Once More Into the Fray
Winded, the witch pushed at Snape until he rolled off her, relieving her already strained lungs. “We should go back up to the castle,” she murmured, eyes closed.
“I suppose,” he grumbled, rolling off the bed to search for his clothes. She tumbled from the opposite side, hunting for her underclothes.
“Damn heathens probably drank all of my tequila by now,” she complained half-heartedly as she shimmied into her green panties.
Quickly, they both redressed, straightening hair and clothing until their appearance belied nothing. Natalie opened her door, holding it for the Potions Master to sweep through, his cloak billowing about him. ‘Damn thing hides such a sweet view,’ she groused mentally as she leered at his back.
The two cut an impressive swath across the darkened lawns. As they neared the castle, Natalie reached to stop Severus.
“Thank you.” She captured his dark unreadable eyes. “Most pleasurable evening.”
“Most pleasurable,” he repeated with a seductive rumble. “Perhaps we might share some time again?”
“I would enjoy keeping company with you, Professor.” She twinkled mischievously just before lightly stroking the inside of his thigh.
“I concur.” He leant down to whisper directly into her ear.
She beamed a wide smile at him, but indicated the great wooden doors to the castle.
Just before opening the door to the lounge, both parties replaced satiated grins with annoyed sneers, nodding curtly to each other before sweeping inside to find their counterparts rather inebriated, and sprawled more comfortably in the overstuffed armchairs scattered around a lower table.
“Finally, Nat. We were about to mount a search party,” Alexei stammered from his seat, under Ana.
“Indeed. Damn children. ‘I am so homesick … blah, blah, blah.’, we didn’t even get to properly terrorize any one of them," Natalie groused, looking thoroughly disappointed. Snape arched an eyebrow in her direction, looking irritated, but conveying his respect at her easy lie.
“I believe you have found your twin sister, Severus,” Remus quipped, only slightly slurring his words, as Tonks, who had settled comfortably between his knees, giggled.
“At least another reasonable human,” Snape countered evilly at the werewolf.
Natalie, claiming the now nearly empty bottle, poured two more shots, handing one to Severus. “Now, where were we?”
“Actually, after you left, Ana brought up a point of dispute,” Alexei drawled as he conjured another bottle-full of the cactus-based alcohol.
“Really?” Natalie eyed him coolly as she settled on to a soft settee, Snape choosing to sit next to her amongst the obviously paired couples.
“Yes,” Alexei continued, “It seems Ana believes you do indeed have a tattoo, Mistress Richmond.”
“I assure you that I do not have a tattoo.” She pursed her lips into a wry little grin. Severus leaned back into the couch, trying to remember if he had spied a tattoo.
“Natalie, you indeed ‘ave a large tattoo across your back,” Ana hiccupped as she clarified.
“Ana, you must look closer next time. It is not a tattoo.” She smiled at the younger woman, who pursed her lips pouting.
“I don’t think we should take your word for that, Natalie.” Remus grinned mischievously at her.
“Well … if you all want to see my markings, then I demand to see yours.”
“All of us?” Tonks gasped.
“If I am going topless, you all go topless,” Natalie stated calmly, tossing back her shot to boot.
“Ladies before gentlemen.” Alexei nudged Ana with his foot.
“I tell you, she ‘as a tattoo,” Ana stubbornly insisted.
“If we decide that your “mark” is indeed a tattoo, Miss Richmond, I believe we should be permitted some retribution for your lie,” Snape added his two cents, smirking at her.
“Really, Severus?" she sniped at him. He merely smiled at her. "Oh, all right,” she agreed. Ana quickly removed her blouse, revealing no marks on her torso. Tonks was next. As she lifted her sweater over her shoulders, a red triangle was revealed just above her right hip.
“Interesting,” Natalie commented as she leaned in for a closer look. “Delta?”
Tonks nodded, grinning.
“Trés apropos!” Natalie sang out. “Delta - the symbol for change,” she explained for Ana’s benefit. Remus’ eyes became fixated on the small red triangle, his fingers twitching while longing to trace its perfectly even sides, his eyes darkening a shade.
Natalie gracefully stood up, and, began unzipping her dress very slowly, back to Severus whose eyes widened in amazement as the expanse of porcelain skin was revealed to him in full light. Slipping her arms from the sleeves, Natalie expertly tied them around her waist, glancing over her shoulder at the dumbstruck professor behind her. “Does that look like a tattoo to you, Professor Snape?”
“Indeed not,” he confirmed for her. Natalie turned slowly around for the other four to examine her back. In silver-white lines, an eagle traced delicately across her whole back, its wings outspread, a snake in its talons.
Remus was also dumbstruck, and enthralled. He stepped over Tonks, drawn to run a finger along the lines. “What is this?” he inquired.
“A type of familial rite of passage. It is not a tattoo. No ink or needles were involved. Magic and, in essence, acid, were used to etch my family’s herald,” she instructed coolly.
Severus also rose to his feet, as well as Alexei to examine her markings more closely.
“That had to hurt like hell,” Alexei exhorted.
“I’ve never been to hell. But, yes, it did indeed hurt, a lot,” she answered. “Now, the rest of you boys, strip!” she commanded.
The men obeyed. Remus’ chest revealed many criss-crossing scars. Alexei possessed a blue dragon, its tail encircling his left nipple. Snape’s shirtless torso again revealed sparse hair, numerous scars, and his tattoo dark against the pale skin of his forearm.
“I believe you should all drink double for not believing me.” Natalie stated as she sat back down, without fixing her dress. With her back now hidden, Remus’ attention again fixated on the tattooed triangle on Tonk’s hip as she resettled between his legs, laying her bright pink head against his thigh.
“I agree,” Tonks concurred, reaching for her glass, saluting the American, and tossing back yet another tequila. The others grudgingly followed suit.

For sky dancer ;)
Thanks to all for reading, and responding so positively. I really don’t have a plan for this, so be patient. MBS - I definitely agree: there had to be a lot more shenanigans going on when the kiddies weren’t around … Just what did Madame Maxime and Hagrid do after they snooped on the dragons anyway? LOL
