Bella then offered me her hand and I stood up. Then without warning, as most events had been that night, she, still standing, pushed me against Lucius’s body, pressing herself against mine. Suddenly there was a knock on the door. We all glanced at each other as if unsure whether we had heard right or not. When the door began to open Frank picked up the invisibility cloak, Bella and Lucius both snatched up their wands, casting disillusionment charms on themselves. I was not as quick as either and scrambled for my wand, but Frank grasped my hand, enclosing me in the invisibility cloak as the door opened.
