Liked the developing relationship between Theo and Parvati, as well as the deepening characterization of Pansy. Still looks quite intriguing. Hopefully, Blaise will get himself sorted soon, as well. :D

Absolutely amazing hun!! I totally love where you are going with this and I love the way you portray everyone! lol while reading this I would stop and think about how I loved the way you made certain things happen, like the way Ron and Hermione broke up, and the whole Snape and Dumbledore thing.
btw.. You're characters go on the best righteous rants!
Keep up the amazing work hun!
btw... can Draco randomly lose his shirt? Anytime will do.. I just love a shirtless Draco

I'm showing the love - LOL

OH my, I don't think Ginny is the one to convince at having a party either. Blaise might want his own shindig but the smart thing to do would be to combine everyone so neither head boy nor head girl can hold anything over the other. hee hee!! I wonder who's going to be the smart one to suggest it?? And Parvati isn't so dumb either, she has the ability to read between the lines. Another ability I wish I had.

I wonder what hairdo and makeup Parvati gave her?? It certainly had quite the effect on Dean, much to her discomfort. Wonder what our Slytherins are going to think when they see her. I also think it's cool that Harry could sincerely compliment her and I know that, had she heard it, Ginny wouldn't have turned into a screaming banshee over it. And I like how they're struggling for some sense of normalcy by all coming down to breakfast together. I can see how they'd cling to that.

Ohhhhhhh Draco correcting himself and calling Ginny by her name and thinking how he didn't know Pansy as well as he thought he did. I wonder if that's the first time she ever stood up to him and acted like the girl she is and not what was expected of her. And good Lord he's even contemplating giving Ron a second er chance?? And then Ron and OMG he said her name (lol) and how he feels about that. Wait, wait, wait - sexual awakening??? He's an (cough) innocent? Ohhhhhhhh! *evil grin*

I like Luna trying to include Draco in the breakfast routine, making him feel welcome in her own way. And there goes Ron acting all mature again and thinking of someone besides himself. I really like this Ron. :) And yeah, I can see how both he and Harry transferred things onto Draco but I'd have to say that Draco certainly did it to them too. And I like that Ron looked cool saying the teachers' first names in front of the younger kids. And yay that Remus and Tonks are still around too - I assume there will be a reason for this in a furture chapter???

Oh the surmising of Professor Burbage. So many different versions, funny, serious, sad and terrifying all in one little dicussion. That was so brilliant. I'm still laughing at the fifth year girl and her romantic answer - perfect for that age, I think and yay for Luna for sticking up for Draco again. :) So now Draco can see Thestrals too. And OMG, nearly peeing myself laughing at the last line of that paragraph - "And, still others simply appreciated the view of his lean body sweeping across the room and out the door". Oh to be there doing exactly that. Then again, I'd want to touch, not just look, unless I got distracted by Blaise of course. *tries to look innocent*.

Oops, Greg's secret is out, the lad actually has more than two brain cells to rub together - imagine him, Ron and Harry working side by side as aurors.....I love Ginny as a healer too and I imagine she does have a lot of resentment for constantly being pushed back when all she wanted to do was be at Harry's and her loved ones sides.

And how dumb is Harry not to recognise an opportunity for a little fun. Who wants to go to classes at night indeed. Yeesh!!

Now don't go apologising for updating, I just have to force myself not to read until I have my own current chapter out of the way so I can then concentrate on story goodness. :) Thanks for the bumps on my story by the way. If you ever have a moment spare, it's my Lucius story that I gave you the nod on. It's okay if you don't get to it though, I know how busy you are. :)

I get what you mean about the humour, what I find hilarious probably isn't most people's so I tend to not attempt too many jokes although occasionally I come out with a few good lines - one of which obviously amused you. LOL Fortunately I find all yours both entertaining and understandable. And thank goodness Blaise is not a mama's boy - I would have been devastated. LOL I think he'll grow up and sort himself out too, he'll have help, so he'll get there. :) Let's see, it's Tuesday for me so I guess I've just read the scheduled post and now I have to wait for my Thursday. Wahhhhhhh that's so far away. LOL

And hey, where was Blaise and Draco's and LMAO Greg's reaction to the made up and freshly coiffered Hermione??????

this is such a rich story -- Pansy's speech to Blaise was so spot on that I was speechless. Everything was so true.

