"Docket ending MV86533, World Court vs. Thomas Marvolo Riddle," the clerk said, "The
charges are:
1) 666 counts of Murder in the first degree, including 2 counts of Murder of a World Lord
2) 8 counts of illegal use of Liability Ten Dark Magic in the first degree
3) 1 count of terrorism in the first degree
4) 1 count creation of an illegal organization in the first degree
5) 777 counts of use of an Unforgivable in the first degree."
"How does the Defendant plead?" Judge Rodovsky asked.
Judge Rodovsky was a tall burly man with long, graying hair.
Voldemort, who looked like an aged version of Ralph Fiennes due to a series of potions and magical plastic surgery instead of well-known visage, smugly said, “Not guilty”.
“The Court request remand, your honor”, Carmen retorted.
“Remand? Isn’t that a little extreme?”
“We’re giving the most evil wizard in the 20th Century a fair trial with a jury of his peers, when most of the people in the wizarding world want him dead on the spot, and you’re saying that remand to the defendant is a little extreme”
“Very well, the defendant is remanded to a secure facility in Geneva without bail until the trial date” Rodovsky said as he banged his gavel.

Hermione was in the library of the World Court, trying to figure out who the Aguilleros sisters really were. She was impressed by the collection they had of books.
'They are over 200 years old. They must have years of experience at this sort of thing. No wonder they were gotten to do this trial.'
She was interrupted a few minutes later by Carmen who surprised her a bit.
“We weren’t originally lawyers, we were once exceptional potioneers.”
“What happened?”
“We discovered the instructions to creating the Draught De Leon potion”
“No wonder why you and your sister look so young”
"Yes, but living this long, doing what we do...it's rough. Magic folk can live longer than muggles. Yet, we still fear growing old and dying. However, Potters and the women that marry into the family live longer, that is, if they are given a chance."
"What do you mean?"
"Some say the line is cursed for having the creature blood in it. Make no mistake...that's not a demon, that's a creature that is considered a demon. I'd give you all as long as Harold had with his harem, 30 years."
Hermione bit her lip. What if the heart condition Harold had was genetic? What if Harry...
'No! We won't be left behind like McGonagall was. I'll make sure of it,' Hermione thought, starting to share information with the Harem's potion mistress.

Harry went back to his room to find Scirocco waiting for him while reading the paper.
“Mr. Black, what are you doing here?”
"Please Lord Black, call me Scirocco or Sal. I wish to be instated into the House of Black," he began.
Harry arched an eyebrow and asked, “Why”.
"I guess I should tell you that my mother is Walburga Black and my father is Tom Riddle or Voldemort”
“So you want to be the Lord Black?”
“No, you can have the title; you seem responsible enough. He's still alive."
"Who?"
"Sirius Black."
“How?!”
“Yes he went through the Veil of Death, but there is another Veil in Japan, under the Shiniroki Castle”
“So the Shinirokis sometimes use the Veil as some kind of portal?”
“Exactly”
“Now, where is he?”
“He’s here in Hague”
“Thank You so much”
“One other thing, your Piru is actually one of three Heiresses of Ravenclaw”
“Three heiresses of Rowena Ravenclaw? How do you know of this?”
“I work for the Magical Archaeological Board and have been looking for the Hogwarts Founder’s Heirs”
888 Four Days Later 888
The court room was packed for Voldemort’s trial with Harry and Neville’s harems, government and law officials from around the world, magical television reporters from the United States, Australia, and Japan, and people who wish to see justice done.
The jury of the Trial of Thomas Marvolo Riddle AKA Lord Voldemort consisted of:
1. The World Lords:
a. Sara Merope Ostrakas Riddle
b. Harry James Potter Black Peverell
c. Maki Shiniroki
2. Aug
usta Longbottom, Chief Witch of the Wizengamot in Britain
3. Undersecretary of the Brazilian Minister of Magic, Miguel Santierez
4. Richard Malcolmson (Canadian) of the Pan-American Auror Federation
5. Head of the German Magischkriminalamt( Magical Criminal Police Office), Klaus Auger
6. Kim Shu-Feng (South Korean) of the Greater Asian Magical Government
7. Sabrina Richards of the American Senate of Magic
8. Timofeyevich Illyosov of the Russian Kremlin of Magic
9. Zaire Nunjabi of the African Magical Confederation
10. Vera Barnes of the Australian Ministry of Magic
The Agilleros Sisters called their first witness, Myrtle Frisbee to the stand. To accomplish this, Carmen Aguilleros, who had experience with ghost-hunting, went to Hogwarts three days before the trial to retrieve her promising to bring her back to Hogwarts.
