Here come answers and confusion and some sex :-D
Lily sat down on the bed as he shut the door, “What are you doing here?”
“You weren’t the only soul that left its body that night, Voldemort,” she looked up at him, anxiety etched in her face, “I did too. I don’t remember anything except that night until yesterday. It was like I just woke up. And it was like I could hear a voice saying to come see you, to make things right. Do you still hate me?”
“I never hated you,” he shook his head. Lily smiled at that and extended her hand. He took it, sitting down next to her, “I was so jealous that you would be with your husband when I was an option. And when I saw him go after you for being with me…I hated him. I killed him to protect you.”
“James was not a particularly loving man,” she whispered, laying her head on his shoulder. “He hated me and my being a Muggleborn. He hated that I could fall in love with you. He beat me even before I sought comfort in your arms.”
“You could have come to me.”
“I know. I should have. If I could do it over again, I would.” They sat quietly for some time before she spoke again, “Voldemort, I love you.”
He looked down at her, her eyes looking up at him nervously as she wondered what he would say, “I love you, Lily Evans,” he finally said. She grinned and leaned up to kiss him hungrily, Voldemort pushing her down onto the bed and sliding his shorts off. “It’s been so long since I’ve had your body…”
“I know,” she whispered as she slid out of her jeans and pulled her blouse over her head, “I’ve missed you so much my love. I don’t want to ever be separated from you again.”
“I will never let you go,” he whispered back, pulling his own tank top off. Lily’s hands explored his body thoroughly as their tongue duel intensified.
Salazar and Harry had to be led into the living room by their partners. Hermione wrapped her arms around Salazar’s neck, “Are you okay?”
“Mo-I thought…I thought she was dead.”
“How…” Harry just shook his head and no more words came out.
“Voldemort will figure it out,” she whispered to Salazar. “Trust your dad.”
“I do,” he nodded, pulling Hermione to him, “I do trust him.”
Voldemort and Lily were wrapped in each other’s arms, enjoying the afterglow of their long-awaited reunion. “Well at least one thing hasn’t changed,” she smiled as she nibbled on his ear, “I still know all the places that you like the most.”
Voldemort squeezed her ass, “I’ve missed you so much,” he whispered.
“I have something to tell you, my love,” she looked up at him.
“What?”
“Harry isn’t James’ son.”
“Then whose…”
“He’s yours.”
“What?!” He sat upright in bed in disbelief. “But…you said…”
“What was I supposed to say? I couldn’t leave my husband for you!”
“He was beating you Lily! I could have saved you if you had let me!”
“I didn’t want you to save me,” she said, blinking away tears. Voldemort felt his heart ache in pain for her and he pulled her into a tight embrace. Lily let the tears flow, closing her eyes as her strong lover soothed her, kissing her lightly on the head and whispering how he loved her.
“If you had saved me, Voldemort, my friends would never have forgiven me.”
“You were pregnant with my child. You deserved to be saved. And…and I loved you then. You were my only reason to even stay connected with those emotions. Without you…I couldn’t do it.”
“Voldemort,” she felt her heart break at the look on his face. She’d caused him such anguish. She hugged him, “I am so sorry. I just…I couldn’t choose you over my friends. And…I was afraid. Your followers espoused so much hatred…”
“You know I don’t feel that way. That I didn’t even then. I loved you, Muggleborn or Pureblood witch. I’m a half-blood, Lily. My father was a Muggle.”
She cuddled with him. She hadn’t known that. If she had…she wondered if things would have worked out differently. Lily leaned up to kiss him, “So now what do we do?”
“What do you want to do?”
“I want you and our children. That’s all I care about.”
“Sounds good to me,” he kissed her, “I want you here with me.” Voldemort looked around the room, “We should get dressed. The boys will have questions.”
“I hope Harry can forgive me,” she whispered.
“He will,” he kissed her sweetly, “he’s like you that way.”
“Stubborn like you?”
