Crash and Burn Part 6 (Long awaited chappie for Lucius)

Lucius let go of Illyana's arm only to fall to the ground out cold.
Angel said, {Mother, What happened to father?}
Illyana looked at Lucius and said, "Must be the loss of my Power core. Your sibling must want to be born today."
Angel said aloud, "Did this happen with me?"
Illyana said, "You are more stronger than your little sibling. This little one is different that you."
Angel smiled and said, "I do not care as to that. All I care about is that he or she is healthy. You are important to me as well, Mother."
Illyana said, "We need to find a way to revive these two and fast. I do not think that I will survive if Lucius is not awake for this."
Severus snapped his head up fully awake due to the pain he felt in his bond with his daughter. He said, "What is going on?" He noticed that Illyana was not showing any outward sign of being in labour. He said, "What happened to Lucius? Why are you not showing the pain you are in, Yana?"
Illyana said, "It is the magical core that surrounds me and Lucius. That core is what almost killed me when Angel was born. I need my mate to counter the core or I will die."
Severus slapped Lucius hard. When that did nothing to revive the fallen wizard. He resorted to punching Lucius in the gut.
Lucius gasped in pain then groaned. He looked at Severus and said, "What was that for?"
Angel walked Illyana back to her bedroom and closed the door.
Severus said, "You are about to loose your mate. The child wants to be born today. Get into her and do not pass out again. I will not be so kind next time."
Harry looked at Lucius and started to chuckle.
Lucius looked stunned at what Severus said. His mate was in labour. He looked worried because she could die. He said, "Then why did I pass out?"
Severus said, "You were cut off of the power core of Illyana. Your mind could not handle what happened. Get in there. NOW!!!!"
Lucius ran into the other room. He saw Angel and Grieve with their hands streched out over Illyana. He walked up and said, "What are you two doing?"
Angel turned hard eyes to his father and said, "We are trying to save both mother and my sibling. You were passed out so you could not do it. Grandfather is not able to do it. I was the next best thing to you."
Lucius said, "That I understand but what about him." He was pointing at Grieve.
Grieve growled, "I am Angel's catalyst. I provide him with the powers he shares with me. If I was not here, we would not only loose your mate but mine as well."
Lucius realised that he could loose his other family if he distracts Angel anymore. He said, "I will sit down over here and be quiet." He notices that his son is getting pale and said, "Angel, are you alright? Answer me, son."
Angel starts to nod his head but his eyes roll back into his head. He starts to fall to the ground but Lucius catches him.
Lucius got to his son before he could fall to the ground. He wrapped his arms around his son's waist. He was thrown to the back wall by an angry Grieve.
Grieve said, "Do not touch my mate. You maybe his father's image but you are not his father."
Angel groaned and said, "Love, he is my father. He will be the head of the dark nights. I will take over when he retires with my mother."
Lucius said, "What is the dark nights?"
Grieve said, "Not yet. You are not ready to know."
Lucius tilted his head and noticed that during this mini-fight with his son's mate, his mate had stopped breathing. He touched Illyana's head and said to her, "Do not leave me in this world alone." His eyes closed and when he openned them, he was standing in a field.
Illyana looked up from the grass and said, "Welcome Lucius. You are here to recieve more training to be a dark night. I know that you are wanting to know what the dark nights are. I will tell you in time. Right now, I must tell you that I am dying. Our child will be born with your strength."
Lucius said, "I will loose you now. Why must you die?"
Illyana said, "I have no core energy left. Do not let our son Angel suffer anymore. Grieve is tainting his magic. Grieve is power hungry and our son does not see it. I have seen Grieve mind and it is as dark as Albus'."
Lucius said, "Is that why I am not allowed to touch our son."
Illyana nodded and said, "Yes, your magic would have allowed our son to see what Grieve is hiding. I have tapped into your power core and that allowed me to bring you here. I know that when you awaken I will remain here. Our second child needs more magic than I have left."
Lucius said through his tears, "What is the dark nights?"
Illyana said, "Before I answer that expose your dark mark to me."
