Sirius told him, straightening up as he felt Malfoy approaching.Looking in the direction he felt Lucius coming from, Harry sighed. It was all such a mess and he found it ironic that dealing with Lucius was actually the easiest part of it.
Walking over and taking a seat, straddling the bench, in front of Harry, Lucius felt better already. Even just being close to the two made the 'twitches' he was dealing with diminish. That was good. Glancing at the Prophet that was there, he smirked and nodded. “I see you're aware what we did.”
“We are and I like it,” Sirius admitted with a nod. “I do have to ask; is there more to it? Like something you know that hasn't been revealed yet? What's there is great and it's a step in the right direction, that's for damned sure, but I have a feeling there is more.”“There is,” Lucius nodded, pleased with that question. “We set it up to where there is plenty of evidence, though it is hard to deal with from a legal standpoint. There is one chunk we held back, though. Why—I'll explain to you when you're done looking it over.” Producing a document out of his pocket, he handed it over and waited for the two to start reading it. Once they were, he explained, “This is in the hands of a solicitor. It's in Wormtail's own handwriting and will be turned over once the confirmation is made that it is, indeed, Pettigrew that is in custody, from a legal standpoint.”Reading through what was, basically, a complete confession of everything Peter did, including betraying James and Lily, Sirius said, “There is no way he wrote this. He would have done something, somewhere, to lay the blame on someone else. That’s what he’s always done.”“It's factual, completely,” Lucius smirked, scooting slightly forward so he could touch both of them.Snorting and grinning, Sirius nodded, “Oh, it is. I'll give you that.”“You're correct. He didn't write it. Every spell the Ministry can think to try on it will prove he did, however. It's his handwriting and they will confirm it as such. The solicitor will point out that it's notarized and sealed, thus authenticating it without having to lie. That will be the last of the proof the Ministry will need to clear you,” Lucius told him firmly.Waiting until Harry finished reading, Sirius then handed it back. “Is there a reason this isn't going to show up right away?”“Yes,” Lucius told him firmly with a nod. “It has to do with logistics and making damned sure we have something, somewhere, in place to throw off Albus. From what we got from Snape already, he's in a dither about what this can mean. Of course, Severus didn't mention any plans the old man has in the offing, but I'm sure this will throw some off as it will mean Harry will be with you as his parents wanted. That's our concern here. We want to buy some time so we can figure something out before Albus can come up with some harebrained scheme that will make it harder to work with for all of us.”Understanding, Sirius said, “Gotcha. We were just talking about what to do about that part ourselves. So far, we got jack and shite on the topic with one maybe that we aren't sure about.”“I'm not much better on this end,” Lucius told him sourly, shaking his head. “I'm in the middle of procuring the property. That should only take another day or so. Beyond that, it's going to take at least a couple of weeks to get it up to livable standards, even with every elf I can get my hands on working on the project. I don't want to chance hiring contractors. Even the most discrete ones can be bribed into talking if the price, or motivation, is right, so I'll be working with elves only. Then come the protections. The layering of those is going to take another couple weeks to even get them to the point that they are good enough to protect you. For full protection, it's at least a month. So, this is a buying time measure so we can come up with something workable, or at least something workable we can go with if the worst case scenario happens and we need to get you out, fast.”“Yeah, we need some time here, 'cause the only thing Harry and I can come up with we don't know about as it could involve serious complications for all three of us. As we aren't ready to step into that realm yet, I'm not sure we should even chance it.” Seeing Lucius look like he was going to ask what it was, he said, “An official bonding.” Quickly, he ran down what they were talking about then added, “I’m not sure with the connection what that could unleash on all three of us. You may end up just getting slammed because it would bind you with us. We may end up getting the worst of it because it may push faster for completion. So, it's not something I'm sure about here. As we have no real way of consummating it or staying together afterwards, this might be a very bad idea. And that's all we have.”“No, I don't like that idea,” Lucius said, shaking his head, looking sour. “The variables are something that none of us can calculate. What you just mentioned are only a few I can think of. There could be more we aren’t counting on. And, off the top of my head, I can't think of anything else that would help. With us not having a close enough ear to the ground when it comes to what Albus might be plotting, we have no way of figuring a counter for whatever it might involve.”“We agree,” Sirius nodded. “Which means we're wandering in thick fog with no compass to point the right direction.”Looking down, trying to think, Lucius rubbed a hand over his mouth then said, tone distracted, “What say we work on the basics of a plan to get you out and see what we can find so we can plan for that.” Glancing at the two, he saw them nod after exchanging a look then pressed on, “I've looked at that spell. With some help, I'm working on a modification that should make it more stable and able to work when it comes to a heavy magical influence. Give me a couple more days on it and it'll be safe to apply. Then we can talk some more to work on what's here.” Stopping, he looked down and shook his head before adding, quietly, “The pull here is not anything I could have anticipated. It affects everything.”“It's just going to get worse,” Harry told him softly, rubbing his eyes as he remembered what it was like with Sirius. Much of his problem with his temper the year before had to do with this part of the connection and drove what was there. Sirius was no better on his end, either.“I'm not sure how much worse it can get,” Lucius groused, looking at the young man.“It can, trust us,” Sirius sighed, remembering how bad it was. “Wait until it hits the physical pain stage. And this is nothing compared to what happens when you finally do consummate it then can't be together. We do not want to go through that again, I'm telling you that right now. So, when it happens, we're going to be together, no matter what it takes.”Groaning at the mention of pain, Lucius shook his head. “Is there any way to slightly dull the reactions at all? Or slow down the progress?” He asked, looking at the two.