This takes place near the end of the Trio�s fifth year. Snape has saved a student from an attack by a Death Eater.

Snape narrowed his eyes and looked across the desk at the student. �Yes, that�s true, I did save your life. However, I do not expect anything from you for it. It was the thing to do at the time.

�Anything I like? I doubt that. There are some things it is not within your power to give to anyone. The moon for example... Very well, I�ll tell you what I do not want. Money. I need very few things that can be purchased with coin. The few that I do need can be easily afforded by my teacher�s salary. Also, I find that trying to put a monetary value on a human life is an insulting idea, and I will not have anything to do with it.

�I see you are not going to let this go, are you? Very well, there is one thing you can do for me. Before I tell you what it is, I ask one thing of you: that you will sit here and listen to my entire request before saying yes or no. Are you agreeable to that? Good.

�Simply put, I want you to spend one night having sex with me. Sit back down! I asked you to listen to my entire request. �Speaking of slang terms, I would not expect you to utter smutty phrases during our activities... Examples? Are you sure you want to know? Things like, �fuck me, fuck me, fuck me harder�, or �eat my wet cunt�... Well, I did warn you.

�This seems like a good place to mention this. I would expect you to arrive freshly showered and wearing clean clothing. I would, of course, do the same. You needn�t wear anything unusual.