"You were one of his first victims, were you not?"
"Yes."
"How were you killed?"
"I saw his giant pet snake."
"He saw you as a possible obstacle then?"
"He knew that I wasn't going to let him let that snake roam the castle."
When the questioning of Myrtle was finished, they went to the Resurrection Stone to recall Morfin Gaunt. The recall was a success when a man with a shaggy beard dressed in mucky clothes appeared in the stand.
"You are related to the accused. Why do you think he went to the Dark side?
"Two reasons...first, the magical world doesn't have laws preventing magical orphans from being put in muggle orphanages, especially bad muggle orphanages."
"And the second?"
"Dumbledore."
"Dumbledore?"
"His whole 'greater good' philosophy in the end, might have prevented him and the British Ministry from helping young Riddle. Dumbledore has this thought that the good of the collective is better than the good of the individual. Because of this, he was blind to what happened to Mr. Riddle at that orphanage."
“How did you get this information?” the defense attorney asked when Ricarda signaled that she was done.
“Azkaban had a lot of people who were against the British Ministry and wanted reform. I believe they were called ‘Revolutionists’ and were against the ‘backwards’ agenda”.
When questions involving Gaunt were finished, the sisters went back to the stone to attempt the recall of Tom Riddle Sr. only to discover that they couldn't do it.
Harry glared at the stone. Was the old man still alive?
"He's a muggle...muggle ghosts are almost impossible to recall." The defense attorney smugly stated
"And that destroys the defendant's stance of being a pureblood when in reality he is a half-blood", Carmen retorted and continued, “and to further prove this point, I would like to show you ‘World Court Exhibit 13A’ otherwise known as the memory of Harry James Potter’s situation in a room known as the Chamber of Secrets”.
Carmen put the memory in the pensieve theatre and showed the court the events that took place in the chamber of secrets while showing the jury the diary.
When it was over, she called Horace Slughorn to the stand. She did this knowing that we would be serving a lengthy sentence for providing the defendant with information on how to create a Liability Ten Dark object, but she had no choice on the matter.
"You knew Tom Riddle when he was a student, did you not?"
"Yes."
"Why did you tell him about horcruxes?"
"It was a mistake on my part I freely admit. He knew how to get almost anything he wanted. I never believed that he was so afraid of death that he would do what he did."
"Why not just lie or tell him that he couldn't have the information?"
"At the time I didn't believe that he would become so dark. Had Dumbledore pried more into Tom's life this might not have happened. Maybe he pried into Harry's life as much as he did because of it."
“Actually, with the mountain of evidence the IMPO had, Dumbledore pried too much into Tom’s life and it nearly cost the world. You should have contacted the headmaster at the time, Armando Dippet about the defendant’s research. Wasn’t that standard procedure?”
“Yes”
After the questioning, Carmen went back to her seat to call Burke to the stand in hopes of getting any information on how he got hold of Hufflepuff's goblet and Slytherin's locket and make horcruxes out of them.
"How did two Hogwarts relics end up in the hands of the darkest wizard of this side of the 20th Century?"
"A good many number of founders' relics have been lost and those with the blood ties to those lines have mostly died out. It's no surprise that those ended up in the last of Slytherin’s line."
"And was their anything special about these two relics?"
"Magically, no. They are just a simple goblet and locket."
“Wrong Sir, I will show you World Court Exhibit 10MAB, research of the Hogwarts Founders compiled by the Magical Archaeological Board given to us by one Scirocco Salazar Black”
"No wonder the defendant wanted those relics. The goblet can amplify any potion poured into it. The locket can find the one worldly desire the person that is holding the locket wants," Burk said.
"Actually, neither you nor the defendant knew of the abilities of the relics, but is it possible that turning those objects into horcruxes might have damaged those abilities?"
