Sitting at the table in the Burrow as Dumbledore and Molly sat planning his supposed betrothal to Ginny without asking him or getting his input, Harry began to feel rather annoyed that they weren't asking for his agreement to the betrothal especially since he was at the age where they had to get his approval before signing a betrothal contract for him.
"And Molly your family will, of course, receive a large bride's token from the Potter estate for allowing Harry to marry Ginny. Perhaps you would like one of the unused Potter houses since the Burrow was damaged during the last attack." Dumbledore said before taking a sip of tea.
"Oh that would be lovely. While we've made wonderful memories here at the Burrow it's been so hard to live here and feel safe after the attack from the Death Eaters." Molly said with a nod.
Feeling as if enough was enough, Harry stood up quickly causing his chair to crash to the ground.
"Harry James Potter pick that chair up this instant. That is no way to treat others property." Molly scolded him.
Ignoring her, Harry glared at Dumbledore who was jotting down on the betrothal contract what Molly and he had just agreed on.
"This farce has gone on long enough.You might as well just rip up that betrothal because I will not be marrying Ginny." He said, stepping away from the table.
"Now Harry that is no way to act. We're being kind by allowing you to be in the room while we write up your betrothal to Ginny, but if this is how you are going to act you can leave the room." Dumbledore said without looking up from his writing.
"There is absolutely nothing wrong with my daughter! You should see it for the honor it is to be betrothed to her." Molly nearly spat.
"If you had bothered to ask me or check with the appropriate department in the Ministry you would have found out that my parents had signed a betrothal for me back when my mother was pregnant with me. I'm already currently engaged to be married."
"What? To who?" Dumbledore demanded.
"I doubt you know them. My mother and father signed my betrothal to Wyatt Matthew Halliwell after Wyatt protected my mother while she was pregnant with me."
"How much older is this Wyatt if he protected your mother while she was pregnant?" Molly asked in a disapproving tone.
"It's hard to understand and I highly doubt you'd believe me if I explained it to you." Harry said, knowing they wouldn't believe that a Wyatt from the future had done it before accidentally talking about the betrothal and his Harry.
"Now Harry, calling us stupid isn't anyway to act. Now I suggest you leave while we finish up signing this betrothal contract." Dumbledore said, shooing Harry from the room.
"You know what will happen if you sign that contract while I'm already betrothed, Mrs. Weasley. Do you really want Dumbledore to have to marry Ginny in my place?"
"Harry, bluffing and lying will not get you out of this. You and Ginny will be betrothed and once she finishes Hogwarts next year you will be married."
Rolling his eyes, Harry said, "Fine sign it if you must, but you realize everything in that contract will come from your family vaults and accounts since you aren't a Potter. While you do that I'm going to contact Wyatt and fill him in on what's going on. I'm sure he'll get a kick out of all this."
Walking out of the room, Harry leaned against the wall and listened to the muffled voices continue for a few seconds before he felt a magic try to fulfill the contract before it bounced off of the magic already set in place because of his betrothal to Wyatt.
As he heard the frantic voices pick up in the kitchen when the magic fixed the contract, Harry pushed off of the wall and headed up to Ron's room ignoring the two voices calling for him from the kitchen. It looked like poor Ginny would have to marry Dumbledore or lose her magic.
