   The next two weeks went by pretty fast for Severus, he tried to spend as much time with Sera as possible. Though, Severus was always so nervous and never sure what to talk about, he was worried that if he talked about his love for dark magic that he would scare her away. So they mainly spent a lot of time sitting in silence, or talking about Potions. She had a lot of questions, since Evan never let her really do anything in class.
   Before Severus was ready it was time to go home, so he packed up and went like everyone else on the train. The first thing he did was try to find Sera, it took a bit but he found her in the last compartment on the train all by herself. She had already changed out of her uniform into a pair of blue jeans, and a black tank top with a see-through flower print shirt over top of it that hung off her shoulders. All Severus could think about was how pretty she was, then it hit him how she was also dressed like a muggle.
"Hey Sera," Severus said.
"Hi Severus!" She said with a smile for him. He walked in and sat next her. "I thought you would be sitting with Lily or the boys."
"I do not know where Lily is," Severus said. "Besides on the train she's usually in and out of compartments always talking to people."
"Ah, a social butterfly," Sera said.
"Serafina?" Severus asked.
"Yes Severus," Sera responded.
"The family you live with," Severus started. "You sister gave you a muggle book, and now... well you your dressed like a muggle." Sera looked at the floor ashamed. "They are muggles aren't they."
"Yes," Sera said. "Cousin Clara thought it would be best. She did not know how to contact any members of the wizarding community. And thought the Scourers would not look for me in a muggle family."
"Look for you?" Severus questioned.
"They knew one had escaped," Sera said. "The Bunkers risked a lot to take me in, though they did not know how much right way. They moved around a lot to make sure I could never be found by the Scourers. They even uprooted everything when I asked to live in England so I could go to Hogwarts. At first they were hesitant, but they found out that there are no Scourers here. They thought it would be the safest place for all of us." Severus put his hand ontop her hand in a comforting way. "I haven't even seen cousin Clara since she left me with the Bunkers."
"That's why you don't talk about this," Severus said pulling Sera into a hug, she did not resist. "A Slytherin who live with muggles during the holidays would not be accepted. Selwyn or not."
"Muggles!" Lily exclaimed from the doorway then sat down across from them. "You live with muggles? And you can't tell your fellow house mates? That's just silly. Severus's dad is a muggle."
"Really?" Sera asked and looked at Severus. He was blushing and looking away, the hug ended. "A half-blood in Slytherin, that is so rare."
"So what are you doing for the summer Sera?" Lily asked.
"Homework," Sera said. "And my sister Karen is going to look at colleges. Then as some point I ordered two special magic books and will have to pick them up."
"Nothing else?" Lily asked.
"Karen likes to have us go and get our hair and nails down at the begining of summer." Sera said. " She keeps trying to get me to cut my hair, but I like it long. There is usually also a family vacation, last summer we went to a place called Disneyland in Paris."
"Wow," Lily said. "What do your parents do?"
"Dr. and Dr. Bunker work at Bristol University as teachers," Sera said. "I do not quite know what they teach, muggle subjects are strange to me."
"Doctors?" Severus was shocked. "You live in Bristol?"
"Yes," Sera said. Severus could not believe she lived less then an hour away from him.
"Wow," Lily said. "Bristol is less than an hour from the town Severus and I live in."
   Lily talked a little but about her family too, and gave a paper to Sera with her phone number on it and told Sera to call her during the summer. Then Lily was out of the compartment again to visit other people. Severus left Sera alone for about five minutes to change into old ragged muggle clothes, which he was embarrassed about, but Sera asked him to. Sera did not say anything about his poor and old clothes she did look at him strange for a second.
"So what are you plans for the summer Severus?" Sera asked him as he sat down next to her again.
"Just homework I guess," Severus said with a shrug. "I don't really do much, and spend most of my time in my bedroom."
"I try to spend a lot of time in my bedroom too," Sera said. "Reading and planing revenge."
"Revenge?" Severus asked.
"Did I say that outloud?" Sera blushed.
"What do you mean by revenge?" Severus asked.
"On the Scourers," Sera said. "It's my goal in life. I try very hard to do exceptionally well at school, so I can go back to America and take vengence for my family. The family... my wand wants it too."
"Tell me more," Severus said, this could be a fun topic for them.
   Just then the trolley witch came by and Sera got a few things, mainly Licorice wand and box of Bertie Botts, though she also got a double pack of cauldron cakes and gave those to Severus. She even called him the Potions Master when she handed them to him, which caused him to chuckle when he said thanks. They ate while they talked about her many different plans for vengence, she was not really sure what she was doing.
   Severus did know the darkness pretty well and started giving her more ideas. He never thought he could be honest with a girl before, it almost gave him hope that he could date her. Before Severus knew the train was coming to stop and it was time to leave, and he would not see Sera again till the begining school next September, this made him sad. They still got off the train together and went through the barrier together to muggle part, where they said goodbye to Lily whose parents were already waiting for her.
   Severus was not surprised that his parents were late though, and kind of glad, he looked over at Sera. She was looking up at the clock and wheeled her trunk over to platform eleven, Severus followed.
"Sera?" Severus asked.
"I'm waiting for Karen," Sera said. "She goes to a muggle all girl boarding school. Her train will be here in half hour."
"Oh," Severus said. "Do you mind if I wait with you? My parents are late."
"I do not mind," Sera said. "Though why would you parents be late?"
   Severus was to ashamed to answer that question. His parents could be fighting for all he knew, or his father passed out drunk in the house and his mother two afraid to move because he would wake up. So Severus just kind of skipped the question and started talking about other things, but was still afraid to ask her out. The time went by quickly again, to quickly for Severus, and the muggle train was pulling up. After everyone had deboarded the train he noticed a girl with shoulder length brown hair and green eyes walking over to them.
"Karen!" Sera said waving at her.
"Hey shrimpy," Karen said to her, then she looked over at Severus.
"This is my friend Severus," Sera said.
"You have a friend?!" Karen's mouth fell open.
"Yes," Sera said. "We go to school together."
"Ohhhh," Karen said. "Hello then."
"Hi..." Severus said nervously.
"Karen! Sera!" A women's voice was calling for them. Severus looked over and saw an older lady with blonde hair and the same green eyes as Karen.
"Mom!!! Sera has a friend!" Karen said.
"What?" The mom said walking over. Sera looked a little embarrased about their reactions.
"Severus this is Dr. Lottie Bunker," Sera said. "Lottie this is Severus."
"He looks a little scary," Karen said. Severus was not sure how to react to that.
"No he doesn't," Sera said.
"Girls," A man said coming over, he had brown hair and eyes. "You can gossip in the car."
"But dad Sera has a friend!!" Karen said.
"What?" He came over and looked at Severus.
"Severus meet Dr. Roger Bunker," Sera said. "Roger this is Severus."
"Did you start dating?" Roger asked. "I could barely handle it when you sister started dating." Sera just hung her head in embarrasement.
"Severus," He heard his mother's voice calling him.
"That's my mum," Severus said. "I have to go." Then Severus ran off, too embrassed to introduce Sera to her, and they popped off.
