Missing, Presumed Undead
AUTHOR’S NOTE.
Right, first things first, I haven’t forgotten about Thief – but I’ve written and re-written the next chapter of it about six times, each of them an utter mess and not remotely what I want – I’m working on it for you, but its proving to be a pain in the bum!
This fic has the highest number of warnings I have ever used! And they are there for a reason – but additional warnings will be at the beginnings of chapters.
Now, a little background on this fic:
• Severus isn’t dead – where’s the fun in that?
• Narcissa is dead – can’t have a LM/HG fic with her in the way, can we?
• Voldemort is no more – don’t know how, he just is, use your huge imaginations to come up with a situation – or visit another of my fics: Up is the New Going Down.
• Sev, Lucius and Draco are magical private investigators.
A note on my vampires:
• They don’t die at dawn, but fall into a deep sleep that leaves them vulnerable until the sun sets. (Therefore they aren’t the living dead).
• Drinking human blood removes the magical ability they had as wizards/witches.
• Muggles cannot become vampires, but wizards, witches and squibs can.
• The vampires only live in Transylvania (and I’m not talking The Rocky Horror Show *I’m just a sweet transvestite, from Transeeeeeeeexual, Transylvaniaaaaaaaaa* , I’m talking Eastern Europe!)
• Vampires have been considered extinct for ten years at the story opening, as nobody has been attacked or fed from for a decade.
• Crosses, Holy Water, other religious objects, garlic, silver… ect. have no effect on them.
• They don’t spontaneously combust in sunlight, but it renders them incredibly weak and causes them to collapse.
• A vampire without their fangs goes completely mad – and they become ‘slaves’. (more later).
• Vampires can have children – baby vampires! (can you imagine breast feeding an infant with teeth like that?! Ouch!)
Anything else I need to explain before I start? Erm…
Draco, Sev and Lucius are all single! (*beats ladies away with a stick*)
