"How are we going to do this?" Hermione asked, running to keep up with Adrien who was striding fast toward Gryffindor tower.

"Just leave it to me." Adrien said. "I'll just scare the living fuck out of him."

"How?"

"Wiggleweed" Adrien said to the Fat Lady who nodded and swung forward. "Just watch."

"Harry. Harry..." Adrien hissed.

Harry looked around from his spot on the sofa in front of the hearth in the Common room and saw Hermione and Adrien standing just inside the entrance. Confused as to why they weren't coming in, he rose from his spot next to Ron, Lavender and Ginny and followed the two out into the corridor.

"What's this about?" he asked.

"Muffliato" Adrien muttered waving his wand over the area, and Harry's eyes went wide. Before he knew it he was being backed into the wall by the younger Snape.

"Alright, listen, Harry... This is a very serious matter that myself and Hermione here are about to reveal to you, and I will tell you right now, if it gets out to anyone else, I will not hesitate to hex the fuck right out of you."

"Are you fucking mad, Adrien? What is this all about?"

"Your word, Harry."

"Okay... Okay, you have my word, damn.." Harry said as Adrien released him from the wall.

"Word has it, that Malfoy has asked you to keep an eye on that Map of yours to see who my father's been dating." Adrien began, crossing his arms.

Harry looked puzzled to the maximum. "Yeah, he has, but I wasn't planning on really doing it."

"Harry... You sit around and look at that Map all the time." Hermione said.

"What is this all about? Honestly. You can out with it, I won't tell anyone." the green-eyed wizard said with sincerity.

"It's me, Harry." Hermione said, and watched as a very confused look spread across her friend's face.

"it's you... It's YOU!?" he exclaimed, realization dawning on his face.

"Yes." Adrien and Hermione said together.

"Adrien... Why are you... You're okay with this?!"

"I'm the one who got them together, Harry, and it is crucial that if you happen to see them together on that Map of yours, then you need to keep it to yourself."

Harry sighed and furrowed his brow in utter confusion. "Adrien, I knew you were a sick and twisted individual, but I never saw this coming.." he said, but laughed in spite of himself.

"Oh, Harry," Adrien began, putting a hand to his chest in mock flattery. "You don't have to pay me a complement after I've just threatened the fuck out of you." he laughed.

"So... It's you, Hermione... That explains a lot..."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, why you wouldn't play the game with us the other night, for one. Also you spent three bloody weeks at his house over the holiday."

"Yes, Harry.. Okay, yes... It won't be a secret forever, but for now, it needs to remain that way, otherwise Severus could lose his job." she said. "That means, Malfoy cannot know. I know you've grown closer to Malfoy after everything that happened, but let's face it... He's got a huge gob."

Harry nodded. "Okay, fine... You have my solemn swear that I will not say a word."

Hermione sighed with relief. "Okay... Thank you, Harry." she said hugging him.

"When did this start?" Harry asked.

"Near the start of term." Adrien replied with a cheshire grin.

"Why are you okay with this?"

"Because. I've never seen the man as happy as he is now."

"I suppose that's alright..." Harry trailed off.

"Alright... Well... We've got to go let him know what you said." Hermione said. Harry shook his head in disbelief, but smiled before stepping back into the Common room. Hermione and Adrien took off back toward the Dungeons.

"Harry said he wouldn't tell anyone." Adrien said as soon as they walked into the classroom where Severus sat grading essays.

The dark wizard looked up from his task with a raised brow. "So soon? How did you ever manage to do it?" he asked, half sarcastically.

Adrien grinned wide. "Oh I just... Threatened to hex the fucking living hell out of him if he told anyone."

"And?" Severus asked, still with a raised brow.

"He gave us a solemn swear that he wouldn't say a word." Hermione chimed in.

Severus seemed to relax. "Okay... Good. Well done, Adrien."

"Yep..." Adrien sighed. "Thanks to me, you two are safe from the mouth of Malfoy." he finished, slyly brushing off his shoulder. Severus shook his head.

"Well then... I'm fucking knackered from yet another night of Filch's detention. He made us scrub toilets. Without magic." Adrien grimmaced. "I'm going to bed."

Without another word, the younger Snape left the classroom, once again leaving the two alone.

"Do you really think Potter will keep his mouth shut?" Severus asked Hermione.

"Yeah... I think so. Now all to worry about is if Ronald nicks his Map from him at some inopportune time, but that doesn't happen very often, so... I'm pretty sure we're safe." Hermione smiled.

"Good" Severus said sitting back in his chair with a sigh. "Stay with me tonight? I think I would just like your company..."

"Okay." she happily agreed.
