Chaper 4. I want more! Love how attentive and concerned he is. It's nice to see the change in him and openness to new arrangement and emotions...
    Need to read more.
    Till later.

    Dear Oracle,
Chapter 3. Very loooong, very emotional. Poor Hermione, I understand guilt (not on her level, luckily) and I know how hard I need to work sometimes to distract myself from it. You seem to have a perfect understanding of human psychology. I wonder if it's personal or professional experience or just perceptiveness on your part. Either way you are brilliant.
Sex was obviously great, as usual with your stories. It's amazing to see Hermione so different from Hermione in TMG. Here she is more mature, experienced and seriously troubled. It really shows. And Severus mellowed! He's less legilimens more insightful this time. I like it.
    Thank you
    Fox xx

    P.S.
I'm sure you are aware, but JKR is a genius and the way she created all characters, including Severus, with such detail is astounding. If you are interested in astrology, Severus's birthday is on 9th January and according to 'The Secret Language Of Birthdays' (Personology Profiles For Each Day Of The Year by Gary Goldschneider & Joost Elffers) it is The Day Of Ambition. His strengths: resilient, purposeful and resourceful; weaknesses: controlling, inflexible and stressed.
To top it all of he's ruled by powerful and magical number 9 and planet Mars with influence of Saturn -which means forceful and aggressive with seriousness of purpose and manipulative tendencies. AND his tarot card is Hermit which symbolises isolation and quietude + wisdom and ultimate discipline.
See? And your stories convey all that too :)
By the way, I fell asleep at the end of the chapter, so review is slightly delayed. I think I was exhausted just like them.

    Chapter 2.
I love the letters. Apart from the fact, that they are getting to know each other through them, letters hold a very special place in my heart. They are so personal and intimate (in comparison with emails or texts). They have an old fashion charm.

    Dear Oracle,
First chapter. Very exciting. I really like your idea about an ad in a paper to find a disciplinarian ;-) I occasionally read ads in papers, some of them are quite obscene, but never as interesting as Hermione's was.
I loved the ball -how thrilling and also very, very clever. They had a chance to try each other out, before revealing their identities and put each other off.
I honestly can't wait to read more of this story. I'm just stopping for a moment to leave review -you so deserve it.

    Will write more soon.
    Thank you

I freely admit it - I love the fluff. Truly, this is one of the reasons I like this story and TMG so much. And fo course the HEA was expected and delivered very well (thank you for that).

On the downside the whole Severus-thinks-Hermione-is-with-Draco part was bit of a stretch. Don't get me wrong I love the whole misery-Snape and unsure-of-himself-Snape and thinking-he's-not-good-enough-Snape vibe that was going on there - but it seemed like he was jumping to conclusions from too little evidence. Maybe I would have had him doubt - but only go truly crazy-miserable after the second time he saw her with Draco. Don't know really but that part felt a little too much for me.

I did like the part of Australia. The whole way you describe Hermiones heartbreak at seeing her parents from afar was really well written. I could truly understand her grief.
Another favorite moment was in the beginning when Snape makes Hermione stop blaming herself for surviving the war. It also felt realistic and believable.

Thank you for giving us the presents of your writing.

I enjoyed this story almost too much. I've been limiting myself to a chapter each night, to prolong the ending, but tonight I read the last 3. I bawled my eyes out when I read the story of Crookshanks death. It happened to be Thursday, too. I really admire how you brought this story to life. It was exquisitely written; The joy I felt when I read it is something that I hope to find in every story I dive into. Although Mr. Rickman was known for more than just Severus, he brought him to life. Obviously, when reading stories after watching the movie - there is a physical appearance imprinted on your mind. As I read this, that is of course who I pictured. Thank you for such a beautiful story, it was a perfect end to my week.

So I wondered if I was quite ready for this and whether it would make me too sad but I took the plunge and it was joyous (except for a couple of parts below). It makes me optimistic about the future

Just finished chapter 10 and wanted to let you know that after reading your feedback on chapter 3 and realizing who you were it dawned on me so *that's* why I like this story. As much as I adored TMG I like this. You're doing an amazing job of showing the inner thoughts of your characters, which keeps them realistic and consistent (even if not-too-canon-compliant). Your current versions of both main characters are likeable and I can't stop rooting for them to have their HEA already.

All that praise being said I seriously doubt Severus not thinking ahead that it's summer in Australia and taking lighter clothes (although he probably doesn't own short sleeves or, heaven forbid, shorts)

I'm finally caught up and now you decide to end on a cliffhanger? Rude!
But it seems a very hopeful cliff to hang from so maybe it'll all work out. I'm so very curious as to what they're both planning to show their love for each other! Why would Hermione brew something to let him know how she feels, it feels like you're working on some sort of love potion but that doesn't match either her or the story. Just tell us already! And what did Snape see in Dumbledores papers that made him sprint off?
I can't believe I've never actually shipped this couple - like, at all - and here you are making me addicted to their fluffy fucking. I'm not sure what to make of this realisation...

I think I'm in love with your writing style, no, I know I am. You write the characters so well, that even though the content is quite different from the books, they feel like the same characters, or at least how I have always pictured them. I really enjoy the subtle humor you incorporate as well. I actually laughed out loud to "hot as gazpacho." It's bittersweet that's there's only one more chapter. I look forward to the next adventure you take is on. BTW, I loved, loved, loved TMG and ICDAY!