I'm just loving Draco - he's still cold and distant, it'll be interesting to see how he reacts to Hermione breaking his shell.

This is one of the best stories I've read. So realistic. I love the canon characterizations, character development, plot layout, it's just wonderful.

Well, you can understand my concerns, given the summary you gave at the beginning of the story. ;) That having been said, a lovely tenth chapter, and I look forward to more from this story, soon. :D

You know I kind of want to be angry at Blaise right now but I'm not sure I can totally rip into him. I can actually see where he's coming from. I know he's wrong but I understand at what point he's starting from and why he did what he did. I'm glad he was there for his mum (Merlin I hope that doesn't make him a mama's boy - LOL)so that shows me he can be relied on when needed and I guess I just don't want to think of him as someone who can't move on eventually. It would be stupid if everyone just said, oh well, war is over lets all be friends and live happily ever after. Life, even in fan fics is not like that so I love that he too has his lessons to learn before he comes to a place where he understands what is happening to them all. It would be hard to let go of past ideas and not everyone is going to step forward at the same pace and at the same time so I'm pleased you made him react the way he has. :) Not pleased for Hermione of course but pleased nonetheless.

Already Draco is self reflecting and coming to more mature realisations and I love how calm he was when faced with Pansy's questions and woo hoo didn't she rip it. Perhaps she ripped it on my behalf?? LOL I like the loyalty Pansy is showing the girls and I think that (well okay, I hope that) Pansy and Draco will work out a way to annul their marriage promise together now that they seem to be talking again. I like how she gave Blaise a fair comparison of why she felt he would understand more than anyone how Hermione might feel - she really gave him something to think about, not that he'll admit it right now.

Gnomebrain - LMAO - love it!!!

Sage advice from Draco to tell Ginny to back off Blaise once they left, I'm sure it was Blaise's saving grace. LOL I'd have felt sorry for him if Ginny had gone on one of her rants. And there goes Ron still thinking it's all about him!! LOL And aaawwwwwwwwwwwwww, Harry wanting to ring Ginny because he misses her. Man, they have it bad. I've read fanfics where Ginny has been with Neville or even Draco and while I've enjoyed them, I've always thought there was no-one I wanted to be more together than Harry and Ginny. It was one of the few things I did guess right about in the offical books. LMAO

Oh and there goes Ron saying something all grown up and wise again just when I was shaking my head at him and his huge ego. LOL Well you know how this ends now, I'm all caught up which means I want to read more. Post soon! :)

I had to force myself not to read your update so that I'd finish my own chapter and you've gone and snuck (is that a word?? LOL) another one in on me. Anyway, here goes. LOL

Chap 9 - Poor old Blaise feeling outnumbered by so many Gryffs - what a shock it was to discover Slyths instead. LMAO Yeah, that boy has a lot of working out to do, doesn't he?? And I love Greg's teasing of Pansy AND Hermione - he hasn't come out of his shell, he's leapt out of it. LOL Oh and how is it that Blaise knows about the Twilight Zone????? LMAO at Greg asking what VP stood for and wondering if he should be apologising for laughing about it even when he didn't know what it was. Love Hermione's response to it too. Oooooooooooo and Blaise's comment to Greg about him just wanting to shag the hot, famous virgin. Now he wouldn't say that if he hadn't already thought it himself whether he'd acknowledge it or not. And you just know that it's all Draco is thinking about now. LOL

I love the progression Pansy has made in such a short time and OMG she's been caught out regarding her feelings about Ron. I know she'd just want to die at the moment, especially when she's sitting there with his ex but, wow, that worked out so well and I'm impressed with the mature attitude. Yes, Ron needs time to move on, as indeed does Hermione but I think that fitted in nicely. :) Love the ice cream ritual. I wonder what the boys will make of them trudging passed into the kitchenette - well I know where their eyes will be. LMAO