“In spades. Salazar’s much more willing to work with others,” he got up out of bed and pulled out some clothes, putting them on. She got dressed quickly, then knocked his hands away and buttoned up his shirt herself. She leaned up to kiss him and he let her continue it for some time before pulling away. “We should go downstairs.”
“We have a lifetime to get back,” she said sadly.
“I’m immortal,” he whispered to her, “I have all time for that. You can too, if you’d like.”
“How did you…”
“I’ll tell you later,” he smirked. “Let’s go.”
Downstairs Salazar was pacing and mumbling to himself. Hermione could only sit and watch. Harry and Fenrir had gone outside so that Harry could clear his head. “Salazar, please sit down. You’re making me nervous.”
“My mom just suddenly appeared, Hermione.”
“I know, Salazar. I saw her too. But please sit down. You’re not accomplishing anything by pacing the living room,” she reached for him and he sighed, sitting down next to her and letting her run her hand over his back soothingly. “I love you.”
“I love you too,” he kissed her, “when we get married, no craziness. No surprise dead relatives popping up alive or anything.”
“I think that’s doable,” she smiled teasingly. He just shook his head.
Voldemort and Lily walked down the stairs. “Where’s Harry?”
“Fenrir took him outside to get some air. He had a bit of a shock.”
Lily sat down across from Salazar, “You’ve grown up to be such a handsome young man, Salazar. Your father filled me in on everything that’s been going on,” she looked over at Hermione, “you are taking good care of my boy, Hermione. Thank you.”
Hermione blushed. Voldemort sat down next to Lily and reached for her hand, “I left some things out, Salazar. When I was telling you about Lily. I didn’t want you to get an image of her in your head that would hurt you.”
“What…”
“James Potter beat me regularly. When I met Voldemort the first time I could just feel this sexual desire when I stared at him. We made love. We were together for some time when I got pregnant with you. Voldemort wanted me to leave James and stay with him but the Wizarding World…women’s roles in it weren’t where they are now. My identity was tied up in my husband’s, and leaving him wasn’t possible. My affair with Voldemort was my only escape.” She took his hand and squeezed it, “It was a beautiful escape. I fell in love with him even before I was pregnant. When you were born he brought me here to this castle and the house elves delivered you. He stayed here for a week with me while I wrote James telling him I was visiting my family for a few days. He hated them, so I knew he wouldn’t contact them to ask. Voldemort cared for the both of us that entire week, never leaving my side longer than to take a shower or go to the bathroom.”
“Finally I had to leave. I couldn’t care for you. Voldemort bribed the Ministry to change the name on the birth certificate to Salazar Raphael Evans, instead of Riddle. And since Evans was not a Wizarding name, he knew it’d be safe. We went no more than a week being apart, even though we couldn’t have sex because I was still healing. I would spend my time here caring for you, holding you, playing with you. When we could have sex again, the relationship took a turn. When he would return from his business, we would spend time in the nursery and get you to sleep before we’d escape to the bedroom. That’s how I became pregnant with Harry.”
“You said he was my half-brother!” Salazar stood and yelled at Voldemort.
“He didn’t know. No one knew. My husband wanted a son. But I loved- love Voldemort and I didn’t want to have James Potter’s son. I wanted my lover’s child. But I couldn’t ask Voldemort to raise a second child. And I knew that Voldemort, if I told him I was pregnant again, would kidnap me if I wouldn’t stay with him willingly. My bruises were getting worse and it was killing him that he couldn’t protect his lover.”
“So I lied,” Lily stood and took her son’s hands in her own, “and I’m sorry, Salazar; I should have told him the truth. I should have let him save me. But I couldn’t. I was weak and I couldn’t admit it to anyone. And then that night…” She pulled Salazar into a tight hug, “I knew why he was there. Your father does not take no for an answer. James got violent and went after me and Voldemort killed him. I realized that this could be our chance, yes…but…I couldn’t. Voldemort was so angry that night. He thought Harry was James’ and that I had abandoned you and him to be with my abusive husband. He yelled. I yelled. He yelled back, I told him it was over. He snapped.”
