Authors Note: This is the first crossover I�ve written for HP/Charmed. Reviews and Flames are welcome, as well as questions or ideas.

Warnings: This will be SLASH. Betrayed! Harry: The bashing of many people including Ron, Hermione and Dumbledore. This is also AU. Takes place after OOTP, however Sirius will still be alive!

Pairing: Eventually Harry/Wyatt: Ron/Hermione as well as others.

Summary: Just two days after returning from Hogwarts, Harry wakes in a Ministry holding cell. Just to learn his trial was in one hour, for the murder of the Dursleys.

Prologue:

Harry couldn�t believe what was happening. Here he was sitting in a Ministry holding cell, and for what. Murdering the Dursleys they said, sure he didn�t like them. But he wouldn�t wish them dead.

It had been four days since he had woken up and informed that he would stand trial for their murders. And not once had his �friends� or the Headmaster come to talk to him. That didn�t surprise him, not after what he had over heard the night before the leaving feast.

Some friends he thought, it hurt more than he was willing to admit. Both Ron and Hermione had been paid by the Headmaster to befriend him. And not only that but with his money. He couldn�t help but think Malfoy had been right. Some wizarding families were better than others. Harry was knock out of his thoughts as the sound of footsteps approaching.

� It�s time, Mr. Potter.� came the gruff voice of the Auror, as he opened the cell.

Harry just looked at the man in silence. Before lowering his head to the floor as he was shackled, before being grabbed harshly and dragged toward the courtroom.

Harry looked up once he was chained to a chair. He could see many were looking at him in disbelief. When he saw his god-father sitting with Remus Lupin he knew a look of shock was upon his face. Harry didn�t understand how he was out in the open.

The Weasleys were all showing a look of smugness. While Hermione was looking at him in contempt. What started his blood to boil was the Headmaster, his face was that of disappointment. While Minister Fudge looked as though Christmas had come early.

�Harry James Potter, you are on trial for the murders of Petunia Evans-Dursley, Vernon Dursley and Dudley Dursley. How do you plead?� Fudge announced with a smile.

�Innocent!� Harry exclaimed. I can't belive this farse he thought. As the room erupted with noise. Everyone was yelling that he was being untruthful. Finally the Headmaster and Head of the Wizegamont, Albus Dumbledore had silenced them.

The trial commenced, it was quick, they had the Aurors that were dispatched to the scene telling everyone that he, Harry was found with his wand in hand. Surrounded by the Dursleys dead bodies. Not once had the Minister or Dumbledore asked for Vertiserum. To prove what was being was the truth.All the while Harry was yelling that he wasn�t guilty. That he would never kill the Dursleys.

Next his so called �friends� testified that he was bound to go dark because he was a Parselmouth and since the Triwizard Tournament, he had changed. That he was darker and didn�t confide in them anymore. Thank Merlin, I didn't tell them of my control of wandless magic and my Pheonix Animagus form, Harry thought before yelling.

�I�m inoccent, why won�t you listen to me! I�ll take Veritserum to prove it!� only be hit with a silencing spell.
The Minister had refused him the right of taking the Truth potion. When Dumbledore had said that he could withstand the Imperius Curse. So he could very well get around Vertiserum. Harry knew it was over then, he was going to Azkaban and there was nothing he could do.

When the Wizegamont adjourned to decide his judgement. His god-father had approached him with cold eyes. � Damn it how could you Harry, your parents would be so disappointed. Why?� Sirius Black snarled, before he slapped him across the face.

Harry couldn�t believe what he just heard. His own god-father thought him guilty. As a single tear fell from his eye before he turned away, from the one man he thought he could trust. Why Sirius, you of all people should have doubts.

It wasn�t long before others began taking shots at him. The Weasleys were saying the most hurtful things. But the worst was when Remus said he should have died instead of his parents. And that his mothers sacrifice was in vain.

Soon the Wizegamont returned they handed the verdict to Minister Fudge, the man read it silently at first. Harry watched as a sick smile crossed his lips, before he spoke aloud.

�Harry James Potter, you are found guilty of three counts of murder. And are here by sentenced to life in Azkaban. Do you have anything to say before you are escorted out?�

Harry motioned to his mouth, and waited until the spell was taken off. Taking a deep breath as his eyes went cold. � When the time comes and my innocents is proven don�t any of you fucking come to me begging for my help. Because as far as I�m concern Voldemort can do what ever that bloody fuckin hell he wants, because I�m finish with you all!� he snarled before being escorted out of the room.
