Chapter 67 Epilogue

Without asking, Severus stood and scooped Kathy up into his arms, then carried her upstairs to the bedroom. He stopped every few steps to kiss her passionately and she responded breathlessly to every one.
�Severus, it�d the middle of the day.� She gasped when he put her down on the bedroom floor.
�So? It didn�t bother you the last time we did this, and we weren�t even married then.�
�Yes but� Severus.� She squealed as he grabbed her again, spun her and threw her onto the bed, pouncing on top of her with a mischievous grin on his face.
�You are my wife now, mine and only mine. I intend to take what belongs to me Kathy and I can wait no longer.�
Kathy lost the will to argue, already he was impatiently pulling at the zipper on her dress while his mouth worked her to fever pitch as it kissed and sucked hungrily at her flesh.
�I want you Kathy. I need you, you are mine for always.�

He told her constantly who she belonged to, what he wanted to do to her, how much he needed her, loved her.
�Severus.� She whispered between gasps and exclamations of surprise and delight. �I� oh� think we�ve� what are you� established� ooh yes� that I�m� ah that�s my� yo oh God.�
He smiled from between her thighs, establishing his claim as he finally tasted her. He worked the tip of his tongue in tight little circles round her clitoris, relishing in the sounds of her half hearted protests as she contradictorily clenched his hair in her fingers to press his face against her core. He felt intoxicated. Kathy was his. He was a free man. Kathy was his. He was exonerated of Albus� murder. Kathy was his. He would no longer be summonsed. Kathy was his. Hishishishis.
Kathy thought she might die when first one, then two fingers were pushed inside her, the things he was doing with his tongue was shameful, it shouldn�t be allowed, but she didn�t care any longer.

She moaned and mewled her pleasure as he licked and laved, his fingers plunging in and out as sensation after sensation filled her lower body. She wanted to scream, to cry as her orgasm built rapidly and burst forth, sending her into a spiral of intense, shuddering bliss.
Severus tightened his grip on her thighs, wincing at the pain as she pulled on his hair as she finally reached that crescendo, tightening round his fingers, her inner walls pulsing and contracting.
He gave a lazy smile as her grip relaxed and her legs fell to the sides bonelessly.

�Kathy Snape.� She whispered back at him.
As soon as she said it he was lost. He pulled back and pitched forward, out again and in. Slowly, torturously he moved in and out of her, her tight walls pulling at his foreskin, rubbing against the sensitive glans underneath sending wave after wave of pleasure shooting down his spine. It was so unlike anything he�d ever experienced. A steady heat began to radiate around the couple on the bed. As they writhed and clutched, bucked and sweated and moaned into each other, the heat grew, emitting a soft glow, surrounding them. Severus knew something was happening, but he couldn�t have stopped it if he tried. Something was engulfing them, intensifying everything. His own magic pulsed through him and into her, returning back and forth, merging recycling, and something else, mingling with the magic, combining, blending, sending shock waves of rapture pounding through them both as he pounded her. When it got to the point where he thought he might die from an overload of excitement he exploded, his seed shooting forth at the peak of his orgasm, her walls contracting so tightly he was unable to pull back, she stiffened beneath him, her hands pressed against his buttocks, holding him there needlessly.
Slowly the heat and pulsing magic cooled and settled, a mild tremble of something he couldn�t name developing in his veins, nerves, skin and organs.
He looked at her as he tried to regain his breath, saw the slow trickle of tears on her face, his own falling to pool with hers.
�What� what just happened?� He asked.
�I don�t know, but it was� like nothing I�ve ever� I don�t know.
He slumped on top of her, not really caring at the moment. He felt fulfilled, completely satisfied. Holding her, her rolled to his side, pulling her with him, keeping her close as they drifted into an exhausted sleep.

Neither aware of what really happened.
It was seventy two hours before they both woke to the knowledge that somehow during their lovemaking, their powers had intermingled, giving both equal amounts of magical and Leeching ability. It�s potency was not diminished because of it�s division, instead it had gained a new strength, such as Severus had only felt after first being Leeched and having his magic returned. Likewise, the control of the leeching was passed on. A complete awareness of how and when it could be released, when it should be contained.
They never revealed their secret, except to a select few. Neither wanted the world to know they were the first and only Leeching couple in existence. When they returned to Hogwarts, it was to a hail of greetings and tears.
Kathy was the proud new owner of her very own wand. Like Severus� it was blackened Birch with a Dragonheart core. With help from Severus, and the prior knowledge she gained from him during that particular meeting of bodies, minds, and magic, she was soon wielding it as though she�d had one all her life.
Together they discovered how to Leech with the aid of their wands, thus being able to heal and dispel diseases without any untoward effects on their persons.
Four months after the defeat of Voldemort, when the funerals were over, Severus had received an Order of Merlin: First class, he was re-established as Hogwarts Potion Master once again, through choice, while Kathy took up the post of Defence against the Dark Arts. She held this position for five years until the birth of their first child, Constance Elizabeth Snape. Constance had brown hair and the blackest eyes. She was a loving, tender individual, but could sulk for England if she wasn�t getting her way. Stephanie Gwen Snape came two years later, again with brown hair and black eyes. Three years after Stephanie came Sandra Eileen Snape, black hair and brown eyes, followed seven years later and completely by surprise, Severus Thomas Snape. Little Severus was the spitting image of his dad. He was doted on by his older sisters, and as a result he was spoiled rotten. He was uncontrollable most of the time, would throw a tantrum at the slightest hint of things not going the way he wanted. Kathy and Severus more than had their hands full with him. He was more difficult then all three girls put together.
Often the couple were forced to bind his powers for several days at a time, but as he got older, he was able to repel the binding.

Fortunately by the time he was due to start Hogwarts, he�d calmed down considerably. Like his sisters, his powers and knowledge was considerable. All four children grew up in the Hogwarts environs, there wasn�t a part of the castle that was unknown to them. The Marauders map became obsolete by the time Elizabeth finished her final year at school and Severus took over the post of Deputy Headmaster. He twice refused the position of Headmaster, arguing that his short tenure in that position was more than enough for him.
Once little Severus started at Hogwarts, Kathy retook the post of Defence Professor.

When Severus finally retired, younger Severus took over the post of Potions Master and Head of Slytherin. He was just as formidable as his father had been, but he was a lot fairer and showed no favouritism between the houses.

All four of the Snape children were sorted into Slytherin when they reached eleven years of age, and all four graduated with high marks.
Kathy retired seven years after Severus, and together helped raise their grandchildren while the parents worked.
