Chapter Eight: Problem

"Rox. Rox get up" whispered Draco urgently. "Wh-, what do you want?" asked Roxy sleepily. "Percy is here" said Draco half dragging her out of bed. "Here put on your shoes and jacket. Umbridge is doing house checks, they found us, Sirius has already gone, and Ron is in the hall trying to delay them. Come on" Said Draco. "Stand where you are! As Assistant to the Minister of magic, I Percy Weasley, am arresting you Roxellda Lanco" said Percy as he burst through the door and came into the room, followed closely by Ron who was doing his best to try and stop him. "Ronald I am ashamed of you, of everyone I thought you would know better, than to hide this, let alone be with one of the scum of the Wizarding world." "Percy!" called Arthur Weasley. "Your wrong her name is Roxy Hill, not Roxellda Lanco, now let's just go and leave the couple alone." Finished Arthur. "Liar! You disgust me, you're an even bigger idiot than I thou— …" "Run Rox!" yelled Ron as he tackled Percy. "Window" yelled Arthur as he stepped on Percy's' wand. "Boost me Drac" called Roxy running to the window. "Oh, no you don't! Crucio!" yelled Umbridge as she ran into the room tripping over Percy, and hitting Draco instead, causing him to drop Roxy who fell hard on her causing a sounding sickening sounding snap, which sent pain shooting up her arm. "Crucio" said Roxy through the fog starting to roll through her mind, hitting Umbridge. "Draco, you okay?" "Yeah" answered Draco " You?" "No" answered Roxy as she lay in pain on the floor. "She will pay. Avada Kedavra" yelled Draco pointing his wand at Umbridge. "No Draco!" yelled Roxy as she knocked him off balance so that the spell hit both Umbridge and Percy. "Oh gawd no! I'm so sorry" said Roxy looking at the lifeless bodies with disbelieve. "You idiot, you just killed my brother!" screamed Ron pointing his wand at Draco. "No! It was my fault Ron, I pushed him to stop him and it was my fault, if your gonna blame anyone then blame me" said Roxy moving between Ron and Draco. "It was no one's fault, it was a fight and these things can happen" said Mr. Weasley attempting to change Ron's' mind before he said something he would regret. "This is why you shouldn't be here! Like they say, once a no good murdering, dark mark wearing Death Eater, always a no good, murdering, dark mark wearing Death Eater" bellowed Ron at Draco. " Is that what you think about me to Ron" asked Roxy in a low almost whisper like voice. "Yes!" screamed Ron turning to her, and then realizing his words. "Good to know I was wasting my time with someone who finds me so disgusting and hates me. Come on Draco, were leaving" said Roxy with tears in her eyes, then she mumbled a spell and pointed at her hurt arm which healed. "Roxy, no wait please. That's not what I meant let me explain. Please…." SHUT UP! You have clearly made up your mind on how you see me, we all heard you!" Yelled Roxy interrupting Ron as she stormed out of the room Draco following close behind but not before uttering "I warned you not to hurt her".

"Little Bother how could you be so stupid, you really fucked up just now" said Fred coming up behind Ron. "Yep, you sure did. That's going to be hard to forgive" agreed George shaking his head. "I know. What do I do now?" asked Ron pitifully, watching Roxy walk down the hall and down the stairs until he couldn't see her anymore. "If you really care for her, we will try out best to help you get her back." Said George. "I don't just care for her, I think, know I'm sure I'm in love with her. I love the way she smiles, talks, sings, walks, the way she…Sorry said Ron looking at his brothers. "It's okay, we understand" said Fred. "I just wish I could have told her that" said Ron sitting and putting his head in his hands.

*Downstairs*

"Roxy, you don't have to leave" said Lupin. "I know, but I need fresh air, I'm walking out to the muggle fountain, so you can keep an eye on me. I just need some time, please" said Roxy with a tear running down her cheek again. "That's fine" Lupin replied as she walked out the door, while Draco tried his best to catch up with her. "Roxy, wait up" called Draco. "Don't call me that! Call me by my "Death Eater" name, Roxellda. Watch out for her shes dangerous and ruthless when it comes to killing and torture!" yelled Roxy with sarcasm dripping form her words as she got to the fountain and sat down. After a few calm breaths "You know what? I never did any of those things, at least the once I didn't have to do in self-defense. Yeah, I took the blame for the others because I was forced to. But when I was caught, I ratted them all out, to keep my "pretty little ass" out of Azkaban as some of them would say." Roxy seeing the look of disbelieve on Draco's face. "Yeah, that's right, I sold out Bellatrix, Rabastan and all of them, though of course they never found out, at least not yet anyway, because there was never any evidence against me at that point, someone on the inside "lost" the evidence." Finished Roxy. "Roxy, you took the blame for them? Why?" asked Draco. "You know why to protect you, they said they would kill you, and to keep you from being a 'Death Eater'. But a lot of good that did me, since you just used the killing curse on two people!" yelled Roxy, tears streaming down her face. "I'm done talking. I'm going back in, Lupin and them know everything now, they've been listening, now I can add rat to my list of accomplishments. Dark Witch, murderer and rat, if that doesn't sound like a Death Eater then I don't know what is." Finished Roxy as she walked back in, "Roxy, I'm proud of you, and you are nothing at all like a Death Eater" said Lupin hugging her. "Thanks Lupin, but I just want to go lie down and be alone for a bit" replied Roxy. "Do you want lunch?" asked Lupin. "No, I'm not hungry, but thanks" replied Roxy, tears still flowing. "Okay Dear" replied Lupin watching her go up the stairs.
