The Grindelwald Legacy
A/N: Really sorry for the delay. Really long, unpleasant weekend. Thanks so much for the reviews, they’ve bolstered me enough so I can start writing again.

Chapter 76
Lucy stared back at him, horror-struck by his intentions, sickened at what he was telling her, dismayed as it hit her this was not Severus. As happened with Greyback, her misplaced lust vanished, she needed to get away from this… this… madman. This distortion of humankind. “No. Don’t. I don’t… mmph.” Her eyes were wild when he tied a scarf round her mouth, forcing it between her teeth and pulling it tight. She didn’t want to experience the horrendous things this stranger was insisting she suffer, she didn’t care about the rights of Gods. She wanted to keep her hair, she didn’t want her face rearranging with a blade, she wanted away. Away from the crazed lunatic on top of her. She needed Severus here to help her. She panicked through muffled screams, then remembered the thoughts Severus sent the last time she was struggling to escape the unwanted onslaught of someone that was far from agreeable.
The stranger brought the knife blade to rest against the edge of a nipple, a nipple glistening from his attentions, a nipple that begged to be released from it’s unwelcome attachment to a superfluous mountain of flesh. He grabbed his penis, placing it at his gateway to heaven, ready to enter the portal of paradise as he relieved the little one of unnecessary protuberances and excessive loveliness. The blade pressed against the base of her nipple, a small bead of blood appearing from the trembling pressure of the razor sharp edge. The head of his cock seemed to tremble as much as his hand as his face twisted, lips pulled back in a grimace of glory at the deed he was about to execute in the name of the Gods. A tight pressure wrapped itself round his chest, an ever tightening band that gripped him painfully. He could not draw breath as his heart was compressed, preventing the life-giving blood from entering, halting the flow necessary to keep it alive, to pump his life force through his body. The knife slipped from his fingers, falling between the soft mounds of her breasts, his face falling to meet it as he gasped for breath.
Lucy felt the pressure go from between her legs, his member softening and sliding away. But his weight was constricting her own breaths, and she was frightened she had actually killed the demented stranger, panic taking away her common sense, not letting her pause to discover whether or not he was still breathing. The notion of laying here with a corpse slumped on top of her took away all coherent thought, all rationale gone and she didn’t think to will herself from her bonds, was unable to disconnect from the horror of what she saw, what she felt, from her ability to think logically, to wish herself free so she could push him aside and escape.
Severus almost collapsed in the snow covered street. The absolute terror invading his mind from Lucy so intense it hurt, stealing his breath, making him dizzy and nauseous, driving him to his knees.
“Severus, what is it? Are you in pain, what?” Albus asked, reaching to help the wizard to his feet.
“I’m fine.” he snapped, pushing up from the ground and catching his breath. “It was… this way.” he hissed, not willing to enter into explanations right now. Wherever Lucy was, she was scared out of her wits and in a state of panic.
Severus stopped before a door, his wand pointing towards, but slightly above the entrance.
“Is this the house Severus?”
“This is the house, and that” he said, pointing to an upstairs window. “is where they are. If he has… “
Severus did not finish his sentence, the door blasting from it’s hinges with a wave of the Headmasters hand interrupting his angry tirade.
Albus may have cleared the way, but Severus was quick on the uptake, running passed the Headmaster, barely a slip in his movements on the slippery ground. Albus entered the house in time to see Severus disappear along the landing at the top of the stairs, a loud thud followed by a shouted “Expelliarmus” as he reached the staircase told him the Potion Master had hit his target.
Lucy squealed around the gag as the door burst open and a dark shadow filled the frame. She had a limited view of what or who was there and had no way of knowing if this was friend or foe. It could well be the stranger had an accomplice, someone who was willing to take over where the stranger left off, or would just kill her before helping his friend.
Severus hauled the unconscious body of the stranger away from Lucy, dumping him on the floor beside the bed and kicking him out of the way and stunning him for good measure. He rapidly took in Lucy’s condition, the terror in her eyes, the gag, her bound hands, the blood smeared breast. That above all infuriated him beyond anger, placed him beyond reason, the silver knife laying between her breasts the nucleus for sending him past normal reasoning.
Albus rushed into the room and cast a petrificus totalis on the professor, then released Lucy from her bonds before kneeling to start healing the multitude of long gashes Severus had inflicted on the Stranger.
So incensed was the Potion master that this lunatic had dared inflict the slightest injury on Lucy he lost control, casting sectumsempra over and over on the still unconscious wizard. He neither knew nor cared if the man was still alive, all he knew was he had caused fear and pain in a young woman, who by all intent and purpose should still be at the cottage awaiting his return. Waiting for him, and only him, to give her what she needed.
He, Severus, should now be the only one ever to set eyes upon that soft, flawless skin, to feast upon those luscious, pink tipped hillocks. Only he should have access to the paradise hidden between those thighs. And he should not be feeling her emotions as strongly as he was. It should not matter if she took others to her bed, as long as the legacy was fulfilled without compassion from either party it was unimportant who she parted her thighs for. All that should matter was she learn to choose her partners with more care, that she not give herself so freely to the first available male that happened her way. And she would not have done had Severus not left the cottage in a huff, ignoring her filtering emotions as nothing more than teenage angst over trivial nonsense, trying to hide from their unbidden link in the bottom of a whiskey glass.
