Draco, Harry and Lucius portkeyed into the foyer of Malfoy Manor where Narcissa was waiting for them. Even after the divorce was final, she had stayed there because, even though she and Lucius were no longer married, they were friends and she really had no desire to move out. He told her not to think of it and demanded she stay, if only for Draco’s benefit. She smiled when she saw Draco’s arm around Harry’s waist, assuming they were lovers; she was half right. Lucius was a little wary about telling her that they were, in fact, his lovers and was seriously contemplating not telling her at all.
“Mother,” Draco said brightly.
“Draco, darling!” Narcissa said, as she gave him a kiss on the cheek.
“Hello, Mrs. Malfoy,” Harry said shyly.
She laughed softly and smiled at him, “Please, Harry, call me Narcissa. And technically it’s not Mrs. Malfoy, but Ms. Black, now.”
Lucius rolled his eyes, “Cissa, I told you that you didn’t have to change your name back.”
The blonde woman waved him off, “Nonsense, dear, it’s only proper.” A house elf popped in next to her, “Binky, why don’t you show Harry to where he and Draco will be staying.”
“Yes, Mistress,” the house-elf said as it bowed, then motioned for the two boys to follow.
Harry and Draco both kissed Lucius, Harry a little more enthusiastically than Draco, then followed behind the house elf, chattering away and stealing kisses from each other.
Narcissa watched with a raised brow before turning back to Lucius, “Mind telling me why Draco’s lover just kissed you, Luce?”
“Er,” he said, avoiding her gaze, “sure?”
Her other brow joined the raised one as she motioned toward the lounge, “Shall we sit and have a drink while you explain?”
She didn’t wait for him to answer, instead she walked into the room just off the foyer and poured two tumblers of brandy, then handed Lucius his drink as she sat next to him on the couch. “Well?” Narcissa said, after they had both taken a sip.
“Right, well, you see, I received a letter, from a student, telling me they were lonely, depressed, unwanted, and most importantly, in love with me. They also mentioned that they had once had a thing for Draco. Looking back at what was written, I should have known right away who sent it,” he said softly.
“Was it Harry?” she asked.
“I’m getting there,” he said, still avoiding her gaze, “I went to Hogwarts to find out, and-“
“So that’s where you’ve been all this time?”
“Cissa please, let me speak!” Lucius said exasperatedly.
“All right, all right. Go on,” she said, backing off.
Lucius sighed and took another sip before continuing, “I asked Dumbledore for rooms in the dungeons, stating that I wanted to spend time with Draco; that was my reasoning for wanting to stay in the castle. I figured that, even if it hadn’t been a Slytherin student, Draco may know who it was.”
He drained his glass, refilled it, took another sip and a deep breath, then went on, “When I got there, I found out that Draco was not only with Harry, but Blaise as well. The three of them were…”
“I believe the kids call it ‘fuck buddies’ these days,” Narcissa said, with no little amount of amusement.
“Yes,” he said sourly, ”Fuck buddies. Severus and I had a conversation, a small one I might add, where he explained to me the dynamics of their…relationship. I had mistaken what I had seen. I had walked in on Draco and Harry in a very compromising position, for an unhealthy relationship, and went to speak with Severus about it. He straightened me out,” he said, as he took another sip.
Her brow furrowed as she thought, “But what would make you think that?”
The blond snorted and looked into his glass of brandy, “Let’s just say that Draco had Harry on his hands and knees and was spewing things at him that I wasn’t aware our son would even think, let alone say.”
“Oh,” she said softly, “Go on.”
He nodded, “I went back there to talk to them and Draco flaunted the fact that Harry was, not only in his bed, but naked.” Lucius paused to rub his hands over his face, “By that time, I had realized I had feelings for Harry, regardless of who the letter was from. It was obvious to me at that point that Draco also had very deep feelings for him, but I don’t think Harry was aware of this.”
“Oh my,” she said, as she drained her glass as well, then refilled it.
“Oh my is right, but it gets better, dear. Turns out Harry’s heart already belonged to someone else and that he was just with Blaise and Draco for comfort and convenience. Blaise had apparently moved on already, according to Severus, but Draco had fallen in love.”
“Sweet Merlin,” she gasped.
