Chapter 5: The Gemini Hut

Hey guys, I�m real sorry about the late update. I was in a freak accident a couple of weeks ago and ended up with concussion, so that put me out for a week and then I had a pile of work to get through which I had to do. Anyway, enough of my talking. I hope you like this chapter, and don�t FORGET to read and review! Thanks!

Harry woke up when he felt himself being poked in the side. �Go away,� but the poking continued.

�Get up NOW! Otherwise your bond twin will come and wake you up in a much more painful way. I daresay he is in a foul mood and his patience is wearing out.�

Harry sat up with a start at the unfamiliar voice and immediately reached for his magic, prepared to use wandless magic on the stranger standing over his bed looking down at him like he was an annoying child.

�Calm down, my child. I�m not here to hurt you I�m here to help you. And if you attack me, I daresay you will regret it,� said the stranger. Harry noticed that the stranger was old, brown hair with streaks of white in it, and had a fierceness and confidence surrounding atmosphere around him. �Now hurry up and get dress, clothes are over their in the cupboard, and meet me in the kitchen, which is on left side of the house, in 5 minutes. Don�t dawdle, your mate, Draco, is already in a foul enough mood as it is.� And with that the old man left the room, leaving a stunned and bewildered brunette behind him.

Mate? Draco? What the hell? Harry thought as he headed over to the cupboard. Then all the events in the last 48 hours came rushing to him, he gasped as the shock and realization of what the old stranger was saying. Eager to find out what the hell was happening to him he quickly got changed and headed straight to the kitchen, not really noticing the d�cor or the way their.

Open arriving he slowed down and noticed that Malfoy was pacing back and forth and the old stranger was sitting on the left side of the table with, what looked like his identical twin brother, sitting on his side.

�Ah, good you�re here. Sit down and have some breakfast,� he said to Harry before turning around and addressing Draco. �Okay enough of the pacing, your mate�s here so sit down and eat.� He ordered.

�He�s not my mate!� Malfoy snapped.

The old man just sighed sadly, shaking his head and murmured quietly to the other man, �this going is going to be a long two weeks.�

As Harry sat down, the man turned around in his seat. �I don�t think I introduced myself, my name is Daniel and this is my mate, Chris.�

Harry smiled politely. �I�m Harry Potter.� The two older wizards looked at him with knowing smiles. But before they could say anything Malfoy took a seat across from Harry.

�Okay, Potter�s here so can we get to the fact as to why we are here? And what�s with this bonded mate crap anyway?� Draco sneered. Harry felt a stab of pain and betrayal at Malfoy�s words, but pushed it aside for know.

�I see that we�re going have to tell you all the main facts straight up. Alright, but I ask you not to interrupt unless you have a reasonable question to ask.� Daniel said. �But first I want to know how use met, how long have you known each other, when did you first and last have sex, and what you looked like last night when the first stage of bonding took place.�

Harry looked down at himself and noticed for the first time that he was back to his normal self, he was both relived and disappointed at the fact, but again pushed his emotions away for now. He looked up at Malfoy to see if he was going to speak, but by the look on his face told Harry otherwise, so he answered all those questions.

�I see. The first stage of bonding took place rather quickly than usual, I wonder why? Oh, never mind that know. Now it�s your turn to listen to what we�ve got to tell you.� Chris told them in a tone of voice that was difficult not to obey. Both Harry and Malfoy nodded in understanding.

�Obviously we can�t tell you everything, for each bond is completely different, similar but different. All we can tell you is what we know. First of all this bond is what is known as the �Gemini Bond� and we are known as the �Gemini Twins�. Now I take that your star sign is not Gemini?� Daniel asked, and both boys shook their heads.

�No, I�m a Leo,� said Harry.

�As am I,� Malfoy replied.

�Good, the reason it is known as �Gemini� is cause during the Gemini period two moons appear which only we can see, it only happens once a year, and during that time is when we have our mating season. Now don�t get me wrong here, its not where you will be shagging each other 24/7 for a child, though if you want a child there are certain spells and incantations which you will find out throughout your two weeks here, it is a time where our hormones get completely out of control and where you became an even more private couple.

�Gemini Twins, when completely bonded, are private people but do associate with friends occasionally but we also like our privacy more than anything. Now as I said before each Gemini Bond is completely different, you might still be the same social person you are today or you could be completely spiteful to your friends and peers. Only time will tell.

�The Gemini Bond is split into three stages. The first, as you know, is what is known as the �Public stage�, as that is the only time where anyone will ever see such magic and beauty, no one has ever seen a Gemini couple making love or displaying any of their own magic. The second is the mind bond, it is where your minds slowly link to each other, so you will be able read each others thoughts, emotions, talk to each other and share memories, of course you can block your mate from reading your mind but I heavenly advice you not to, unless of course you are planning a surprise for your mate, as it causes both of your, especially your mate, to experience a pain worse than the Cruciatus curse and a sense of painful rejection on your mate if he does not understand or know why.

�And the last is the physical bond; you know what you looked like last night before you fainted?� Here both Malfoy and Harry nodded again, �that is what you will look like when your bond is complete. You won�t change that quickly, but as your mind bond grows stronger, the physical bond will start. The major changes will occur first, over two days, and quickly than it takes about 3 days for the subtle changes occur, once you look like each other, with a few differences mainly in the eyes, your bond will be complete. You will know instinctively when your bond is finished.