"Without a detailed examination I cannot say for certain."
After Burk was done, Ricarda recalled Hepzibah Smith with use of the Resurrection Stone.
"You had dealings with Riddle, did you not?"
"Yes, and I will forever regret them all. I didn't realize how foul of a soul that was in that body."
"Why did you do what you did?"
“He worked for Borgin and Burke’s as an associate”
The defense asked, “Did you try to sleep Riddle to further your dealings?”
"It wasn't sexual, but he probably has gotten a lot of females that way. No, he knows exactly what to say to a person to tempt them."
“How did you get the cup and goblet?”
“I bought them from Borgin and Burke’s in 1927”
“The goblet I have a probable understanding to being that you believe you’re a descendant to Helga Hufflepuff, but why the Locket?”
“I enjoy collecting rare magical items”
After questioning Smith, they were trying to figure whether they should bring Walburga Black in now or later on. They decided to bring Merope Gaunt to the stand since they were on the locket issue and could carefully transition to Voldemort's psychological aspects when cross-examining her.
"Ms Gaunt, you used love potion on your son's father to get him to fall in love with you?"
"Yes."
"Knowing that it was highly illegal to do so, especially since the one you were feeding the potion to was a muggle?"
"I didn't care. I loved him."
"Your need to have him as your lover via love potions is somewhat similar to your son using horcruxes to keep himself anchored to this world, but you stopped giving him the potions, did you not?"
"Yes, and he hated me. Muggles have such hate for us magic folk that it is a surprise we're not slaves to them. They believe our powers are from Satan himself."
“I partially believe you, now why did you sell the locket?”
“I needed the money”
The defense wasn’t convinced so they went into her personal history; Harry thought he had it bad with the Dursleys, until he heard what Merope went through.
When questioning was through with Gaunt, they decided to knock the psychology of way and bring up Bonasera Ostrakas via the Resurrection Stone. A thin, fairly young woman with black hair wearing a robe that has the Ostrakas family crest appeared on the stand. Sara whispered "mother" and started tearing up.
“How did you end up pregnant with Sara Merope Riddle in 1959?”
“I gave Mr. Riddle an experimental potion known as ‘Synchros Psyche’ which is meant to synchronize two minds for easier psychological counseling, however, I didn’t think it would attract him to me”
“And from that case in 1959 to your death in 1968 you were trying to find and reform Tom Riddle?”
“yes”
"Now, can you describe the conditions Tom Riddle has from World Court Exhibit 56OSTRA, your profile on the defendant?"
"He has an irrational thanatophobia or fear of death. He also believes that muggles are parasites that are to be slaughtered, even though he knows that’s virtually impossible. He does everything for one reason, to avoid death at all cost."
Now that the court knew of Voldemort's psychology with Ms. Ostrakas testimony, the sisters decided that now would be a good time to focus on whatever affairs he had so they called on Walburga Black.
“When did you first meet the defendant?”
“Hogwarts, September 1938”
When Walburga saw Scirocco, she started tearing and floated over to him.
"I have nothing to say to you", Scirocco said with a stern face.
"But..."
"No mother. You laid with that bastard and you deserve to be dead. I hate you for the life you gave me."
"You had a romantic affair with the defendant did you not?"
"Yes," she quietly answered, seeing the hate from her own son.
“When”
“It originally started in 1950, but got romantic after 1962”
"Why didn't you protect yourself?"
"It was a heat of the moment thing," she answered.
"Isn't it really true that you knew damn well of the excessive inbreeding in the Black family and hoped to get new blood into the family?"
"Yes," came the quiet answer. Gasps and murmurs could be heard.
Harry shook his head. Pure blood family witches sometimes were stupid, especially those that suffered from inbreeding.
With the questioning of Black done they decided to go for a triple whammy and call Dumbledore to the stand.
"You were the transfiguration teacher at the time?"
"Yes."
"And you met Tom when he was a child?"
"Yes."
"And yet you didn't try to go to some magical authority to get him out of that muggle orphanage."
"Well..."
"And isn't it true that you were so wrapped up with your Grindelwald affair that Tom just flew under your radar?"
"Well..."
