Authors Notes: Slight spoils for the Charlie story, yes they are all interconnected. I was not originally sure where to place this in the story, but it has aspects that will be needed for later on.

When Percy Weasley was 11 years he started Hogwarts, his brother Charlie was in his fourth year, and other brother Bill was in his sixth year and was a prefect. Percy himself was actually very nervous, he already had two older brothers that teachers and other students would compare him to. Bill had gotten his own owl a year prior for being a prefect, and Charlie didn't want a pet, so at first the parents were not even going to think about it. Then two days before they the train left Bill found a rat in the garden, it seemed friendly enough, so they gave it Percy, but Bill named it.
Like the past six years, Mrs. Weasley almost made them late with all the hugs. Mr. Weasley had to drive the three boys to the London, in his muggle c., Bill sat upfront with Arthur, Charlie and Percy in the backseat. Bill kept talking about all the cute girls he was dating, yes his oldest brother was sixteen and had what sounded like three girlfriends, but it could have been more. Charlie was not talking, he was reading another book on dragons, this what the second Weasley boy always did. Percy did know that Charlie had a girlfriend though, Bill had teased Charlie all summer over this. Apparently Charlie had asked his bestfriend to be his girlfriend last February.
They did not reach King's Cross till about 10:35 am, they got some trolleys and Mr. Weasley made sure all three of sons got through the barrier. Charlie ran off once he saw his girlfriend. Bill was getting cat called by both genders, and one girl even grabbed his butt as she walked by. Percy was not sure of what to make of all this.
"Dad!" Bill said. "Isn't that Dangous Dai?"
"Hmm?" Arthur said. "Ohh the Quidditch player." Arthur and Percy looked over. "I believe it is."
"Who?" Percy asked, he liked Quidditch but did not follow it like his older brothers.
"From Caerphilly Catapults!" Bill said excitedly. "Seriously Percy are you sure we are related?" Bill and Arthur were too distracted to see young Percy's start to look at his feet.
"I heard from Ludo Bagman that he was coming today," Arthur said. "Apparently he has a daughter starting Hogwarts this year."
There was a crowd growing around the famous Quidditch star, tons of witches and wizards wanting autographs. Bill went over for his own autograph, Percy was not excited and just wanted on the train, so Arthur helped him before rushing over to get some autographs for the twins. Even though there was only twenty minutes before the train left, it as mostly empty since there was a celebrity around.
Percy found a compartment with two girls in it, since they both seemed like first years he went in and sat by them. One of the girls had very curly blonde hair and green eyes, she was also dressed in a pair of blue jeans and a tee-shirt with a cartoon duck on it in a sailor shirt and hat. The other girl had brown hair up in a pony tail with a big red bow and honey eyes, she was also dressed in a short sleeve red dress that ended under her knees.
"Hello," Percy said, walking in and sitting across from the girls.
"Hi," The blonde said.
"Not a Quidditch fan?" The brunette asked.
"Not really," Percy said.
"Quidditch?" The blonde asked.
"It's the most popular wizarding sport in the world," The brunette said.
"The beater for the Welsh team is out there," Percy said. "My dad and eldest brother are out there trying to get autographs. Charlie, my other older brother, my even be out there trying to get one too."
"No I'm not," Charlie said. He was standing in the door phrame with a girl, who was in her uniform already, and had strawberry blonde hair in two french braids down the either side of her head, and had hazel eyes behind black cat framed glasses.
"I still don't get how Quidditch is so popular," The girl said.
"Oh Percy this is Friday," Charlie said. "Friday this my younger brother."
"Hello!" Friday said.
"You're the Gryffindor Seeker," Percy said. "Yet your girlfriend isn't a fan of Quidditch?"
"I like it," Friday said. "I just don't get its level of popularity. Granted I never really got muggle sports either."
"I'll see you later," Charlie said. "Bill will prolly stop by a few times to check on you." Charlie and Friday started walking off.
"Oh for Merlin's sake," They heard Friday say. "Lincoln and Zelda are already snogging."
"Your brother is cute," The blonde said. "Too bad he has a girlfriend."
"My dad said boys are off limits until further notice," The brunette said. "So your name is Percy?"
"Yes," Percy said. "Percy Weasley."
"Percy!" Bill said in the door frame now. "Dad said to make sure you had a seat. Good you have." The blonde was looking at Bill. "I can't believe you didn't want a Dangerous Dai autograph."
"Charlie didn't want one either," Percy said.
"That's because his life revolves solely around dragons and Friday," Bill said, then his eyes went wide. Percy heard knocking on the compartment window, Dangerous Dai was standing there. The brunette opened the window.
"Audrey, dear, remember what I told you," Dai said to the brunette.
"Yes father," The brunette said.
"Try not to keep your head in a book too much," Dai said. "And make some friends." Then he patted her on the head and left, and Audrey closed the window.
"Your Dangous Dai's daughter?!" Bill was very excited by this. Audrey just nodded. "You should come upfront with the cooler kids. My little brother especially is very nerdy and annoying."
"I'm fine where I am," Audrey said.
"Well if you change your mind," Bill said. "Come up front and I will introduce you around." Then he left.
"Both your brothers are so cute," The blonde said. "Does he have a girlfriend?"
"Bill?" Percy said with a sigh. "He has like three, and he's about to be seventeen."
"I guess he is a little too old then," The blonde said. "Oh I'm Penelope Clearwater. And you must be Audrey." She said the last part looking at the brunette.
"Cassandra Audrey Llewllyn," Audrey said. "But I prefer to be called Audrey."
"Why?" Penelope asked. "Cassie is much cooler name. Audrey sounds so boring."
"I don't really like the name name Cassandra," Audrey said, but it sounded like there was more to it.
Suddenly the train was bombarded with all the students, there was less then ten minutes before it left. They also all seemed to realize that Dangerous Dai Llewellyn had left. Once the train calmed down Percy went to change into his uniform, when he got back only Audrey was there, she had apparently changed as well, but her bow was still in her hair.
"So..." Percy said sitting down, not sure how to talk to other people. "Your dad is famous." Audrey just nodded. "Must be nice."
"It's alright," Audrey said. "I do not get to see much during the training camp months though. He had to request this morning off special just so he could be here."
"Where's yous mother?" Percy asked. "Home with your other siblings?"
"I don't have a mother," Audrey said. "She was a muggle. And she left me with dad when I was four years old." She stared out the moving window as she said this, trying to hid the fact that it bothered her.
"Was your dad just reminding you that boys were off limits?" Percy asked, she looked at him oddly. "When he came knocking."
"Oh no," Audrey said. "Well mostly likely he was talking about his biggest life motto."
"Is it something about blowing up bludgers?" Percy asked, half laughing. This made Audrey laugh too.
"No," Audrey said. "Dad says it is very important to know yourself. It's more important to be yourself and not care what others think. You are the only one who who truely has to live with the decisions you make."
"I would not expect something so wise," Percy said. "From someone called "Dangerous" Dai."
"Yea," Audrey said. "Dad is never what people expect. They always forget hes more of an extra on team too."
"He is?" Percy asked. "He's so famous I figured he was a Seeker or, well with his nickname, a Beater."
"No," Audrey said. "Dad isn't actually very good at Quidditch. But as he said, one needs a gimmick. You need stick out from the crowded if you are going to reach the top."
"Gimmick?" Percy said. "Like an act?"
"Sometimes," Audrey said. "It can be anything that makes you stand out. Dad says my bows are good for me. A bow for everyday, and every occasion."
Percy just nodded finding this advice interesting, they talked a little here and there for the rest of the train ride. At some point Penny finally came back in uniform, but she did not say where she had been. Though she kept talking about all the boys she had met.
When the snack cart came by only Penny got up to get stuff but she was not sure what to get. Percy just pulled out his corned beef sandwhichs, Molly Weasley must have thought all the children loved them, when it was actually only Bill who liked them. Audrey also had a packed a lunch, but her was much better looking then his. She had some tea sandwiches and grapes, there was even a lower compartment that had cheese and crackers.
Bill never came back to check on Percy though, which he found odd, Charlie had said the eldest Weasley checked on him about five times. Though Charlie did come again, with Friday, they had apparently felt like going for a walk. They even surprised Percy by giving him a chocolate frog, it made Percy feel like he still had some family. He was still a little hurt by what Bill had said on the platform.
Then once they reached Hogsmeades the first year were called off towards a large man and some boats. Audrey and Percy got into a boat together, Penny ran off to be in one with three other boys. Eventually a boy, said his name was Alexander, and girl named Alice joined their boat. And soon they were all off to the castle. After a bit of waiting they were all to be sorted, and Percy payed attention to every name.
"Andrews, Viera," McGonagall called, and a girl went up.
"GRYFFINDOR," The hat said after a moment.
"Balfour, Alexander," McGonagall called, and the boy from the boat went up.
"SLYTHERIN," The hat took a bit longer to decide this.
"Cabot, Niles."
"HUFFLEPUFF."
"Campbell, Elvira."
"RAVENCLAW."

