Harry was sitting alone Dumbledore’s office, still rubbing his scar. Where ever Voldermort was now, Harry knew he was extremely happy. He also knew the school was already on fire with rumors of what was happening. Professor McGonagall found Harry just as he picked up Draco’s wand, obviously horror struck by what she had seen outside. He was going to Dumbledore’s office and Harry had told him everything. How he killed the troll and taken Draco from castle, throwing him at his fathers feet, and how he laughed while they sped away into the sky.
Now, Dumbledore had made Harry wait in his office while he checked some things, not elaborating on what exactly he was checking. And so with every moment, Harry felt more helpless as he started at Draco’s wand. It seemed like Harry had waited forever when Dumbledore finally should up.
‘What’s happening? What are we going to do?’ Harry began immediately.
‘Please calm yourself Harry’ Dumbledore replied calmly. ‘We have checked the grounds and found the second troll unconscious near the dark forest. He is very disoriented and remembers nothing of what happened last night. It seems indeed that Voldermort managed to posses him.’
‘I already told you this! What are we going to do?’ Harry declared with anger in his voice.
‘I am having members of the order track Luscious down, in the mean time Harry I suggest you get some rest.’
‘How can I rest when Draco has been kidnapped, probably being tortured as we speak? And I know what’s going to happen!’ Harry snapped. ‘They’re going to force him to become a Death Eater aren’t they?’
‘I do believe that is their ultimate plan Harry. But, I promise you I won’t let that happen.’
Harry wiped his face as he felt tears running down his face. It was only just hours ago when Draco was in his arms and was now in Voldermort’s clutches. How could Dumbledore expect him to just do nothing?
‘Harry, listen to me. I know Draco is very important to you but I must impress upon the seriousness of this.
‘You think I don’t take this seriously?’ Harry asked.
‘Harry listen to me now. Everything that can be done is being done. As soon as I find out anything I’ll let you know.’
‘If you do find him, I’m going with you to rescue him!’ Harry declared suddenly.
‘No you will not! It’s far too dangerous Harry, and you are not ready to face Voldermort’ Dumbledore said, almost shouting.
Harry knew he was not going to win this argument so before it went on any further; he simply stormed out of the office hearing most of the pictures of the past headmasters shouting about disrespect. Scenarios filled Harry’s head as he made his way back to the common room, about where Draco could possibly be and how long he had before Draco was forced to serve Voldermort. Hermione and Ron quickly began to ask questions as soon as they saw Harry climb through the portrait hole.
Harry stopped them and told them the full story of what happened. How Voldermort had possessed the troll and taken Draco. How he saw everything from his point of view, like when he attacked Mr. Weasley. Finally telling everything that happened in Dumbledore’s office.
‘Dumbledore’s right Harry. It would just make things worse if you faced Voldermort now’ Hermione said, wincing at Voldermorts name.
‘I don’t care! This isn’t just about me! Draco trusted me and I let him down. Now, at any moment he could be made a Death Eater against his will.’
‘Harry it wasn’t your fault!’ Ron began. ‘You couldn’t have stopped them. And if you hadn’t seen Draco being taken the searched for him wouldn’t even have started by now, making it even harder to find Draco.’
‘It doesn’t make any difference! I can’t just sit here waiting for some news, hoping they find them in time’ Harry retorted, his anger becoming more apparent.
‘But there isn’t anything you can do Harry’ Hermione said.
Suddenly, as if a bolt of lightning had hit his head, Harry got an idea. If somehow he could let his mind go into Voldermort’s head like before, he might be able to see where Draco was. The only question was how...
‘Harry, are you alright?’ Ron asked, trying not to sound too worried.
‘I’ll be fine I just need some time alone’ Harry said.
‘Where are you going? You shouldn’t run off now!’ Hermione said, but Harry paid her no mind.
He climbed through the portrait hole and luckily no one followed him. Many of the students tried to call his attention as he ran by without success. He needed some place he wouldn’t be interrupted and decided to go outside. He found himself at the beech tree where his dream started in the first. He sat by the tree, close to the water. Taking deep breaths to try and calm himself, he closed his eyes and tried to fall asleep. Laying on the ground, feeling the warm breeze pass over him, Harry knew that somewhere Draco was in pain.