"And, when the great Harold Potter took out Hitler, you had to eclipse him by taking out Grindelwald."
"I..."
"And, isn't it also true that you both knew that the Potters had right to all three hallows and that you wanted the family to crumble so you could lay claim to them?"
"It's..."
"And you saw Tom as a way to rid yourself of the Potter line, or at least, trim it down to a manageable one?"
"I..."
"And you knew that the horcrux in Harry's head spelled his death and you hoped that World Lord Potter Black Peverell and Riddle would destroy each other so you could finish what you and Grindelwald started, didn't you?"
"That's not..."
Harry glared at the ghost with hate. It took Hermione and Caley in the gallery to keep him from launching at the ghost and cursing him to hell.
Ricarda was having real fun cross-examining Dumbledore, but decided it was over and summoned James Potter to the stand.
"Lord James Potter, give the court the details of that night."
"We had just put down our son for the night. We were about to have our own fun when the wards around the house alerted me to Tom coming. I told my precious Lily to head up to our son's room."
"If you have the same creature blood as your son, then why weren't you able to drive Tom away?"
James sighed, "I think it was because that I was so focused on getting my Alpha that I wasn't able to bond with other witches, which would have strengthened that part of the blood."
"How long did the duel last?"
"No more than a dirty five minutes. Tom was using nothing but Avada Kedavra against me. Tight quarters and my panicked mind for my Alpha and my son...I was careless and got separated from my body."
“Were you ever told of a prophecy involving two boys and the defendant?”
"What? NO!" This proved to be a mistake on Ricarda's part as a large aura of deathly power started enveloping the courtroom.
Harry was curious where his father got this power from; then he remembered what Shiniroki told him about dormant Shinigami powers. It was probably tied to the fact that their family's tie to the hallows.
After Potter was done describing his attack in graphic detail, the sisters decided to go the death eaters and called Severus Snape. Harry was smiling knowing that being an accessory to murder was a serious offense. Sara was pissed knowing that Solid Snape was blacklisted for taking the Dark Mark, but decided to use him.
"You were the spy, were you not?"
"Yes."
"Where are your true loyalties?"
"Dumbledore."
"Dumbledore?"
"He was the one to help me in trying to get out of being a Death Eater."
"Why did you turn?"
"The prophecy."
"Why?"
"I was a fool. I was in love with Lily Evans. I made the wrong decisions. She should have been mine."
“Not possible; you were an agent from 1977 to 1979 for the IMPO code named ‘Solid Snape’. The Dark Mark is Liability Eight Dark Magic and an automatic blacklisting.”
Carmen showed the court the memory of Snape’s initiation. Suffice it to say, many in the courtroom were disgusted that someone could do that to a person.
‘Once I get back to my office I’m ordering a “vigilante order” on all Death Eaters’, Sara thought as she saw the memory.
When they were done with Snape, Bellatrix was called. She smiled knowing the so-called Dark Lord was going to fry. Augusta was happy knowing that a victim was able to express herself in front of her tormentor.
"You were the highest ranking witch in the Death Eaters were you not?"
"I was known as the mistress of pain."
"But you are no longer that Bellatrix?"
"No, but I remember all of that."
"You went after the Longbottoms?"
"Yes, because of that damn prophecy."
"And how did you manage to preserve this persona we are hearing?"
"The combination of Crucio and Imperious curses split my mind in two. I managed to protect myself within a mental shield."
"And your loyalty now lies with?"
"My World Lord Harry James Potter Black Peverell," she purred.
When Bellatrix was done, Narcissa was called.
"You were the trophy wife?"
"Yes. I was only to produce one child and just look pretty."
"Is that why you didn't take the mark?"
"Yes, and to make sure I could still raise Draco, but apparently, they wanted him to take the mark as well. However, he can't kill, unlike his fool of a father."
"Could you have been made to take the mark?"
"In the beginning, there was a plan to have me and my sister become the disciplinarians in the ranks for the Death Eaters, but Lucius decided to keep my arm clean.”
When Narcissa was done, Ricarda said, "I would like to call the defendant Thomas Marvolo Riddle Jr. to the stand" to allow him to try to defend himself, so they could finish this farce.
