~Kairi's P.O.V~
~Inside Diagon Alley, Later on That Day~
Father's arm was wrapped tightly around my waist as we quickly made our way past several shops then, we came to a stop at Madam Malkin's Robe's For All Occasions and Lingire Shop.
Eyeing my father as he let go of my arm and opened the shop's door for me, I quickly went inside with my father right behind me, his last and only words right before we left the Manor were echoing in my head as Madam Malkin came out and we started looking through the catalog of dresses and underwear and bra's while, I was getting measured by her as well.
~Flashback~
Feeling father's hands on my shoulders, I felt fear and worry run up and down my spine as one of his hands wrapped around my waist and he pulled me closer towards him until I felt his erection through his pants begin pressed up against my backside.
Moving some of my hair behind my ear, my father bent down and breathed into it, sending another wave of fear and worry up and down my spine. "Were going shopping for some nice dresses and some lingire for you. I want you to be on your best behavior. You will not talk to anyone unless I say it's okay. You will allow me to go into the dressing room with you so, I can see what would look best for you. If you behave well enough, I might take you to Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour and Pure Witches and Wizards book shop afterwards." He paused to lower his voice even more. "But, if you don't behave, I will put a Silencing Charm on the dressing room and I will beat you until you can no longer stand on your own, do you understand me Kairi?" He asked me.
Nodding my head "yes" over and over again because I was to afaird say a word to my father.
"Good, now let's go shall we?" He said to me, as he released his hand from my shoulder but kept his arm firmly around my waist as we apparated to Diagon Alley...
~End of Flashback~
Eyeing my father as I spun around in a dark green dress, he nodded his head in approval of the dress.
Stepping off the platform, I headed back to the dressing room to change into another dress that he would approve of.
Father followed closely behind me but, Madam Malkin stopped him with her hand on his forearm in a death grip. Slowly turning his head to the owner of the shop, he plastered on a fake smile before speaking to her. "Yes madam, is something wrong?" He asked her.
Staring into his dark blue eyes, Madam Malkin moved closer to him so their eyes could meet. It was Madam Malkin's very angry and worried blue eyes verse's my father's calm and cool dark blue ones. "Mr. Malfoy, I'm not to sure what your trying to play in my shop between you and your daughter but, I've allowed you to go back to the dressing room's five times and each time your daughter's come out, I can see in her eyes and in her body posture that something is very wrong. Even though she's tried her best to hide it from the both of us, nothing gets past me. I will handle the rest of your daughter's needs from here on out and you will stay here and wait on your daughter to come out. Your lucky that I don't turn you in here and now but, for the sake of your daughter, I won't. I'll let you pay for the dresses Mr. Malfoy but, don't ever think that I'll let you walk in my store again, at least not while your daughter's here. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a customer to take care of." Was all the shop owner said to Lucius, as she released his arm and moved past him towards the dressing rooms, her footsteps echoing off the stone floor.
The once calm, cool and collected Lucius Malfoy just had his feathers ruffled by a shop owner, who had the gall to interfere with his personal life between him and I. /That woman! How dare she talk to me like that! She's lucky I didn't hex her, nobody interfer's between my daughter and myself./ Lucius thought to himself, as the anger started to boil in his blood and started to see red until I came out of the dressed in a dark purple dress with Madam Malkin by my side.
The dark purple dress was unlike the others, it was made out of the softest material that I've worn in my life, and the sleeves went past my forearms, and stopping at my wrists. The bottom of the dress stopped a few inches below my ankles and the top of the dress stopped above my neckline. The dress itself was decorated in broken pieces of different colored stain glass that shimmered in the light and it made pretty colors on the walls of the wardrobe shop.
Eyeing my dress, father gave a nod of approval before I even stepped on the platform. "I think that's enough dresses for now sweetheart. Go back to the dressing room and change back into your normal clothes. I will be at the front of the store waiting on you." He said to me before turning on his heel and heading to the cash register and pulling out a sack of money and leaving it on the counter.
~Ten Minutes Later~
Once we left the shop, I noticed that were was something wrong with father. I guessed we were heading to Twilfitt and Tatting's Shop next but, oh Merlin, I was wrong.
Suddenly father had a tight grip on my arm as he started dragging me to an alleyway. Putting a Silencing Charm and a Vanishing Spell on the area around us, I knew I was in deep shit and I was about to find out why.
Casting his icy blue eyes, I knew something was wrong and from the anger that was flashing in his eyes, I immediately knew that whatever was wrong with him, was about to come back to me, and for the first time in my life I was scared of my father and scared that I might not make it out of this alleyway alive...