Harry rubbed his scar again, which hadn’t stopped searing since he woke up. It took almost an hour but Harry finally fell asleep. He found himself on his Firebolt flying through the air. The sun was setting behind him and below was nothing but forest. Slicing through the clouds, Harry suddenly felt something in his right hand. Looking down he saw the golden snitch struggling in his hands for its freedom. A great wind broke out just at that moment, making Harry loose his grip on the snitch. It was beginning to fly away, zooming downward towards the forest. Harry quickly followed it, breaking through the canopy of the forest, dodging branch after branch. Swerving left and right, up and down, trying to catch the snitch, Harry finally managed to catch up to it.
Reaching out as far he could, Harry finally grabbed the snitch and WHAM! What could only be described as great force knocked Harry out of the air, making fall off his broom. When he got up, he looked around himself only to find he was not in the forest anymore. A head of him was a small house that looked more like shack. Behind him he saw what looked like a condemned mansion. Tall and over run roots and vines, it felt somewhat familiar, as if he had been here before. Harry walked around and saw no way to get it since the front door was nailed shut as well as the back door. He looked around more, while all the while he couldn’t shake the feeling of being watched.
Out of nowhere, to the left of the smaller house, Harry noticed a small open wooden gate. Walking over to it, he now saw a long path stretching down a small hill near the edge of another forest. Following the path, he still felt like he was being watched but saw no one around. Pulling his wand out, to make sure he was ready for whatever he knew was about to happen, the little fear he had inside sank like a stone in to his stomach. The path went on stretching down, ending at another gate. The gate was tall and made out of iron bars, tightly screwed to stone walls that cut into the forest and down the other side of the hill. On top of the gate was a large rusted letter ‘R’ enclosed by in a circle, which on closer inspection were two black snakes.
The letter stood out, as it was turning brown with rust unlike the rest of the gate, which was still completely black. The gate opened by itself as Harry got closer, almost as if it was beckoning him to go inside. Harry hesitated for a moment, trying to decide whether to continue forward or not. Something about this didn’t seem right and too easy. But, the decision was taken out of his hands as a voice cut through the air in a bone chilling cry.
‘DRACO!!!’ Harry called out as he ran through the gate.
Blood pumping through his veins, wand at the ready, Harry ran the rest of path which abruptly ended into more grass. Looking around even more, Harry realized he was in a graveyard, as he saw nothing but headstones and statues marking graves. Another screamed pierced the night somewhere behind Harry, making him break out into another run, calling out for Draco. Reaching small mausoleum, Harry only had a split second to dive behind a large headstone. A Death Eater was locking the mausoleum with his wand, great smile on his face. As he turned from the door, Harry recognized their silver hair as they walked away. When Draco’s father was out of sight, Harry tried to open the door, but it refused to open.
The pain of his scar returned with another jolt, making the pain as bad as before. From behind him, someone had grabbed Harry without warning, throwing him head first into a near by headstone. His sight blurring he could just make the name out on the head stone: ‘Tom Riddle.’ Harry was grabbed and thrown again, this time landing on his back. The pain of his scar increased as he came face to face with his attacker: Voldermort.
‘CRUCIO!!!’ he shouted, causing blinding pain to Harry.
Yet again, Harry found himself screaming, in the place where he had fallen in the first place, footsteps closing in from somewhere near by. Sitting up, he saw indeed that someone was coming towards him: Dumbledore. But he wasn’t alone. Professor McGonagall and Professor Snape were on his heels and just behind them followed Ron and Hermione.
‘We’ve been looking all over for you!’ Ron said as they drew close enough.
‘Luckily we heard your screams’ Hermione said with a look of concern on her face.
‘Are you alright Mr. Potter?’ McGonagall asked.
‘I know where Malfoy is!’ Harry declared suddenly. ‘He’s in the cemetery where Cedric died. I just saw him and he knows that I know’ Harry finished.
Question after question Harry answered until his entire dream was retold in its fullest detail.
‘Minerva, call the members of the order telling them to come here at once while I try to find a way to get to the cemetery. Knowing Voldermort, he has made sure we can not apparate there’ Dumbledore ordered.
‘We can’t wait that long we have to go now!’ Harry demanded.
‘Harry you will not go!’ Dumbledore declared, turning to face him.
‘YES — I — WILL!’ Harry yelled.
‘It is too dangerous Harry, and I assure you we will bring Mr. Malfoy back.’
Harry knew it was pointless to argue with Dumbledore, so he spoke no more. Professor McGonagall and Snape followed Dumbledore back up to the castle leaving Harry out by the tree with Hermione and Ron.