“That spell helped,” Sirius shrugged. “Some anyway. Though it’s not going to diminish it to the point you can push it aside.” Stopping, he looked at Harry, who was glancing over his shoulder at him, eyebrow arched, then sighed and added, softly, “Anything at all sexual in some way helps. Even if it's just talking and—you know.” Shrugging, he said, “We did that. The relief there was longer than for anything else and made it manageable. And if there was a way to slow down the progress, we never found it. Nothing we did managed that and we tried everything we could think of.”Rubbing his forehead with a trembling hand, Lucius looked at them, not sure what to say. This was bad, very bad. Because the realism was that as fast as this was progressing, he wanted it to finish quickly. That wasn't possible. He could, of course, manage to show up every day, like he already was. To press on to completion would require more privacy. And there was no way for him to join the two at night. “A right bloody nightmare,” he mumbled.“We know,” Harry told him dryly.“A word of warning; don't even try to get relief with someone else. The pain you will invoke on yourself will last for hours and you'll suffer for days over the 'betrayal',” Sirius cautioned with a grimace.“This just gets worse the more you impart,” Lucius told him sourly, looking at the man.“Sirius found that out the hard way,” Harry sighed, shaking his head. “We thought, maybe, it might help. You don't want to try it. He even had 'permission' to do it from me and it still backfired.”“I'll remember that,” Lucius told them. Thankfully, they had said something because that was a step he was pondering taking to see if it would help. After all, he had a wife and could manage something in that direction with no problem at all.Shrugging, Sirius said, “It just comes down to us working with what we have here and building on it. We then go from there. The more time we spend together, the better it'll be. Harry and I holed up together, making it look like it was something else to everyone, and just sat together talking. That helped.”“Maybe, if you two can accomplish it without raising eyebrows, I can spend more time over here as it progresses,” Lucius suggested, looking at them.“We can manage,” Harry shrugged. “The more we’re out of the house, the happier both of us and my family are. In fact, we spend most of the day out of the house if we can at all manage it.”“I'll try that then,” Lucius nodded. “I do have obligations I have to attend to, obviously, but when I'm not, I'll see what I can accomplish.”“I'm sure if we aren't here, you'll be able to find us,” Sirius grinned, shaking his head. “We tend to find somewhere private if we can do so.”“I'll work with what I can here,” Lucius said, sitting up straighter. Not wanting to hear anymore, really, as what he was getting just seemed to make the situation worse, or so it seemed, he changed the topic back to something more neutral.
Lying on his comfortable bed with the curtains tightly shut, Lucius was naked. Eyes shut, he was envisioning some very overtly sexual things involving both Black and Potter. This was normal, of course, with the pull that was there. He found that even spending a short amount of time with the two ensured that he came home with an erection that didn't want to die. The assumption was, of course, that it had to do with the connection.
Groaning as he watched a very vivid scene play out that involved him taking Harry while Black was behind him, sliding ever so slowly into his ass, he reached down and began to stroke his weeping erection. Licking his lips, he arched up slightly, panting as his hand moved slowly, relishing in the feelings it produced. Over his life, he’d had fantasies about men, like most others, but they were never overriding enough to ever want to 'go there' in reality. They also weren't something vivid or involved, just a basic act. These though—they were different. Vivid and explicit, they were very involved and more arousing than others he had ever had.Stroking himself faster, body flushing red and beading with sweat, he moaned loudly at what was playing out in his mind's eye. Panting heavily, he began to thrust up into his hand as he switched scenarios. Rather than be involved with the two, he was standing aside, watching Black take Potter while the young man was on his knees. Listening to the moans of the two while standing there, he was stroking himself. Perfect! Gritting his teeth, his hand moved faster on his cock as he heard Black describe, in detail, all the things he wanted to do to Potter.Stopping his hand, panting heavily, Lucius groaned. There was something he wanted to try, though he never had before. Snagging the vial of lube he was using off the bedside table, he dumped a generous amount in his hand then slicked up his fingers. Shifting around slightly, he positioned his hand beneath him then began to rub the finger around his arsehole. Moaning at the sensation, he went back to stroking his cock while he did that. Picking up the fantasy where it had left off, he, slowly, began to ease the finger into his arse. Though he hissed slightly at the burn that came with it, he slid it in until it was up to the third knuckle then began to fuck himself with it. Shutting his eyes, he thrust down on the finger as his hand moved on his cock, gasping and moaning at the sensations. Oh, this was bloody brilliant!Fucking himself faster, watching the fantasy shift and roll out, he gasped out Potter and Black's names as his end approached. Feeling his body tense up and quiver, his balls throbbing heavily, he arched off the bed and came, his cum splattering up his chest. Moaning loudly, he rode out the almost electric sensations that just seemed to keep going. After what seemed like hours, his orgasm finally ended, leaving him panting and limp on the bed, body still quivering from the sensations. Groaning, he looked down at his cum-splattered chest and thought he should grab his wand to clean himself up. That took too much energy, though, and he didn't think he could manage. Instead, he just laid there and thought over the visions in the fantasies. Like most adults, he was well acquainted with the mechanics of the act and could, when he wanted to, apply them to things he had never done before. That was the case here and he liked what he had come up with. In fact, he almost couldn't wait to see what it felt like with the two. From what he had heard in the past, the sensations with males were different than females. He hadn't really thought about that before, but was now, wanting to find out for himself.Eyes shut, he slowly drifted off as his mind played over other things he thought, maybe, he wanted to try with the two.