“Wh-why…why did you do that?” Salazar just stared, the emotions going through his mind evident on his face.
“Because I loved him and felt he deserved better than me. All I had done was hurt the one man I loved more than anything else in the world. The lover who had taken care of me so tenderly, loved me so passionately. I had hurt him irreparably. He was so hurt that night. I could see it in his eyes. How could I be with a man I had hurt like that?”
“At any rate, things happened. My jealous rage didn’t kill her because it wasn’t her I was jealous of. And Harry…I couldn’t kill Harry because he was my son.”
“So your soul…”
“It was just in limbo. When Voldemort did the selfless act of taking Harry into his house to protect him despite believing him to be the son of his rival, something happened. I don’t know what, exactly, but I woke yesterday in a Muggle hospital and I just had to come here. I heard a voice pushing me to find Voldemort again.”
Harry stood in the doorway. Fenrir was supporting him as the young man fought the urge to break down into tears. “So…my dad is…Voldemort?”
Lily looked over at her youngest son and could only nod, “I’m sorry Harry. I should have been there for you. For both of you. My babies grew up without me because I couldn’t do anything for myself.” Voldemort stood and she fell into his arms, crying. He rubbed her hair and back soothingly, whispering softly to her. Both boys, and Hermione and Fenrir, stared. None had ever seen Voldemort act so compassionately toward another individual. They watched as he sat down with her, caressing her gently and kissing her forehead. She clung to him like a child to a beloved toy and Hermione felt her heart break for this woman. She and Salazar had it so much better, and easier, than his parents.
Eventually Lily was able to compose herself. But she would not leave Voldemort’s side, not that he minded. Hermione smiled whenever she saw them together. He would hold her hand or wrap his arm around her, keeping her close. Hermione didn’t know what was going on, but the atmosphere’s initial intensity had passed and Salazar just seemed to relax. Fenrir sighed and sat down next to her. “How’s Harry?”
“He’s better. He’s taking a bath. He wanted to be alone. Is Salazar still with them?”
“Yeah,” Hermione looked over to the study door. “I think they’ll run out of things to talk about soon. Salazar’s just really frustrated. It took a long time for Voldemort to convince him he wasn’t lying all those times they talked.”
“I wish I could do more for Harry,” Fenrir frowned.
“He’ll be fine. They all will, eventually. It’s a rough time, sure, but they’ll survive.”
“So much for Christmas huh,” he smirked.
“My morning with Salazar before breakfast was amazing.”
“Harry and I had a great evening together, and a nice morning,” he sighed. “Now he won’t let me touch him. He’s very withdrawn.”
“Voldemort tried talking to him, but he didn’t want to. Harry will come around in the end.” The study door opened and Salazar walked out, sitting down next to Hermione. “Are you okay?”
“Yeah,” he nodded. “Now I am. There was just alot to talk about,” he smiled at Hermione and wrapped his arm around her, “sorry for ruining your Christmas.”
“You proposed, we made love, we cuddled,” she smiled up at him, “what else could I ask for, Salazar? It was an excellent Christmas.” She kissed him, “I love you.”
“I love you too,” he managed a smile and leaned in, “let’s escape upstairs. We can have lunch and makeout.”
“What about your parents?”
“Dad’s trying to convince her it isn’t her fault the way things turned out. I mean, he has a point. He was so mad she couldn’t have talked him down short of jumping into his arms and fucking him right there.”
“Oh really?”
“His words, not mine,” he smirked.
Lily and Voldemort exited the study at that moment. Voldemort looked over at the presents, still untouched. “I still think these should be opened,” he flicked his wand and they moved out from under the tree magically. Salazar and Hermione’s presents landed on the ground in front of them. “I did buy those for all of you. You’ll enjoy them, I think.”