Lucius exposed his arm, and Illyana covered it with her hand. Lucius groaned and gasped in pain. He was surprised that it was removed from his arm. In his mate's hand was a snake that usually goes through the skull's mouth.
Illyana looked at the snake and said, "Crackious."
The snake exploded.
Lucius looked at his smooth arm and there was a black bat where his mark was. He looked at Illyana and said, "How..?" His question was cut off as Illyana exposed her arm. He noticed there was a black bat on her arm.
She said, "Welcome back to the dark nights. First, we never discuss the dark nights with someone who is not marked with the black bat. Second, you must expose your bat to hear anything about the dark nights. Third, the one you want to talk to about the dark nights must expose the same black bat mark to you if they don't you must not tell them. Angel has the mark, but Grieve does not."
Lucius said, "What do the dark nights do?"
Illyana said, "We are on our own side not light or dark. We are neutral. We only fight to defend other dark nights. Ask our son Angel to train you. I would do it myself but when you leave I will remain."
Lucius said, "There has to be a way to save you."
Illyana said, "There is. I just can not tell you where or what it is."
Lucius said, "Angel will help me raise you back."
Illyana smiled and said, "I think that I can keep this running in your mind until you are ready to let me go." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In the sitting room, Severus tilted his head and whimpered in pain as he felt his daughter's life force leave her body. H
arry rushed over to Severus and said, "What is wrong, Sev?"
Severus said, "She is gone. My daughter is dead. I can not sense her anymore."
Harry grabbed Severus and said, "It will be okay."
The headmaster's voice came through the floo system and said, "Harry Potter, please come to my office."
Harry said, "I will be right back."
Severus nodded as Harry walked out the door.
Two hours later, a baby's cry is heard from the bedroom.
Severus looked up as the door to his room openned.
Harry walked into the room and jumped on Severus.
Severus screamed in fear. He said, "Mr. Potter what are you doing to me? Thi--s is hi- hi-highly in-in-inapprop- not proper." He looked at Harry stunned as the small body flew into his arms and kissed him hard. He turned his head away.
Harry grabbed Severus' chin harsh and said, "You belong to me and no one else. You will carry only my children."
Severus started to whimper. He said, "Let me go, Sirius. Please don't do this to me."
Harry just laughed. He said, "My godfather does not own you. However I do."
The door blasted off and out walked Illyana. She said, "CHAPOS!!"
Harry winced and fell to the ground.
Severus looked at his daughter and said, "You died. How?"
Angel walked in and said, "My father saved my mother with the blood to blood spell."
Illyana said, "Mother, Harry was cursed by Dumbledore. He does not know what he was doing to you or that he was even hurting you. Dumbledore needs to be stopped. Mother let me see your dark mark."
Severus exposed his mark to Illyana and watched as she removed it from him.
Illyana held the snake in her hand and she said, "Crackious."
The snake exploded.
Severus looked at his arm and was amazed when he saw a black bat tattoo on his forearm. He looked at his daughter and grandson as they exposed their marks.
Angel said, "Welcome to the dark nights, grandfather."
Illyana nodded in agreement. Illyana said, "There are a few rules you must follow in the dark nights. One you must only talk about the dark nights with other in the order. Two the exposing of the tattoos are the call for safety with our talking of the dark nights. Three you must give and recieve the mark before the chatting about the order is able to continue. Dark nights talk with their own kind and associate with their own kind."
Harry looked at his arm and saw the bat tattoo on it. He said, "What happened? Did I hurt you Sev?"
Severus smiled and shook his head. He said, "My daughter explained that it was not your fault. I should place the blame on Dumbledore. I take it you know about the mark on your arm."
Harry nodded.
Illyana walked back out of the room with a wrapped cloth in her arms. She walked up to Severus and placed the bundle in his arms. She smiled and said, "Mother, I would like to introduce your grand"

Lyana: I told you that the child will be born in this chappie. Harry and Sev is coming.
Harry: I almost got him. Why pull me away?
Lyana: It is not the right time. Sev is still scarred due to his encounter with Sirius.
Sirius: Why was I made the bad guy?
Lyana: You are not. It is a curse and you will stand beside Harry when the trial happens.
Harry: TRIAL?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!???