“Yes. So now, both Draco and I felt we had no chance whatsoever with Harry because he was in love with someone else. I think Draco had figured it out by that time but Harry had made him promise not to say anything.” She nodded and he went on, “I invited them down to my rooms so Draco could read the letter, just in case he could help me figure out who wrote it. When he read the end of it, his whole attitude changed and he fled the room. Harry ran after him to find out what was wrong, and, after a moment of indecision, I followed.”
Narcissa was avidly listening by this point and he steeled himself for the next part, “I got there in time to hear their conversation, and what I heard made my jaw drop. Let’s just say that the saying which goes, “He who eavesdrops doesn’t always hear the best things about himself” is much clearer to me now. They were talking about who Harry loved, Draco admitted he was in love with Harry, and the reason he was so upset when he read the letter is because it was, in fact, me that Harry was in love with.”
Her eyes went wide and she gasped, but he continued, “You see, the last two lines of the letter are what upset him. It said, “There has never been anyone but you for me. Well, perhaps your son for a few weeks there, but only because he reminded me of you; he would never want me either, it seems no one ever will.” Draco was hurt because he assumed that Harry was just using him as a substitute for me.”
“Oh dear, poor Draco,” she said almost heartbrokenly.
Lucius snorted and muttered, “Poor Draco my arse.” She looked at him oddly for a moment, then motioned for him to go on, “We sat down and talked about it. Turns out Harry was falling in love with Draco, and had been for a while, but hadn’t realized it until I had shown up and Draco had started acting oddly. Of course, the fact that Draco had admitted to being in love with Harry, then had been hurt by what the letter said, also helped Harry to realize he was falling for him. We talked more, tried to get everything sorted out, Draco left to go find Severus at one point…no, that was before…” he sighed. “Anyhow, we talked for a while, then we ended up on the couch staring into the fire, then one thing led to another…”
He braced himself for the explosion that would surely come now that Narcissa knew the truth, but it never came. He cracked open one eye and glanced at her cautiously. She was just sitting there, a curious, contemplative look on her face. Narcissa finally turned to him, blinked, and spoke.
“So, let me get this straight. You’re in a sexual relationship with not only Harry Potter, but our son as well?” she asked in an even voice.
“Er, well…” he bit his lip, “Yes?”
The blonde woman nodded then smiled, “Okay.”
Lucius blinked at her, “O. K,” he said flatly.
“Yes, okay. You know, it means alright, brilliant, excellent, smash-“
He held up his hand, “I know what okay means, Narcissa.”
She snorted, “No need to get snippy.”
“You mean to tell me you’re truly alright with this?” he asked disbelievingly.
“Of course I am, Draco is glowing with happiness and Harry seems to be happy, too, though I don’t know him well.” She eyed him for a moment, then smirked, “If you’re not okay with it, then why are you doing it? Hmm? One would think that the person sleeping with his own son would be ‘okay’ with it.”
“I’m perfectly okay with it, Narcissa. I was worried you would have kittens!” he snapped.
“Well, why wouldn’t I be okay with it?” she said as she walked away humming, not giving him a chance to answer.
Lucius sat there and shook his head, a bemused expression on his face. Draco and Harry walked in and the Harry took in his appearance.
“She took it well, I take it,” he said questioningly.
The blond man snorted, “She didn’t just take it well, she practically asked me why I hadn’t fucked Draco sooner.”
Draco looked at him amusedly while Harry snorted, “Of course she would be happy, Lucius. Draco is her precious baby and anything that makes his spoiled little arse happy makes her happy.”
The younger blond smacked him in the arm, “You love my spoiled arse!”
“Yeah, when you’re bent over and I’m pounding into it,” Harry muttered.
“See if I bend over for you anytime soon!” Draco said huffily, while crossing his arms over his chest.
Harry shrugged and climbed into Lucius’ lap, “No worries, I have more than one lover.”
Lucius smirked and pulled him close, kissing him, “That you do, love.”
Draco pouted and huffed again, then finally gave in and flopped on the couch and nuzzled Harry’s neck, begging for attention. “That’s what I thought,” Harry said before giving Draco a kiss.
The blond thought about being insulted by that but decided it wasn’t worth it if it caused him to not get laid later, so he held his tongue and enjoyed the contact from his two lovers. The three of them sat there and basked in the love for hours until Narcissa came in to tell them it was time for dinner. She smiled at the sight and wished fervently that nothing would happen to tear them apart.