Hermione opened the presents from her parents first, which were Muggle books and a new winter coat. She opened the gift from Voldemort to find a Dark Arts book filled with spells and how to defend against them. Salazar’s present from his father was a rare Transfiguration book. Salazar was speechless when he saw it. Voldemort smiled. Hermione’s parents had sent Salazar some Muggle clothing and a new jacket. He smirked. Hermione grabbed his hand, “They mean well.”
“No I like it. I just think it’s funny how they treat me like I’m so poor.”
“They like you,” she smiled, “they like how you treat me too.”
“That’s good to hear,” he caressed her side and leaned in to kiss her, “shall we escape for lunch and some alone time?”
“Sounds good to me,” she grinned, pulling him up off the loveseat.
He turned toward his dad, “We’ll see you at dinner,” before bolting upstairs after Hermione and shutting their door.
“You let them stay in the same room?”
Voldemort shrugged, “He asked me and I don’t see why not. She won’t sleep in hers even if I give her a bedroom. And they’re adults.”
“Still,” Lily frowned.
“Do you want your own room?”
She shook her head, “You’re right.”
“I love you,” he whispered.
“I love you too,” she smiled, cuddling against him.
“Hungry?”
“Starving,” she said.
“Let’s go eat,” he pulled her down the hall to the kitchen.
Upstairs Fenrir knocked on the bathroom door, “Harry?”
“You can come in,” Harry said.
Fenrir opened the door, “Are you okay?”
“I feel pretty okay now, I guess.” Harry wrapped a towel around his waist as he exited the bath tub. Fenrir pulled him into a hug, “I can’t believe Voldemort’s my father. And worse I had a crush on him.”
“A crush or a connection?” Fenrir asked.
“What?”
“Well what you felt for him, do you feel for me? Or is it different?”
“With Voldemort I felt…I don’t know. With you what I feel is different than with Voldemort. I feel sexual with you. With him…I didn’t. But I don’t know what else to call it. I was drawn to him.”
“Because he shares a connection with you.”
“He has been treating me like a son anyway. But everyone’s always told me that James Potter is my dad. And to boot, no one other than my mom and Voldemort have ever told me that he was abusive to her.”
“They have no reason to lie, Harry,” Fenrir pointed out.
“But still…” Harry sighed. This argument had been playing in his head for over an hour. Fenrir was right. “Now what do I do?”
“Well, you could enjoy the time you get to spend with me,” Fenrir cupped his ass and pushed the towel to the floor, “and get to know your family better.”
“You make that sound very, very good,” he smiled.
“You look very, very good right now,” Fenrir leaned down to kiss him.
“Just right now?”
“All the time,” he growled, lunging in to kiss his lover and carry him to the bed.
Hermione lay in bed, her lover’s head on her stomach. She smiled and gently stroked his hair, “Are you feeling better now?”
“Mmm I feel perfect,” he nuzzled her stomach, “you were great just now.”
“I didn’t mean about the sex.”
“Well the sex helped,” he grinned up at her.
“Wiseass.”
“You love it.”
“Very much,” she leaned down to kiss him before laying her head back onto the pillow. “But really, how do you feel about everything?”
“I’m thrilled you said you’d marry me,” he looked up at her with a smile. “I’m okay with my dad; I’ve never really had a problem with him. He’s been honest, or as honest as possible, from the start. As for Mom…I’m just glad to have her in my life. And see how much she loves us. She really likes you.”
“Oh?”
“She told me she thought I had the perfect girlfriend.”
“Well she’s right about that,” she teased.
Salazar just laughed, “We could order up lunch.”
“Call for the house elf.”
“Yes dear,” he smirked.
Voldemort and Lily ate in the dining room before sneaking off to the library. “You owe me a story.”
“Of course. How I became immortal,” he sat down on the couch and she sat next to him, so close that they were nearly touching. “It’s a long story, Lily.”
“We’ve got time,” she reached for his hand, “I’d like to know, Voldemort.”
“Very well,” he sighed. “I was travelling abroad…”
When the dinner bell rang six people made their way to the dining room. Voldemort pulled out Lily’s chair and she smiled at him. He felt his heart soar at her smile and realized just how deeply he was in love with her, even after all this time. He slid her in and sat down next to her. “Are you all feeling better about things now?” He asked Harry and Salazar.