Cool you got me on the great minds thing. Whew!! And it would be totally great to have a photographic memory. (sigh) :) I'm afraid I tend to say the thing about jealousy a lot - especially when I want to yank Hermione out and put myself in her place instead. LMAO Damned wench has all the fun!! I won't apologise for making people at work look at you strangely because I made you laugh, you've had me in tears and trying to look respectable too. All's fair in love and fan fiction. ;) LMAO

I loved this chapter. I see what you mean about deepening Pansy's character. Hopefully, Greg won't be too hurt when the big Dramione train starts chugging along. I can't imagine who you've got planned for Ginny, though. :D

I never meant to imply that you might have got an idea from me, I was trying to say that old 'great minds think alike' adage. As far as I know, you haven't even read that particular story. I apologise if I, as apparently is my way, worded my sentence incorrectly and gave a mixed message. Imagine what I'm like in the real world with always putting my foot in my mouth! LOL I look forward to finding out all the reasons why Ginny was chosen as Head girl and what other plans you have for Ron. Yay!

When I first read about Slytherins I thought that basically they were cowards and only out for themselves. It wasn't until later on that I decided that, if it was in their best interests to own up to something, they would and I understood more of the cunning they possessed. I like how Draco has decided to step up for himself and keep his head held high despite his mistakes. He's owned them and he's not about to let anyone use them against him.

Squeee, I love this version of Goyle!!! The most intelligent?? Didn't see that coming but talk about your quiet achiever. :) What an interesting sprinkle into the dish this is going to make. Love Draco's observations of him growing up and he hadn't even noticed and their quiet reflections over the loss of Crabbe. I'm loving this male bonding. :) Sounds like Goyle's become a bit 'hotter' in the process of growing up too. LOL I wish I had a photographic memory.

LMAO them running straight into Hermione, I bet Draco enjoying his intial soft landing but being the centre of the sandwich wouldn't have been much fun. Never thought I'd say that about the possibilities of a Slytherin based threesome er sandwich, I meant sandwich. ;) Love how quick Goyle was to right himself and help Hermione, practically tossing Draco out of the way like an old shoe. :) Nice way to cop a feel too, eh Greg? There you go, Slytherins are opportunists. LOL

Rereads several times about Hermione fallling back against Draco's hard body!!! I must not be jealous of fictional characters!!! LOL

Love that Hermione had a girly moment and preened a little under Goyle's praise. It's obvious he has a crush on her, I wonder if she's noticed?? I hope she lets him down gently, can't see her wanting to encourage that but still would want his friendship just the same. And LMAO I nearly fell off the seat when she told him she'd heard more from him in five mintues then she had the entire time they were in school together. And I love how he tried to keep her attention with him and not Draco.

Haha, so tell me who got the bigger shock? Ginny and Pansy or the disentangled trio? Poor Pansy, you could tell her first thought was had Draco told Hermione that she liked Ron. LMAO at Ginny's "I didn't know you could speak" comment to, well, I want to call him Greg now and not Goyle. LOL And the comment about talking more when they're drunk - hello - that would be me also. LOL Hermione's quick to notice the tension between Pansy and Draco too, I wonder how she'll (mis) read that? And okay, yeah, she's noticed that Greg has a crush on her, I like the way she plans to be careful and kind for his feelings.

Wow, Pansy has confided a lot to Ginny and that answered my question about Pansy's relationship with Millicent too. :) OMG the comment Draco came back with regarding Pansy and Hermione being each other's House version. LOL Loved their reactions to the Head dormitory and Hermione's comment and reaction to Ron wanting Ginny to cook for him there. And Draco was quick to notice her hesitation as well - interesting. LOL Oh and now I have to wait to find out Blaise's reaction to seeing the mix of Slyths and Gryffs playing the getting along game. LOL More please!! :)

Wanted to wait until I'd read all the chapters up before reviewing. Let me just say, this is WONDERFUL! I love the complexity of the characters you've drawn, and I agree with the plot devices you've added. I particularly love the physical changes you've made in Hogwarts. Keep up the good work! :D