While all of this was happening in Wiltshire, over in Ottery St. Catchpole there was scheming. Hermione, Ron and Ginny were sitting in Ron’s room at the Burrow having a heated discussion about their wayward ‘friend’. All of them had different reasons for thinking he had changed and that what he was doing was wrong, but they all agreed that it was wrong. Molly was down in the kitchen preparing dinner and, although she knew what they were plotting, she turned a blind eye because she happened to agree with them all on at least one point of each argument.
“Damn it, it’s gone too far this time! I don’t know what they’ve done to him, but he’s not Harry anymore, he’s not normal! I want my best friend back, not this impostor!” Ron yelled.
Ginny nodded along with her brother, “He’s not the same. I swear it’s like they brainwashed him, ‘Mione. I know he would have asked me out if he hadn’t gotten involved with Malfoy and Zabini. They must have done something to him to get him into bed and keep him there.”
Hermione rolled her eyes, “Guys, they must have done something to him, but are you so dense, Ginny, that you would think this is all a plan to steal him from you? Even though he was never yours to begin with?”
The redhead scowled and glared at her but Hermione had a satisfied smirk on her face from proving her point, “As I was saying, we have to get him out of there. If we can just get him away from all of the Slytherins long enough, I know we can counteract everything they’ve done to him. It’ll be painful and time consuming, not to mention dangerous, but he’ll thank us in the end.”
The two Weasleys nodded in agreement. “What are we going to do?” Ginny asked.
“We need to get him away from them, obviously,” the bushy-haired witch said as if it were obvious, which it was to her.
“And just how are we supposed to do that?” Ron asked exasperatedly.
A smirk, a very evil one for someone claiming to just want to help a friend, crossed Hermione’s features, “We will just have to watch them and hope Harry leaves by himself. When he does, we snatch him up and prevent him from going back. If we do this right, they’ll never suspect us or find us.” She looked at them, cocking her head to the side, “You in?”
“Hell yes, I want my friend back. That’s not the real Harry,” Ron said with conviction.
Ginny had a dreamy look in her eyes, “Yeah, I want him back, too. It would be nice to have him in my bed again.”
Hermione looked at her as if she were insane, “Ginny, he’s never been in your bed, he was never your boyfriend.”
“If you say so,” Ginny said with a glazed look in her eyes.
“You know, her delusions are getting worse, Ron. It’s only a matter of time before she’s going to be rooming with Lockhart.”
Ron waved her off, “Let her have her delusions, ‘Mione. When we get Harry back, he’ll see he’s meant to be with her and then her dreams will become a reality.”
Hermione sighed, “I suppose you’re right, Ron.”
“Dinner!” Molly called from the bottom of the stairs.
“Come on, I’m starving!” Ron said as he leapt up from his bed.
Hermione rolled her eyes, “You’re always starving,” she muttered.
Ginny just followed behind them dreamily as they walked downstairs for dinner. Molly smiled at them all, giving Hermione a wink, then tucked into her own food. None of them stopped to remember that they were the ones who had turned their backs on poor Harry in the first place, practically throwing him into the arms of the Slytherins. Oh no, it was the fault of the snakes, even though it was the lions who had abandoned one of their own. Now, they just had to wait until they could get him alone before they could put their plan into action. They wouldn’t have to wait long.
Author's Note: It's been over a week since I posted, and from now on I'll post on Fridays. I would like you all to keep in mind that as of now I only havae two more chapters written, which means two more Fridays after today, unless I get chapter twelve finished. I've been hella busy this week, what with both my practical and written haircutting finals. We begin color on Monday, so I believe I'll have time to work on the fic in the next few weeks. Let's just hope I actually have the time and energy to write. Lol.
I hope you liked the chapter, it's one of my favorites. Just the thought of Luc toungue-tied and Cissa laughing at his bumbling. Hehehe. Anyhow, Lots of really bad things are going to happen from here on out. A lot of people have commented that there just isn't enough information about why the Gryffindors abandoned Harry, among other things. I promise you all will be explained. Everything. Don't worry about it. I wrote it this way on purpose. Right, I'm going to go finish Incubus Dreams now. As I said, I hope you all liked it.