"RAVENCLAW."
"Llewellyn, Cassandra." Audrey stepped up and everyone looked at her. They all realized this was Dangerous Dai's daughter.
"HUFFLEPUFF." The hat took two minutes on this.
The entire Hufflepuff table go so excited, and the other houses were in shock. Percy realized she would be the celebrity of their year, he also realized no one would ever be that excited over him. He should have been used to that, not even parents were ever that excited over what he did. He was never going to stand out, he wondered if they woud even be excited if he made Gryffindor.
"Lloyd, Regina."
"SLYTHERIN."
"Magee, Bernadetta."
"GRYFFINDOR." This girl was so shocked that she tripped on the way to the table.

"HUFFLEPUFF."
"Trembles, Quintin."
"RAVENCLAW."
"Weasley, Percival."
Percy went up to the hat, he was nervous, but he could not tell what he was nervous over. He was a Weasley, he expected Gryffindor, he could not let his brothers and parents down. But again he wondered if it mattered, would it ever matter. He was thinking about this when the hat was placed on his head. The hat found Percy interesting, he said Percy had the mind of a Ravenclaw. But that he seemed more like a Slytherin. Percy was almost a hat stall and after all that was said that the Weaseys are to be.
"GRYFFINDOR." Percy was shocked and confused by the hat, but went over to the same table as his brothers.
"White, Wendy."
"RAVENCLAW."
"Wood, Oliver."
"GRYFFINDOR."