‘Dumbledore’s right Harry, you shouldn’t go’ Hermione said in her nagging tone of voice.
‘I can’t lose Malfoy! I can’t lose anyone else! Voldermort took my mother, my father, even Sirius... so how else am I suppose to feel?!?’
‘But Harry even if you could go you don’t know where to go or even how to get there’ Ron said, trying to reason with his friend.
With great frustration Harry had to admit, if only to himself, that Ron was right. He didn’t know where to go. The only time he had ever been there, he had gotten there by a portkey, which he didn’t know how to make. And knowing Voldermort, you couldn’t get there by portkey anymore either. Ron and Hermione watched Harry in silence, both of them looking concerned. Finally, feeling defeated Harry let out a great sigh and closed his eyes.
‘Don’t worry Harry, if anyone can save Malfoy its Dumbledore’ Ron said reassuringly.
Nodding in agreement, Harry merely looked out over the lake thinking of the night everything began to change. After a while he opened his eyes and walked back up to the castle with Ron and Hermione, still trying to of a way to get to the cemetery. Ascending the steps back to the dormitory it struck Harry like a bolt of lightning. How could he not of thought about it before? It was so simple, and probably the only way to get there anyhow. Hermione and Harry couldn’t help but notice the satisfied look on Harry’s face, as it was an obvious change from the mixed look of anger and helplessness.
‘What is it?’ Hermione asked, eyeing Harry.
‘I’m going to talk to Dumbledore. I’ll be back soon...’ Harry said as he looked at them, seeing the hesitant look on their faces.
They obviously weren’t crazy about letting Harry go off by himself, seeing as how he had disappeared last time, but Harry didn’t give them a chance to argue and ran back down the corridor. But, instead of going to Dumbledore’s office he down in another direction with a plan forming in his head little by little. It was so obvious how he could get to the cemetery he felt foolish for not seeing earlier. Tickling the pear in the portrait at the end of a small hallway, the pear giggled wildly, causing the portrait to spring forward, opening another passageway of stairs.
‘DOBBY!’ Harry yelled out, as he reached the bottom of the stairs, causing his voice to echo wildly.
The house elf appeared from under the far counter holding a wet soapy rag in his hands.
‘Harry Potter!’ Dobby said happily, as he ran forwards to great Harry.
‘Dobby listen to me quickly, I don’t have much time. I need you to get me a large peace of bloody raw meat!’
Without a word Dobby snapped his fingers making a large plate appear in the air with a large piece of raw meat on top of it, swimming in blood. Harry grabbed it off the plate with his hands letting the blood drip on the floor.
‘Thank you Dobby, now I need you to do something else and it’s extremely important! I want you to go to Dumbledore’s office in twenty minutes and tell him I was down here and that I went to rescue Malfoy. Do you understand?’
‘Yes Harry Potter’ Dobby answered with a familiar look of concern on his face.
Again Harry broke out into a run clutching the raw meat in his hands. For the second time, he ran out of the castle seeing that the sun was now gone from the sky completely. Finding himself again in the familiar surroundings of the trees of the dark forest, Harry followed the path Hagrid had taken them on the year before lighting his wand to see the way. Coming to a clearing, Harry looked around and saw nothing but trees. With a great heave, he threw the raw meat into the air, landing close to the center of clearing.
Looking around for almost five minutes, nothing happened. If he didn’t leave soon, Dumbledore would be able to stop Harry, and Draco would be lost forever. A giant pair of eyes popped up from behind a tree, looking first Harry, then at the raw meat on the ground. His hopes soaring once again, Harry watch as a thestral emerged from the darkness of trees and began to eat the raw meat in great bites. Quickly running over to it before it had a chance to finish eating; Harry mounted it, pulling himself up onto its back, just as it took the last bite.
‘The Riddle cemetery, where Draco Malfoy is being held’ Harry said to it, hoping this would work.
For a moment it did nothing, as if it was confused about what to do. But then, just like last year, it sprang straight up into the air over the trees of the forest with such force, Harry almost slid right of its back. Wind and cold quickly began to whip Harry’s face and body as they rose higher into the air. Already passed Hogwarts, heading over Hogsmead, Harry only hoped that his plan would work. Hours passed, as the sky grew darker and colder, making Harry’s arms and legs go numb, with the wind beating his face. All he could see underneath were the very small lights of towns he was passing over, as he looked for any familiar sights.