“Severus.” Albus said sharply, removing the petrificus, but noticing the wizard seemed lost in a world of anguish and hopelessness. Staring into space when he should be helping the quivering, crying, naked witch on the bed.
Severus started from his reverie, turning blank eyes on the Headmaster.
“Miss Grindelwald, do you think you might assist her. I have healed him as best I can, we need to leave here immediately.”
Severus pulled himself together as much as his mind would allow, and turned to Lucy, her terror slightly lessened, but still permeating his senses, abject misery battering at his psyche like Thors hammer.
“Lucy? Lucy it’s me, Severus. It’s alright, he won’t hurt you any more. I promise. Albus has him under restraint. Let me help you.” he cajoled, hating how she backed up to the headboard, hugging her knees, looking at him without actually seeing him.
He took the spread from the end of the bed to wrap her in, they could collect her clothing on the way out.
But Lucy refused to let him near her, frightened he was going to use the cover to restrain her, hold her down so he could hurt her like the other man did.
Eventually, after several attempts to get her to concede to Severus’ help, Albus was forced to stun her after she managed to will the Potion Master to back up against the wall and not move.
Once she was swathed tightly in the bedspread and held securely in Severus’ arms, Albus levitated the limp stranger onto the bed. He accio’d Lucy’s clothing as he followed the Professor and his burden downstairs and out into the street. Applying dissilusionment charms to the three of them, the white haired wizard sent a red warning flare into the sky just before they dissaparated.
Once Lucy was tucked into her own bed back at Grindelwald cottage, Severus healed the tiny nick in her areola before Albus rennervated her.
“Miss Grindelwald, are you alright? Do you know who we are?”
Lucy opened her eyes in shock. “Man. Dead. He was… I killed… “ She was practically incoherent with the thought she might have murdered someone. Hysteria was quickly taking over as she tried to process what happened, where she was, who the two wizards were that stood looking at her.
“No one was killed. Unfortunately.” Severus voiced the last word quietly. “He is alive, and most likely in auror custody as we speak. You are safe now, in your own bed where no one can harm you.”
“Not dead? I didn’t kill him? I thought… his heart. I tried to… but he was gonna do horrible… couldn’t think… scared. You wasn’t there Severus. I called you but you weren’t there. You didn’t come. Why didn’t you come? I tried to find you. Why did you leave me on my own?”
The two wizards stared at her, Albus saddened, Severus appalled as she screamed at him, asking him why he’d left, why he was not there to help her as he promised her would.
“I-I needed to get the shopping.” he explained uselessly. “I thought you were sulking. I never thought you would… Lucy I have to know, that wizard, did he… it’s important to how we must continue. Did he penetrate you?” He knew if the wizard had penetrated her, if only momentarily, the twenty-four hour coupling period would need to begin again.
“N-no. He was about to, but I d-don’t think he did. I was too scared to-to notice for sure. Bath.” She stated, fighting off the covers and climbing from the bed. “Have to wash, wash him away. Bath.”
Severus followed her to the bathroom, knowing she needed this… cleansing. She was the same after their encounter with the dark Lord, only then she needed to heal as much as she needed to wash away the evidence of what happened from her body. He told Albus to return to Hogwarts, and let him know if he heard anything referring to the stranger.
Once again finding himself on his knees at the side of the tub, Severus helped her bathe. “I should have informed you I was leaving the cottage. Perhaps then you would have trusted me to return.”
“So why didn’t you? Why did you just go? I didn’t know if you were coming back or not.”
“Because I was angry, you do not have the monopoly on irritability you know. I shouted you twice, when you did not reply I assumed you were in a strop so I left to collect the groceries.”
“You smell of whiskey, and I looked for you in Hogsmead. You weren’t in the butchers or the grocers.”
“So you chose the seediest pub you could find to seek me out?”
“No, I thought it was the Broomsticks. The snow was so heavy I couldn’t see properly. Then he came. I needed you and… I couldn’t help myself after that. He seemed nice.”
“All men seem nice when they want something, especially if it is offered to them on a plate. Lucy, I am not blaming you for what happened.” he said, hating the tears now coursing down her cheeks. “I blame myself, I should never have left you in a situation where you felt the need to seek me out like that.”
She sniffed and swiped a hand across her eyes. “Is that an apology?” She asked, pouting.
“It was… an admission that I acted out of character, I… yes.” he grudgingly admitted. “But that is the one and only time you will ever hear me give one, and I shall deny it should you ever repeat it to anyone. Along with killing you of course. Now out. Your skin is starting to prune and I do not wish to spend the next couple of hours with someone with as many wrinkles as Albus.” he stood holding a towel as she spluttered indignantly.
Lucy looked at her fingertips as she stood, then slowly lowered her gaze to her breast, the one the stranger held the knife to. “He cut me, he was gonna cut it off.” She told him, her voice hitching. “And my hair, he said he was gonna… ”
“Shh. It’s over, he cannot hurt you any more. Albus called for auror assistance before we left, as well as leaving a note suggesting they look into the wizards background. Most likely he has a one way ticket to Askaban.”

Well, she got out of that one. What a weekend.
