Standing in his the doorway of his lover's office, Harry couldn't believe what he was seeing. Angel was brooding about something...again. Not that there was anything wrong about brooding once in a while, but this was the third time today that Harry had walked in on this scene.
“If I keep finding you in this situation I'm going to start thinking that you're not happy with me or our relationship.” Harry said, moving in to lean his hip against the side of Angel's desk.
Pulling Harry down onto his lap, Angel nuzzled his neck and said, “It isn't that. Please don't ever think that.”
Feeling his mood darken even more, Harry said, “If you start brooding about my joke I swear I'll leave you.”
Growling, Angel tightened his grip on Harry's waist and nipped at his neck. “I won't let you leave me.”
Shivering in pleasure at the possessive tone, Harry nestled back into Angel only to feel him tense up.
“This is what's wrong. I get comfortable around you and then Angelus starts whispering possessive things in my mind about you and I can't help but feel the same.” Angel growled out.
“That may be true, but I don't mind those things when you say them and I know that you'd never hurt me if I ever did decide to leave you...not that I ever want to.” Standing up, Harry put his hands on his hips and said, “Now get you butt up, bring me up to bed, and make it up to me for ignoring me lately.”
Grinning, Angel got up, picked Harry up and raced up to their bedroom, his thoughts long gone from his mind.