Just when Harry was beginning to lose all hope, his scar began to burn again yet again. At that very same moment of blinding pain, the thestral dove straight down towards the ground, almost throwing Harry off. Holding on for dear life, the ground came speeding towards him in an alarming rate. Then with an unbelievably soft landing the thestral stopped and folded its wings at its side. Harry quickly got off and petted its headed and drew his wand. He turned around and saw the same iron gate before him that he saw before.
Pushing it open, wand at the ready Harry felt the pain in his scar getting worse. Stopping on to at certain points to hide behind statues and headstones to make sure he wasn’t seen he proceeded to where he had seen Draco’s father. From far off, as Harry got closer, he heard voices of many people talking. Reaching the back of the mausoleum, Harry saw to no great surprise, over a dozen Death Eaters, all laughing and talking calmly in there mask’s, forming a large circle around a large platform. But, where was Voldermort? Harry knew that not only was he close by, but that he was greatly amused.
Sneaking very slowly around the mausoleum, Harry took a hiding place behind a large statue of man that marked yet another grave. From this point Harry could see them all as well as the doors of the mausoleum, but he knew he could get no closer without being seen. He had no choice but to stay where he was and watched, and wait for an opening. With a great bang, the doors opened, letting a dark robed figure out. The only way Harry could keep from screaming in pain was to tightly cover his mouth with his free hand. Eyes watering, scar burning, and barely able to see, Harry watched as Voldermort walked forward out of the darkness, causing the Death Eaters to go silent and kneel.
Just behind him, closely followed Luscious Malfoy along with three more Death Eaters, dragging with them... Draco...
‘LET — GO — OF — ME!!!’ Draco screamed, struggling against his own father and the other Death Eaters.
His demands were answered with nothing but laughter. They walked onto the platform, dragging Draco along with them as the rest kneeled and watched. Luscious then ripped off Draco’s sleeve with a great jerk, exposing his forearm, twisting it upward to expose it , tightly gripping it against Draco’s attempts to pull away.
‘I have here,’ Voldermort began with his usual, high and cold voice, ‘a boy, who thought he could defy me! Who thought that that mudblood loving fool Dumbledore could protect him from me, and stop me from making him a Death Eater, like his father before him!’
The Death Eaters all applauded as they looked up at their master, laughing at Draco who still struggled to break free.
‘I took him from right under Dumbledore’s nose, and now as midnight is only a moment away, I will make him one of you against his will and punish him for his defiance!’ Voldermort declared with pleasure in his voice, raising his wand.
The crowd of Death Eaters cheered loudly as they watched, making Draco struggle even more. Then as if an alarm went off signaling the coming of midnight Voldermort swung his wand, bringing it down Draco’s fore arm chanting:
‘DISSENDIUM INFLAMAREA...’
Draco’s screams of pain echoed over the grave yard as his forearm was burned, smoke rising from his flesh.
‘EXPILLIEARMUS!!!’ Harry yelled, sending Voldermorts wand flying into the air. ‘DRACO RUN!!!’ Harry shouted as the Death Eaters began to advance on him.
Quickly ducking behind a headstone to avoid a spell, Harry saw Draco still trapped on the platform. Shooting a stunning jinx over the headstone Harry quickly sprang to his feet and ran towards the mausoleum. With no idea what to do now, he only hoped to keep alive long enough for the rest of his plan to work.
‘Bring him to me!’ Voldermort cried out as his Death Eaters chased Harry.
Throwing another few hexes over his shoulder Harry ducked behind a large statue of a man. Its head was blown of as Harry dived behind it, sending bits and pieces of it all over into the air.
‘RICDOSHANGPRA!’ Harry shouted in response, sending a Death Eater threw the air, landing on top of another.
More hexes and jinxes flew threw the air, making Harry run yet again this time back to the platform. Malfoy was still there, holding his struggling son with the three other Death Eaters, but Voldermort was gone.
‘STUPEFY!’ Harry bellowed, shooting Luscious right in the face, sending him crashing to the ground.
The other three pulled out there wands but were too late...
‘EXPELLIEARMUS!’ Harry shouted once more but this time with Draco’s wand along with his own, sending two of the three Death Eaters wands into the air.