“I am,” Salazar nodded.
“I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that you’re my dad, to be honest,” Harry answered, a slight frown on his face, “it’s alot to take in.” He looked over at his mother, “I don’t blame you. I mean, if Da-James was beating you…I guess I just wish you could’ve let Vol-Dad take care of you.”
“I do too, Harry,” she reached for his hand, “I’ve missed out on so much of your lives. And Voldemort…if he’d known, he would have done more to return and take the two of you and raise you.”
“How come Aunt Petunia never told me that he beat you?”
“She knew about my affair. She was ashamed that I would cheat on my husband, but when she saw the bruises…she helped me. On more than one occasion she stood toe-to-toe with James. When no one would or could defend me, she did. I made her promise that if anything ever happened to me, she wouldn’t tell you about the abuse. That your mother was weak. I didn’t want you to grow up thinking that you weren’t wanted. I wanted you, Harry. I wanted both of you.”
“At any rate, the truth is out now,” Voldemort wrapped his arm around Lily, “and we’re all on the same page. Harry, you’re my son and my home is yours. Fenrir, I swear if you ever hurt my boy I will inflict such pain on you unlike any you have ever felt and you will be begging for death when I’m through with you.” Fenrir swallowed hard and Harry grabbed his hand. “Salazar, Hermione, you are of course always welcome here. And I eagerly await your marriage. And speaking of marriage,” he turned to Lily, “I think we need to do something that we should have done years ago. Will you marry me, Lily?” She smiled and hugged him.
“Yes, my love. I will,” she kissed him, “thank you for forgiving me.”
“Of course I would,” he looked her in the eye, “I’m not letting you escape a second time.”
“Today’s certainly been a crazy day,” Salazar smirked.
“We should eat,” Voldemort said as the food appeared.
Voldemort and Lily retired for bed early. He felt exhausted, and Lily looked even more tired than he felt. He stripped down and climbed into the bed in just his boxer briefs. Lily had escaped to the bathroom to take a shower. He picked up the Muggle book Hermione had given him for Christmas. He liked that she thought he wasn’t as evil as he appeared. He didn’t want to hurt Salazar’s relationships because of who he was and had been. He sat, satisfied with his position for the moment. He lifted his head when the bathroom door opened to reveal Lily, standing in nothing but a towel, “I’m going to need clothes,” she blushed as she admitted it to him. She didn’t like being penniless.
“We could go shopping if you like. Or you and Hermione could go get some things that you need tomorrow.”
“That could be enjoyable,” she smiled, pulling the towel away from her body and drying off her hair, “I’ll need a wand, too. I have nothing but what the hospital gave me.”
“I’ll give you the key to my vault,” he sat the book down and watched her walk over to him, tossing the towel into the hamper as she did so.
“Thank you,” she leaned over and kissed him, “looks like I’m sleeping nude.”
“I’ll join you,” he whispered, sliding his underwear off and pulling her against him, “and I’ll enjoy you.”
“I’ve missed this.”
“I’ve missed you,” he responded, pushing her into the mattress as he rolled on top of her.
“I can see that,” she grinned, leaning up to kiss him.
When morning arrived she woke in his arms for the very first time. She smiled and savored the feeling. They’d never had this before. She liked it. “I could get used to this,” he whispered.
“I could too,” she smiled up at him. “Voldemort, don’t ever leave me.”
“Who could compare to you?” She just laughed. He sat up in bed and looked at the clock, “Shower with me? I’ll transfigure some of my clothing to fit you afterwards. Until you can go shopping.”
“Sounds good to me,” she smirked devilishly, letting him pick her up and carry her into the bathroom.
At breakfast Lily asked Hermione to go with her to get some clothing. Hermione happily accepted. Hermione showered after breakfast before she and Lily went off to Diagon Alley, Voldemort giving her his vault key before she left.
