Give Me Harry Potter

Severus collected himself before he briskly entered the Great Hall. He fought to keep the blush off his cheeks as he felt his lover’s essence inside him after their brutal two hour session in the time bubble. When he reached the top of the steps at the front and turned, he silently noted that Harry was in the room, as were Hermione and Ron Weasley. He made his face unreadable as he growled out “Many of you are surely wondering why I have summoned you here at this hour. It has come to my attention that earlier this evening... Harry Potter was sighted in Hogsmeade.” A large majority of the students started whispering amongst themselves and Snape’s left eye twitched. “Silence!” he snapped and the room fell deathly silent. Severus put his hands behind his back as he slowly paced back and forth along the front of the room. “I mention this in the hopes that truth will not be supplanted by rumor. For myself and a few select members of the staff this comes as little surprise. We have, for some time, considered Mr. Potter's return to Hogwarts to be not only possible but inevitable.Consequently, in the past several months and under my specific direction, defensive strategies have been employed to defeat any attempt Mr. Potter might make to breach these walls. But know this; Should anyone -student or staff- attempt to aid Mr. Potter, that person will be punished in a manner consistent with the severity of their transgression.” A smirk curled on his lips before he went back to a neutral expression. “Now, if anyone here has knowledge of Mr. Potter’s whereabouts... I invite them to step forwards… now.”

“I think I can help you out with that.” Everyone in the room turns and murmurs in disbelief as Harry Potter appears from within the Gryffindor section “It would seem that despite your defensive strategies, you have a bit of a security problem, Headmaster.”

Snape narrowed his eyes and pulled out his wand “Potter…” His eyes flickered to where he could see Damien in the Slytherin section and the demon mentally told him to stand down and only defend. His gaze shifts as one by one others emerge: Ron, Hermione, Goku, Vegeta, Lupin, Arthur, Molly, Fred, George, Trunks, Percy, Luna, Dean, Bill, Fleur, Kingsley, and finally Bardock walks into the room with two knocked out Death Eaters and tosses them to the floor. Bardock smirks as he crosses his arms and leers at the front of the Great Hall.

“And I’m afraid it’s rather extensive.” Harry says with a slightly venomous tone.

The Carrows, who had been moving towards Harry, falter then turn to Snape with uncertainty. Snape glances at the Carrow siblings and growls “Don't do anything you idiots...” He looks back at Harry who has his eyes narrowed and is glaring at Severus with pure hatred.

“How dare you stand where he stood!” Harry finally yells at Severus. “Tell them about that night! Tell them how you looked him in the eye, a man who trusted you, and killed him!”

Snape’s eyes meet Harry’s but his face remains stoic. McGonagall stands poised, her expression no longer a ashen but renewed with hope. Flitwick’s hand and other staff member's hands twitch over their wand. The air prickling with silent anticipation. Snape moves his wand wielding hand up and McGonagall steps forward, sending an explosive curse Snape’s way. Pivoting, Severus easily parried the spell and sent it bouncing around the room, causing chaos to erupt. Snape bit the inside of his cheek for a moment at the twinge in his lower back and hip. Flitwick and the rest of the staff -inspired by Harry and McGonagall’s courage- leap forwards with their wands drawn.

Snape, outnumbered, stood with gritted teeth at the epicenter, parrying spell after spell with inhuman skill. He deflects two of the curses and purposely sends them at Alecto and Amycus Carrow who fly backwards and fall unconscious. His eyes lock with Potter and he raised his wand as Harry threw a spell at him. His eyebrows raised as McGonagall stepped in front of Harry and started throwing spells at him. His eyes flashing red with momentary frustration, Severus let out a frustrated roar after deflecting several spells. He lashed his wandless hand outwards in a slashing motion and a burst of fire lit up the room. With the entire room blinded, Severus turned to black smoke and flew out of the room through a window behind him, shattering the colorful panel.

“Coward!” Minerva called out angrily as the fire died down.

Bardock smirked at her as he walked over to the Carrow siblings “Calm down Minnie. It ain't over yet.” Bardock pulled out his wand and bound the siblings with magical rope then stuck them on the wall. He picked up their wands then easily snapped them with a bit of pressure between his fingers. He looked towards the broken window, his expression a bit on the sad side since he knew what Severus’ situation actually was.

“Bardock?”

Bardock turned around and smiled at the sight of Harry “Yeah?”

Harry rubbed his neck then said “I'm glad you're fighting with us. Really.”

Bardock nodded then walked over to where his cub and King was “Hey.” Goku looked over and smiled at Bardock “You sure Gohan can look after yer cub?”

Vegeta raised an eyebrow “The brat isn't incompetent if that's what you're worried about.”

Goku nodded “Yeah, besides, I think he's a bit too distracted to be out here. He's still fretting about Piccolo.”

Vegeta snorted “As any Saiyan would be. Their bond is on the frail side right now as it is.”

Bardock sighed “Yeah… I know…”

Goku frowned deeply “Wait, frail? Why?”

Bardock looked at his cub “Gohan and his mate have been disconnecting their bond too often and they haven't reestablished their bond in quite some time. The fact I've been having to help him through his heats could also be a factor.” he nodded “Interspecies bonds are hard enough as it is without all this strain. His body is having a hard time keeping up with his human depression. It’s sort of like a more mellow version of bond withdrawal, like what I have because I lost Toma.”

Vegeta grunted in agreement “His human side could be affecting him more than we think. It's hard to know when Saiyans didn't breed with other species because they thought it would dirty the bloodlines.”

Bardock shrugged “They aint wrong.”

As Bardock and Vegeta laughed at Goku’s deep frown, a girl suddenly screamed. Everyone in the room put their defense up immediately and Goku rushed towards the shriek. He came across a young girl in the Gryffindor section with her hands on her ears and crouching down.

In another section, another girl is screaming and Bardock pelts across the room to see another girl in a similar position of terrified misery. He growled and looked around “What the Hell?”

Suddenly everyone grimaces as Voldemort’s raspy voice rolls through each of their heads.

‘I know that many of you will want to fight... Some of you may even think this wise... But this is folly…’

Vegeta notices movement by the door and rushed forwards “Veget…”

Gohan is standing there with a hand pressed to his ear and the other holding the baby Saiyan. The Demi grimaces and looked at Vegeta with a furrowed brow “Vegeta…?”

‘Give me Harry Potter… Do this and none shall be harmed…’

Vegeta carefully took the uncomfortable and squirming child from his bond-son and started cooing softly. The babe was obviously under the effects of the mental message like the others in the room and he definitely doesn't like it. Veget cried as he buried his face in his Carrier's shirt, his tail curled tightly around King Vegeta’s wrist.

‘Give me Harry Potter and I shall leave Hogwarts untouched…’

Vegeta looks over warily as he feels his mate put a hand on his shoulder. The Alpha Saiyan’s expression is hard and almost murderous with his lip curled in disgust as he looked around the room as if to see Voldemort.

‘Give me Harry Potter and you will be rewarded…’
