Chapter 4
Blaise was standing outside with Harry and Ginny. “Harry” Ginny sighed “What was it you wanted to ask me” “Oh right” Harry smiled “I was wondering if you would like to go out with me” “Harry” Ginny retorted “I have a boyfriend have since my second year” “Oh ok” Harry frowned “Can I ask who” before Ginny could answer Draco popped in and said “Mom was wondering when you guys were going to be home she said something about school shopping our letters came in” Ginny looked at Draco and smiled. “Wait” Harry sighed “Draco’s your boyfriend” “Yes” Ginny retorted “Mom and Dad know and they approve” Draco walked over to Ginny and put his arm around her and stated “ listen Harry I’m sorry for everything I have done in the past. I really wish I could take it all back but unfortunately my father was tough on me and I had to put on an act. But I swear I never took the mark.” At that point Draco pulled up his left sleeve to show it off. “Well” Harry giggled “I’m happy for you. But do you think we could all hang out today at diagon alley I got to get my school stuff as well. Gives us a chance to get to know each other. Especially if Blaise will be perusing my best friend.” At that moment Hermione walked out and told Blaise “Ok I’m ready to go” Blaise grabbed Hermione and held her tight to him and apparated to Malfoy Manor as Draco did the same to Ginny but before he left told harry “Sure Floo to my house don’t want you to get splinched since you don’t know what my manor looks like” Blaise and Hermione landed at Malfoy manor in each other’s arms Blaise asked Hermione “Are you ok” “Yeah I’m ok” Hermione smiled “thank you for doing what you did. You didn’t have to.” “I know I didn’t” Blaise said “But I wasn’t going to let him treat you that way. So does that mean I get a thank you like this morning” Hermione laughed “you liked that too much” She leaned in and kissed Him and Blaise deepened the kiss. He pushed his tongue to her lips to get access to hers when he heard someone walk in. They pulled apart to see that it was Narcissa with a huge grin on her face. “So I see you two are Back” Narcissa giggled “What were two doing” “Umm I was thanking him” Hermione blushed “For helping me last night and while I was at the Weasleys By the way why didn’t you tell me that Mrs. Weasley knew.” “Oh yeah that’s right” Narcissa sighed “She was there when you were born. See her and I were best friends. Until your father found out that we were sneaking behind his back. We had to stop our friendship especially when he started beating me.” Narcissa handed Hermione and Blaise their Hogwarts letters. They opened them and both exclaimed at the same time “I got head girl/boy” At that moment Draco, Ginny and Harry walked in. When Narcissa saw Harry, she walked up and hugged him. “I’m Sorry” she sighed “I couldn’t be there for you when you needed me” Harry looked at her with a weird look and asked “What do you mean” “Well when you were born” Narcissa started “ “I was there. You see your mother and I were close. Like sisters to be honest. I was granted your godmother but after the accident I couldn’t take you because you would have been in danger in my care. I am just glad you turned out to be a handsome young man that never gives up on anything.” Harry and everyone else got a surprised look on their face. “Can I ask you something” Harry started “Now that I’m out of danger and everything could I stay here. My aunt and Uncle have gotten worse towards me and if I stay at the Weasley I will end up killing Ron after recent events.” “I already have a room for you” Narcissa laughed “Had it set up since you were baby and the house elves changed it every year as you aged.” Narcissa then went to show Harry to his room. Everyone decided to wait to go to diagon alley till the next day since it was getting late. Ginny ended up staying the night with her parents permission of course. After dinner, they all went to their rooms with the exception of Ginny who went to stay with Draco. When Hermione got to her room she realized that Blaise stayed in the room next to her. “Good night” Blaise smiled “sweet dreams” Before Blaise went into his bedroom he kissed Hermione on the cheek. When Hermione go into her bedroom she found all her clothes already put away. This was the first time she actually was able to get a good look at her room. Her room was painted red for Gryffindor which she thought was sweet since the rest of the family were slytherin. Her Bed was huge compared to what she had at home, Her Blankets had fairies on them which were her favorite creatures and curtains to match going around her bed. She went into her closet which was so big it had a couch in it. She went to her dresser and pulled out her nightie which was a light pink and barely covered her but she loved it because it was so comfortable. She then walked through the door on the other side of the closet to find a huge bathroom with a huge tub and a shower. She decided to take a shower before she went to bed. As she jumped in the shower she took her glamour off as she noticed that her favorite shampoo was in there. When she was done, she stepped out of the shower and looked in the mirror. This was the first time she actually got a good look at her body and it was covered in bruises. She sat down on the floor and just cried until she couldn’t cry anymore. She got up from the floor got dressed and spell dried her hair. She walked to her bed and climbed in she felt like she was in heaven as the bed was really comfortable. She finally dosed off to sleep. Her sleep was interrupted by nightmares but she managed to go back to sleep. She knew she was safe.
