“Allow me to explain something very clearly,” Nicole hissed at Alecto, whose red face did not compliment her mud-brown eyes.  “Stay far away from me, and mine, witch,” Nicole threatened in a low, menacing tone.  Her eyes flashed with barely contained rage.  “Your portly existence presents a far too easy, far too enticing target to me.  I will be waiting, in earnest, hoping and praying to catch you alone, again.  I will make you pay for every foul manner of deed you foisted upon these precious young witches and wizards.  You will not live to rue the day we met.”