�Once this bond is finished you will relish it every second of the day. For it is one in a kind. You may have hated each other at the start of the bond, but now until you go back to school you will learn to get along with each other and then learn to love each other. I know there is much to take in but this is only the basic each Gemini Twin needs to know, before they go on exploring and finding out the rest for themselves.�

Both Daniel and Chris got up from the table and Malfoy and Harry quickly got up to do the same, which made them smile for some odd reason. �We will return on every 5th day, you will find everything you need here, in the Gemini Hut, if you have trouble finding anything call on the house elf, Misty, and she will help you with anything. There is also a swimming pool and a Quidditch pitch for your convenience. Now to make this bond go much more easily and quicker you will do everything together. You will sleep in the same bed, shower, eat, read and play together. You may think that is ridiculous at this stage, but you will thank us later for it. You can�t fight this bond, so don�t even try it, it will only cause much anguish. We will see you in 5 days. Enjoy yourselves.� Chris said, and with that the both disappeared in a whirl of gold magic, leaving 2 very stunned and confused teenagers behind, with a lot to think about.

Both Harry and Malfoy stood their for what seemed like forever, but which was only 3 minutes, and without communicating with each other they both started to walk towards the Quidditch pitch, which they didn�t even get told where it was they just knew.

When they arrived at the Quidditch pitch was when Malfoy broke the silence.

�Gemini Twins?� Malfoy said in disbelief and awe.

�You know about them?� Harry asked.

�Are you kidding? Gemini Twins are very rare, they only occur about once every 5 centuries, if that, and it is the most powerful bond between two humans. Chris and Daniel aren�t alive either, well they are at the moment I guess, but when a new set of Gemini Twins are born they, the bonded couple before them, are responsible to keep an eye on them and are bought back to a semi-life form where when the first stage of the bond in complete to help them with the whole bonding process.� Malfoy said with a hint of excitement in his voice.

Harry was stunned into a brief silence, not by what Malfoy just told him even though that was shocking in it, but they way he said it. �So what you�re saying is that Gemini Twins are not chosen at random, but born? What exactly does that mean?�

Malfoy looked at him before slowly saying, �It means, Pot-Harry, that when the first Gemini Twin is born the other is born shortly after their chosen mate. We were chosen to be Gemini Twins before we were even born.�

�My birthday�s the 31st July. When�s yours?�

�5th June.�

�But if what you say is true, how come all we did since we first met was fight? I mean surely we should of have been a bit civil towards each other.�

�But like Chris and Daniel said earlier, each Gemini Bond is different. Haven�t you heard there is a fine line between love and hate?�

Understanding dawned on Harry�s face as he put all the facts together. �So what you�re not going argue or scream in frustration that of all people to be bonded with, it had to be me, the great Harry Potter?� Harry said with the last bit sarcastic.

Malfoy just smiled that took Harry�s breath away, �No, why would I? It�s one of the greatest and rarest bonds ever and with you as my mate we could make it even more powerful and stronger than anyone has ever seen before. Besides, I�ve liked you since the end of 6th year, you think I�m about to argue when I can easily have the guy I want without having to fight you? I mean I get all the advantages here.�

Harry just stood there drinking each word that came out of the blonde�s mouth, before he gave him his own sexy smile and taking a step towards him and extending his hand. �Okay, but lets start of slowly. Truce?�

The slight look of disappointment that showed briefly in Draco�s eyes nearly tore Harry�s heart to bits but was healed when Draco put his hand in Harry�s.

�Truce." Now you have to call me Draco.�

�Draco,� Harry said trying to get used to the unfamiliar name. �I like it.�

�So,� Draco said regretfully letting go of his hand and pointing to the broom shed to their right. �How do you fancy a game of Quidditch?�

�Alright, but be prepared to get your butt whipped.� Harry said with smug attitude.

�You said anything about my butt getting whipped? What about yours?� Draco said as he opened the shed door.

�Oh please, I�ve beaten you every year. What makes you think you�re going to beat me this time?�

Draco just smirked. He looked in the shed and saw to his delight 2 brand new Firebolts and as he handed one over to Harry he said, �Okay let�s make a bet. The winner gets to do or dare anything, and the loser has to do it no matter what it is.�

�Anything, ha? What happens if it�s embarrassing, sexual or they just plain refuse to do it?� Harry replied with his own confidents smirk.

�Where�s the fun in that? No it�s anything that the winner dares or wishes upon the loser.� Draco said as he got a Golden Snitch from a cupboard on the wall.

�You�re on! Now let�s go.� Harry said as he mounted his broom and took off with Draco close behind.

Then the both stopped and turned towards each other at the same time, as Draco released the Snitch. They both counted to 10 before going to chase after it.

It was the most exciting, thrilling and adrenalin game of Quidditch that the pair had ever played, as they both did new maneuvers that the other hadn�t seen them do as they were not at Hogwarts and didn�t have to play by the rules.

An hour into the game Harry stopped to get his breath back and to scan the field for the tiny Golden Snitch. He had only been sitting on his broom for a minute before the Snitch whizzed past his right cheek, shortly followed by Draco.

Acting on reflex he quickly tore after Draco and followed him into a steep dive. Just when it looked like they were about the hit the ground Harry and Draco pulled out of the dive just in time.

Harry looked quickly around him to see where the Snitch had gone, he had lost sight of it as he pulled out of the dive, and couldn�t find it anywhere. �Where did it go?� Harry asked quietly not expecting an answer.

�Here,� Draco said with a smug expression on his face as he extended out his hand where the Snitch was tightly grasped.

Harry gulped as he saw the evil and mischief look in the blonde�s eyes, which Harry noticed still had a tiny bit of green in it.

�Looks like I won!�

Harry knew than that he was in trouble.

So that�s Chapter 5, what do you think? I�ve got an idea for what Draco�s going to make Harry do, but if you have any suggestions I�m open for idea�s. Anyway please don�t forget to review! Also I'm desperate for a BETA my grammer is pretty bad, so if any if your interest let me know!
