Chapter One: Introductions

"Lupin, I don't want to go in, they won't like me." Said Roxy. "What makes you think that?" Lupin questioned her. "Well for one, I'm the darkest witch of this age." Roxy stated flatly. "Here. Lupin replied ignoring her last comment, Read this."

After she read the note, Lupin set it on fire. As he did so a house popped out of the ground.

"Lupin, I really do not want to go in." Roxy said again. "To bad." Lupin replied as the door opened and they both walked in. Roxy stood looking around as Lupin locked all the locks on the door. Suddenly, a door at the end of the hall flew open hitting the wall with a loud crash, then to Roxy's right a curtain flew open and an old, hideous looking woman started screaming, bringing what seemed like everyone in the house into the rather small, narrow hall. The woman who had now stopped screaming was looking at Roxy with joy. "Ah, one of my kind, Dark, Powerful, Dangerous, Wolfish but that is alright, my dear Roxell-." CRASH! With that the portrait of the woman was gone.

As Roxy realized what she id she expected Lupin to be angry but to her surprise he said "Thanks, we have been trying to get that old hag down forever." "Sorry." Replied Roxy, looking down at her feet. Then another voice said "Don't worry about it, never liked the thing to begin with. Now everyone, stop gawking at out arrivals, back to whatever you were doing." After the hall was cleared, the man came towards Lupin and Roxy. "Ah, Lupin, I hope you know that Molly will not approve of this, and I still highly doubt that she will go for your idea on adding a new member to the order, especially when that new member is technically half dark witch have wolf, and when I say wolf I mean the one of the four-legged, furry variety, not the werewolf variety." said the man. "Sirius, you always know just how to greet a person, Molly will just have to deal with her, Roxy is staying, and we will just have to deal with Molly." stated Lupin, Now why don't we introduce my guest to everyone, we will start with you, Sirius, I would like you to meet my sort of somehow step-cousin, Roxy. Roxy this is one of my best friends Sirius." Lupin said. "Hi." said Roxy shyly. "Hello and welcome to my home." said Sirius.

"Ummm, Lupin, did anyone here know that I was coming?" asked Roxy nervously. "No, and to answer your next question, yes , some of them know about you, but not many of them know about your wolf side." Answered Lupin. " I want to leave, I don't want to be here, others never understand." said Roxy starting to get upset. " Now don't you worry, we are here to help you make them understand." said Sirius comfortingly.

" Well, lets move onto the kitchen the meeting should be starting."said Lupin.

As they walked into the kitchen everyone stopped talking and looked at them. "Everyone, I want you to meet my step-cousin and soon to be new member of the Order, Roxy." Lupin stated. "Roxy, this is Tonks, Molly Weasley, Arthur Weasley, Bill Weasley, Alastor Moody and Kingsly.

" Excuse me, but she is only seventeen, not old enough to be in the order, she is also part werewolf and the most dangerous young witch in probably the whole world. I mean for goodness sakes her name isn't even as Roxy which sounds so nice, it's Roxellda Lanco, she's a death eater Lupin." Molly angrily yelled. " Molly, you are right on some things, yes her real name is Roxellda Lanco and she's only seventeen, but she is not a werewolf, she's just part wolf, show her Roxy." replied Lupin calmly. " Are you sure?" asked Roxy.

"Yes, and another thing she never wanted to be a death eater, she was, marked without her consent." hissed Lupin. "Yip" "Now as you can clearly see Roxy walks on all four legs, has a tail, fur and is completely wolf like, you can change back now dear."ended Lupin. "Umm, if it makes everyone happy, I'm perfectly fine with not being in the order, oh, by the way hello." said Roxy after she had changed back. After a long, silent pause, Lupin spoke. "That is fine Roxy." "Roxy, darling, I am sorry, I was so harsh it has just been difficult lately." said Molly. "It's okay."answered Roxy." Lupin why don't you take her upstairs and introduce her to the others." said Molly. "Okay, come along Roxy." called Lupin as he opened the door.

They walked upstairs in silence for a while. " What if they don't like me, or are scared of me." asked Roxy. "They will like you don't worry about it, but don't tell them about Draco being your cousin, you'll find they really don't get along" Lupin reassured her. " Okay, introduce me" Roxy said with a smile as they stopped outside a door. Lupin knocked then opened the door. "Hey guys, I have someone for you to meet, this is my step-cousin, Roxy, she is going to be staying with us now. Roxy this is Ron, Fred, George and Ginny Weasley, Hermione Granger and Harry Potter. "Hi" said Roxy nervously. "Hello" Ron said standing up from the bed he was sitting on, "we were just about to go play Quidditch out in the yard want to come? " "Ummm, well I don't know how to fly, I've never rode a broom before." said Roxy. " That's okay, I'll teach you" said Ron. "Ugh, said Hermione with a role of her eyes as she stood up, Excuse me, Lupin, But isn't that Roxellds Lanco, she is one of the most evil of the dark witches and shes na..., Before Hermione could finish, a snarling black wolf stood in Roxellda's place. "Oh, my!" gasped Hermione. Roxy changed back, horrified at wolfing out like that, "I'm sorry Lupin". "It's okay Roxy" answered Lupin. Hermione she is also part wolf, and she can cast spells when she sings, but she is very nice and you are safe, she's not evil." "So, your saying she's mot dangerous, even though she is part wolf?" asked Ginny. "Well, yes and no, to us no she is not dangerous, but to others like death eaters, yes, she is dangerous." answered Lupin. "Well, have fun, I'll leave you guys alone to get to know each other" and with that Luipin was gone.