Draco took this chance and shook free pushing one of the Death Eaters down to the ground. With more Death Eaters behind him and two more in front, Harry continued to run forward, still trying to buy more time. Sending another two stunning spells into the air hitting the two left Death Eaters, Harry reached the platform, and threw Draco his wand, still in his running pace. The both of them ran off the platform only to dive behind another headstone. Like with the statue before, another spell hit the headstone almost smashing it clean in two.
‘STUPEFY!!!’ Harry shouted out, this time in unison with Draco.
Harry’s spell hit another Death Eater, Draco’s was blocked.
‘How much longer would it take?’ Harry wondered hopingly.
Diving and running was all they could do now as curses were sent back and forth with deadly aim. Draco’s arm was obviously slowing him down, and the pain Harry felt in his scar kept increasing, although Voldermort had vanished from sight. After what seemed like an eternity of running and stunning, Harry found himself with no place to run and surround on all side. The satisfied look in the Death Eaters eyes as they drew in closer disgusted Harry, making him want to curse them all.
Just about when one of them was about to demand that Draco and he drop their wands, a jet of red sparks flew threw the air striking the Death Eater right in the chest knocking him to the ground unconscious. The cavalry had finally arrived! From the sky more and more jets of red lights rained down upon them, and as Harry looked up he saw several of the Order landing on thestrals. Instead of fighting many of the Death Eaters tried to run away with out success.
‘Harry we have to get out of here now! It’s a trap!’ Draco screamed.
‘What?’
Draco grabbed his arm, pulling him towards the mausoleum once again; as they tried to avoid the spells streaking threw the air. Then with out warning, Harry felt his scar exploded as they ran. Grabbing his scar yet again, Harry almost keeled over in pain. But, before he knew it the air around became cold as ice, and the stars from the sky were swallowed into darkness, which only meant on thing: Dementors. Sure enough, there on the platform was Voldermort flanked by dozen dementors. The members of the Order tried to defend themselves, but as it seemed none of them could make a patronus.
‘EXPECTO PATRONUM!!!’ Harry shouted, causing a silver stag to erupt from the tip of his wand.
Harry’s patronus charged the dementors one by one, throwing them into the air with its antlers. But, as quickly as one was taken care of two more took its place. And since the stag was heading towards the members of the order, it gave the other dementors a chance to advance on Harry and Draco.
‘Draco you have to try and help me! Try to fight!’
‘But, I never made one’
‘Just think of a happy memory and do it Draco, please... I love you!’ Harry said, as he grabbed Draco’s hand into his own.
Draco closed his eyes, searching his mind the happiest memory he could, opened his eyes suddenly, pointed wand at the nearest dementor:
‘EXPECTO PATRONUM!!!’ Draco yelled, making a giant silver serpent erupt from the tip of his wand which fell soundlessly on the ground.
It was at least twenty feet long, from what Harry could see. It sprang upward, striking one dementor after another with its head and tail like whip. For a moment Harry thought it was over. His stag was helping the Order and Draco’s serpent was protecting them, but why didn’t the darkness begin to lift at least somewhat. And most of all Where was Voldermort. Harry looked over only to see he was gone once again, but the pain in his scar remained. Suddenly a stream of light hit Draco right in the chest, making him collapse on the ground. Voldermort had returned, this time with even more dementors!
Voldermort raised his wand, about to curse Harry when another jet of light pierced the night, almost hitting Voldermort. Harry quickly turned to see who it was and Saw Dumbledore himself, coming towards them wand at the ready. Voldermort advanced on Dumbledore, forgetting about Harry, leaving him to the dementors. He had no choice now as he back away slowly, looking at Draco on the ground. It was now or never:
‘PATRONUM PENATRAREA!!!’
Instead of the golden cloud and the usual stag, out from the tip of Harry’s wand came a Lion. It was entirely gold like the rays of the sun, shinning brightly against the darkness; its mane was a darker shade of gold framing its face with big red eyes. The dementors all glided away as the lion charged at them with lightning speed. The dementors all over the cemetery began to run away taking with them the darkness and cold. The stars reappeared, shinning their light down upon them once more. The dementors were gone, the Death Eaters were either unconscious or bond by magical ropes of light to stop them from getting away.
Dumbledore and Voldermort were locked in heated battle which Harry watched in the distance, remaining at Draco’s side. But, in the end Voldermort avoid capture yet again. Just as Dumbledore seemed to have the upper hand, Voldermort caused a great flash of light, and with that he had vanished just like before...
Two days later...
