Remember when you finally graduated and all those credit card offers came in the mail? I do. And it didn't take me very long at all before I was way in over my head. Ginny's living the muggle life and she knows how to use that plastic. She finds herself in deep with no way out. But wait a minute...Lucius Malfoy has some problems of his own...maybe they can work out a deal. Will contain side pairings of DM/HP and HG/SS. I hope you like it.
"Oh Ginny." Hermione said shaking her head as she rifled through the stack of bills. "£2191.89 pounds?" She held a page up in the air, waving it in Ginny's direction.
"Like my new bedroom furniture? It's Ikea." Ginny asked, staring down at her hands.
Hermione tossed the stack of papers on the desk and sank down in the chair. "Well I hate to say 'I told you so', but we did warn you."
"I know you did." Ginny said hanging her head. "What should I do now?"
"I don't know." Hermione said, turning to shuffle through the stack of credit card bills again. "Okay, if you make the minimum payment each month it's £587.00 pounds. How much are you giving Draco and Harry each month?
"£350.00 pounds." She said, picking at a spot on her jeans.
"How much is George paying you?"
"£200.00 pounds a week."
"Do you think he'd give you a £100 pound raise?"
"No." Ginny said, shaking her head. "Oh how did I let myself get into this mess?" She moaned, flopping down on the bed.
"Oh I know, I know. Pick me!" Hermione said, raising her hand and waving it in the air. She laughed at the grimace on her best friends face. "You wanted to live like a muggle."
Ginny signed and stared at the ceiling. Hermione was right of course. After the defeat of Voldemort, Ginny had gone back to Hogwarts and completed her last year of school. She'd done alright on her NEWTS, nothing like Hermione, but well enough. When George had approached her and offered her a position at the joke shop, with an option to buy in as a full partner, she had accepted eagerly. With her education completed and a job under her belt, Ginny felt like a true grown up. But she was still living at The Burrows and under her Mother's watchful eyes. She yearned for independence and freedom. It was that longing that drove her to approach Harry and Draco.
Although she and Harry had reconnected following the war, they were no longer an item. Not long after she had returned to school, Harry had come to her and tearfully explained that he wasn't the man she thought he was. He had fallen deeply in love with Draco Malfoy and they were planning on buying a house together in Muggle London. Harry begged for her forgiveness, feeling as though he'd lied and deceived her during their short relationship. He said he needed her understanding and continued friendship. Ginny was not surprised by Harry's confession. During their relationship, she had often wondered if Harry didn't "play for the other team". She told him she appreciated his honesty and that she only wanted him to be happy.
When Ginny asked if she could rent a bedroom from them, both men were thrilled at the idea of having Ginny as a housemate. The Malfoy/Potter household was an eclectic mix of both magic and Muggle. Draco probably drove his vintage Ford Thunderbird convertible more then he apparated. Ginny, having grown up completely magical, eagerly embraced the Muggle lifestyle. The Dursleys had made sure that Harry had all the necessary documents for muggle living, but neither Draco nor Ginny had a birth certificate or National Insurance number. Because he was both a Malfoy and a Slytherin, Draco knew a guy who knew a guy and before too long they both had muggle credentials that could stand up in any court of law. That was when the problem started. Ginny would never forget the day she got her first piece of muggle post.
"Hey Harry. What's this I got in the post today?" She'd ask, handing him the letter.
"It's a credit card application." He said, scanning it. "You've been pre approved for a line of credit."
"Credit? Like money?"
"Yeah. Just fill out this form and send it back. They'll send you a card that you can use in the shops like money."
"Free money? What's the catch?"
Harry laughed. "Well it's not free. You pay for it over time, plus a little bit more with interest."
"Wicked." Ginny grinned, grabbing a pen and beginning to fill out the application.
"Be careful Ginny." Harry warned. "It easy to get in over your head with those."
Famous last words from Harry Potter.
Ginny blamed her childhood for her out of control spending sprees. As a child she'd been accustomed to doing without, or only having hand me downs or used items. She didn't know what it was like to have nice, new things whenever you wanted. She loved her new muggle wardrobe, her mobile phone, her laptop and her flat screen TV. She especially loved her new grown up bedroom set. A rich mahogany sleigh bed with matching bureau and desk. And with a new bed, you needed new linens? Right? She ran her hand across her soft comforter of tan, gold and chocolate brown. It seemed the more she spent, the more the offers flooded in, each with a higher spending limit. And now she found herself in the predicament she was in...too many bills and not enough money to pay even the minimum amount.
