Shaken from the aftermath, Harry sat heavily on the ground. Draco sat next to him, looking just as bad if not worse.
“How do you do that?” Draco panted.
“Do what?” Harry asked.
“A corporeal Patronus.”
“I don’t know,” Harry shrugged. “It’s always like that.”
“I can only produce a bit of cloud.”
“You just need to practice more, and think of something happier.”
Draco stared at his wand for a bit before Harry startled him by shoving a chunk of chocolate in front of his face. He glanced sideways at Harry.
“Eat this,” said Harry. “You’ll feel better.”
Draco took the offered chocolate and bit into it. Potter was right, and warmth spread through him.
“I don’t think I have a happy enough memory to use,” Draco said after a moment.
“What’re you talking about? Everyone has a really happy memory to use against a dementor.”
Draco shook his head sadly. “No, I don’t think I do.”
Harry laid his head on Draco’s shoulder and whispered, “Of course you do. Think of me.”