Harry hadn’t left the infirmary since they had gotten back. Draco was still recovering from Voldermorts attack, but Madam Pomfrey said he could leave the infirmary today. As soon as they had come back, Hermione and Ron were asking for details but Harry didn’t have a chance to explain. Madam Pomfrey had told them to stop bothering her patients and kicked them out, almost throwing Harry out along with them. Luckily Dumbledore said Harry could stay which made him very happy.
Still in shock from everything that happened, Harry was amazed he pulled it off. Although, Dumbledore scolded him a bit, it was obvious that he was impressed with how things turned out all the same. Luckily, thanks to Harry, since Harry stopped Voldermort in the middle of the spell no permanent damage was done to his arm and the dark mark was nowhere to be son Don Draco’s arm. Helping Draco into his clothes, Harry couldn’t help but smile as he looked upon Draco’s body. When they were finally out of the infirmary, all Harry wanted to do was grab some food and find his friends, and their in the great Harry found both.
‘Harry!’ Hermione said as she saw Harry walk towards them with Draco at his side.
She ran up to him and gave him a warm hug, then did the same to Draco. His cheeks went red at that moment, feeling a bit odd but happy just the same. Ton shook Harry’s hand then like Hermione, he shook Draco’s hand as well. Sitting down and helping himself to some food and pumpkin juice, he began to tell them all that had happened:
‘I kept trying to think of away to find Draco without needing to know where he was, since the only time I had ever been in that cemetery, I was dragged there by a portkey. And I knew Voldermort must have placed spells all over it so you couldn’t apparate there or even use a portkey like he did to me when it finally struck me, the thestrals! They could take me to it just like they took us to the ministry.’
‘Brilliant!’ Ron said.
‘But, the problem was getting there! Even if I told Dumbledore my idea he still wouldn’t have let me go, and I couldn’t stay behind. So I tried to think of a way to go but still let Dumbledore know how to find me. That’s when I got another idea! I decided to kill two birds with one stone and went to find Dobby. You see even if I went into the forest I still needed to find a thestral which would take too much time since they only came when Hagrid called them or when they smelled blood, which meant food. So I told Dobby to give me a big bloody raw peace of meat. Then I told him to go to Dumbledore after a few minutes after I left to ensure I got a head start. I ran into the forest, and lured a thestral to me with the meat, and jumped on its back while it ate. Then I told it to take me to the cemetery where Draco was being held.’
‘Harry that was really dangerous’ Hermione replied with a shocked looked on her face.
‘When I got to the cemetery at last, I followed the same path I took in my dream and came upon the mausoleum, and managed to stop Voldermort from branding Draco’ Harry said, making everyone flinch slightly. ‘After that, I just kept making them chase me around until the Order came to fight them off, but Voldermort was expecting that. Just when they had come, ridding on the rest of the thestrals, he had disappeared, only to show up a few moments later with dementors. I called my patronus but there were just too many for it to protect me and the members of the Order! So then Draco summoned a patronus himself, a giant silver serpent!’
‘WOW! That’s pretty advance magic Malfoy!’ Hermione complimented.
‘But it still wasn’t enough. He disappeared again only to come back with hundreds of them. With the patronus fighting the dementors on one side it left an opening for the rest to get to use. So I had no choice but to try the other patronus charm I’ve been practicing!’
‘What other patronus charm? After our third year I did some reading and found only one other patronus charm but it was so powerful that only three wizards have been known to successfully!’
‘That’s the one I used! When I used it a giant Lion erupted from my wand and took on all the dementors, making them retreat at top speed!’
‘That’s amazing Harry!’ Hermione said, very impressed.
They continued to talk about what happened over the next few weeks as the story quickly spread through the school. The Gryffindor students began to warm up to Malfoy after that, and Harry saw to his great joy that Ron and Hermione were now treating him as good friend, just as Harry had hoped would happen. But, now with the school year ending, another worry crept into Harry’s mind. Where was Malfoy going to spend the summer? He surely couldn’t go home, even with his father back in prison! But, the answer to this question came on the very last day of school. Harry and Draco were called to Dumbledore’s office, told only that it was important.
‘I have finally finished your arrangements for the summer Mr. Malfoy and I think you will both be very pleased’ Dumbledore said as he saw them walk in to his office.
‘Where are you sending me?’ Draco asked.
‘After months of talking with them, Harry’s aunt and uncle have agreed to let you stay with Harry over the summer holidays...’