"Ow." A sharp smack to her foot pulled her out of her revere. "I said I have to get going." Hermione repeated, standing up and grabbing her coat.
"Thanks for taking a look at it for me Hermione. And please don't tell anyone It's embarrassing enough without everyone knowing."
"I won't. I just wish I could do more to help you."
After Hermione had left, Ginny wandered down to the kitchen to make a sandwich. Harry and Draco lounged on the sofa chatting softly.
"Hey Ginny." Draco called out to her. "Another bill collector rang for you earlier. I left the number by the phone."
"Thanks, Draco." Ginny said, wadding up the message and chucking in the bin.
"So did you see your father today?" Harry asked, leaning back in his chair and propping his feet up on the ottoman.
"Yeah." Draco voice sounded sad and little dejected.
Ginny had finished making her sandwich and was sitting at kitchen island eating.
"How's he doing?"
Ginny heard Draco's heavy sigh. "Not so good actually. Of course he'd never admit it. Pompous, stubborn bastard. But the majority of his business ventures in Great Britain are failing I can tell he's depressed about it."
"He's not in danger of….."
Draco interrupted before Harry could finish his sentence. "Losing all his money? Oh Merlin no. The Malfoy money will always remain secure and his interests outside of Europe are just fine. It's just this is, well this is personal. The Malfoy's have alway ruled the London business circle and now his investers are pulling out left and right. I can tell that it hurts him deeply."
Ginny brow furrowed. Lucius Malfoy hurt? It didn't seem possible. He always seemed so beyond something as mundane as feelings. Draco's voice caught her attention again.
"It seems the Wizarding world sees him as some kind of disgrace. The Death Eater who ran away and all that."
"He didn't run away." Harry said disgust in his voice. "He was trying to save you. His son."
"You know that and I know that, but everyone else sees it as cowardice. The proverbial rat deserting a sinking ship. Do you know what the Ministry has suggested?" He paused for a moment, shaking his head in disbelief. "They have suggested he marry a muggleborn or someone who publicly supported Dumbledore and the Order of Phoenix. They think it would prove to everyone that he has changed and no longer adheres to the beliefs of the Dark Lord."
"Does he still adhere to those beliefs?" Harry asked softly.
Draco shrugged his shoulders. "I think he wants to change. He knows he made a mistake when he decided to follow Voldemort. But you have no idea what my Grandfather was like; he drilled those thoughts and beliefs into my father's head his entire life."
"And in turn your father did it to you."
"It was all any of us ever knew." Draco said sadly.
"But you've changed. Do you think he can?"
"You know? I do. Father can be quite funny and kind when he wants to be. Deep down inside he's a very gentle man. You just have to figure out a way to get him to relax, open up. I know he's been lonely since mother left. I'd like to see him re marry. I want to see him happy. I just don't know if this is the way to go about it."
Ginny walked to the sink and rinsed off her plate. A thousand thoughts were racing through her mind. Lucius Malfoy lonely? Ginny had always found the tall, blonde wizard intimidating and a little frightening. Since she'd been living with Draco and Harry she had seen him a few times when he had come to visit his son. His aristocratic good looks took her breath away and left her feeling flustered and a little excited, but he always seemed so cold and distant. She flushed as she remembered the many times when he had played the starring role in her nightly sexual fantasies.
And now he needed a wife.
"Night Ginny." Harry called out when she passed through the living room on the way to her bedroom.
"Night guys. I'll see you in the morning."
"Oh Merlin that feels so good." Ginny moaned as jolts of pleasure coursed through her body. The thick cock thrusting in and out of her center transported her to places she'd never thought possible. Looking up, her eyes locked onto the steel grey eyes of Lucius Malfoy. His long blonde hair fell around them like a curtain. Ginny could feel her orgasm building to an epic peek and she slid her hands down his broad muscular back, wrapping her hands around his beautiful arse.
Ginny woke from her dream with a frustrated groan. Her pussy throbbed with heat and the need for release. Shoving her finger between her legs, she quickly finished what the dream had started, holding the image of the blonde wizard in her mind as she reached her climax.
Draco and Harry were sitting at the table drinking coffee when she entered the kitchen.
"Morning." She said, pouring herself a cup of coffee and grabbing a piece of toast. "Would anyone mind if I borrowed Hedwig today?"
